They have good lighting choices however my mom ordered two lights and they both came broken. After returning the second light I asked if she could get a discount bc they were giving her the ceiling model after two broken lights and he said we should charge MORE for the floor model bc it’s already put together. Not good business. She had to return TWICE. I wasn’t asking for free I just felt bad for my mom and worst part...I would have rather it NOT been put together bc it’s too heavy when installing it when it’s already together. You’d think workers would know and be willing to make it right for her.

We purchased a beautiful light fixture that had a short. I used a very reputable electrician to install it, which was recommended to us by LBU to use. After about 30 days the light began to go on and off. Then it finally just quit working after about 45 days. I had the electrician back for a second time to check it, and they determined the fixture was defective. I asked LBU to rush the replacement because it is in a critical area of my home, and they will not accommodate unless I want to pay for it. I also asked that they stand behind their product with compensation back to help with the three occasions that I must have an electrician come in to my home to gain final resolution of the problem and they refuse to do so. Therefore, just a warning to any customers, LBU will blame the manufacturer (yet they are okay with selling from that manufacturer ongoing), and they will take their profit and never stand behind the products they sell.

Staff is super-helpful. No matter what you bring them, they will either have it or know where you can get it. They are highly regarded in our area as experts in their field, so they are our go-to guys!

Needed four new chandeliers for our home.Decided to try LBU because they were local.They barely said hello to us.No offer for help, or to answer any question.I guess we wouldve been better off emailing or texting them.
