They do not follow up. They say one thing and do another. Do not pay and leave the store until you look at your items yourself. They will tell you they inspect before packing them, but dont trust that to be a fact. Look for yourself, make sure nothing broken and parts arent missing because once you pay and leave, then your stuck with the item, returns and exchanges may not be honored, even if they tell you otherwise. Also do not pay and leave your items there for pick up at a later date, paid for items that are allegedly in stock might go missing and youll need to wait for them to order you another ... they have no problem selling it to another customer if youve already paid. They want the next sale and will sell your prepaid fixture.

Amazing Customer Service. Our fan was originally delivered without the correct down rod and the Scheduling, Delivery, and Installation team went way out of their way to get us the correct down rod and have it installed the same day. We would highly recommend working with this company.

Amazing service and super friendly staff. Came in looking for a new retainer for my lighting fixture and after the nice lady went into the back for about 5-10 minutes she came back out with two retainers and just gave them to us! Love this place such pretty artwork in some of their fixtures.

Wilson Lighting is awesome. Their customer service is the best. In todays world, its hard to find good customer service, but Wilson Lightings is awesome. They have a nice selection of lighting and they stand by their products. About a year after I purchased my kitchen light, I had a problem with it. Wilson Lighting immediately sent out a service/ repairman who fixed my light and made sure I was pleased. I cant say enough good things about Wilson Lighting. Go there, you wont be disappointed.

Laura, in particular, was very helpful when making selections. The delivery was incredibly organized and made distribution for installation seamless. The showroom had an amazing collection of light features and accessories...The biggest problem here is that all females working there looked at me as if I didnt belong, no greetings even after my approach was hello how are you doing...Honestly wish I almost wasted my time visiting, females are all in a glass bubble, unreal...The men who i approached to question some items were extremely helpful and polite...What a disappointment and upsetting visit...

Great inventory however we have never experienced such poor customer service. Tyke made no attempt to assist us with any questions, instead directed us to the website to do our own search. His lack of product knowledge was met an arrogant attitude. We just couldn’t give our business to a company who would employ such an ugly individual.

I just want to tell everyone what an awesome experience it is to deal with Wilson Lighting. The service they give you is absolutely over the top fantastic. Every member of the staff treats you like you are their best friend and family. Its one thing to talk about giving great customer service, but another thing to deliver on that promise. I had a problem with our 4 speed ceiling fan controller and phoned Wilson Lighting about the issue. Tom answered and was patient and understanding as we discussed the issue. He politely indicated I could come in and get another controller - simple. This is the reason I am a longtime customer of Wilson Lighting. Salesperson was looking at personal photos and pointed me in the wrong direction to even get what I was looking for and went back to messing around on his computer. When I found it on the other side of the store they didnt have a price or a way to even look it up. Ill go anywhere else rather than this second rate shop.

Excellent lighting ideas you will not see at the box stores. Kurt suggested a light that also uplighted my ceiling to make the room look bigger and brighter. Totally changed the look of my room and space. Oh, and Lou the electrician they suggested was outstanding.

I live across the street from there and Ive never been in there. Seen it from the gas station many times. I went in there today it is beautiful!I was not aware that they sold other things such as, furniture, accessories, pictures paintings... etc....

Was working with the manager on lights. Said he would call us back (never did). Next day went back to the store for follow up discussed another option of lights and this time the manager took a call over 1/2 waited. Then he said he would email the info. No email either. Would never purchase from them, very poor follow up. I guess they didnt want our business.

Great place for your lighting and fan needs

We built a home in N Naples and shortly after...repaired the damage from hurricane Irma. Wilson lighting was involved with both events. Charlie and Ruth at Wilson made things as easy as possible....my wife and I are appreciative.
