Winn Dixie, we all win with their fabulous price and deals!!!! And now with the remodeling happening at the store...a WOW! I would it give 5 ⭐ but the only bad thing about the store are some of the employees, I have the bad experience to be at the deli department a couple months ago and a American lady was needing a Cuban Sandwich and the lady at the sandwich station could not understood what the American lady was saying and she rolled her Eye 👀 at the American Lady and so the lady at salad station did to the other costumer. I dont like that. The American people has no fault at all that the ladys at the Deli doesnt speak English. And we are in America. We, the costumers are make a business going up when we go and get our grocery or food or whatever... its not fair that Americans come to get what they need and get a roll up eye... because the dependent couldnt understand anything. And the costumers whats even been rude. A little frustrated because the dependent couldnt understand anything but thats it!!!

Winn Dixie is a pretty good place to shop. I find their cakes to be top notch. I enjoy their breakfast which is served at SOME locations. God bless USA 🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸

The store have gotten a remodel, so its looks very clean and updated. The store associates are MOST of the time friendly. Good place to do some grocery shopping.

A huge Winn Dixie store, roomy yet filled with products. Found what I needed but had to ask and employees dont speak good English there so took several referrals between employees to find one that spoke English, but they did try, commendable.

Winn Dixie has never been my market, but with the holliday weekend I thought I would give it a try. I was very disappointed with higher prices than area competition and as I went to the register I kind of had a feeling I wouldnt be going back to you.The checkout sealed the deal. Young kid was working the register obviously hadnt been working very long and didnt have much training which is fine because everybody needs his first chance to learn a job. But when an item came up without a price on it he just kept asking me three or four times if I knew the price and I explained to him that I didnt work at the store I dont know the price and he left the register for about 10 minutes and wandered around to get the price for the thing rather than picking up the phone and asking for a price check.I was more disappointed in the training than the young kid but I dont have time for that nonsense.

I prefer a million times Publix..bad service.. Unfriendly area..A lot of men outside of the Store offering rides.. Dont go there..Any other store is much better.

Im new to Naples,Been here about three weeks. I was happy to find A familiar grocery store ☺..The place was nice and clean ( however ), communication with the staff can be difficult. I asked a staff member about the Rotisserie chicken that was cooking, and whats the wait time, she didnt understand me and pointed me to Fried chicken 😔.. no big deal. I got something else..When I checked out, the cashier ( young girl, medium brown skin ) didnt say one word to me. No greeting or thank you, didnt look my way when handing receipt... but when her co-worker walked up behind me there was a jolly conversation. Idk.. I just had different expectations..

The best pharmacy and the best pharmacist, this is Jeremys wife, Jami, the pharmacist there has helped me out EVERY time since I started going there 3 years ago. I have bad seizures and sometimes when Im out of refills shell make sure I get emergency meds of my seizure meds until I keep my prescription! She is incredible and her assistant is a great guy, very nice. Always go here! Best prices to!

Sucked Spanish music was blasting so loud I had to be yelling to my grandkids so they can hear me. On the 4th of July. Never go back.

You have to b very careful with the employees at the customer service and mostly if you are checking an scratching games. They’re always confused and they’re gonna give you less money.Plus the taxi drivers are at the front door taking all the closest parking spots and making a lot of vulgar comments. The floor at the place is always dirty and the shelves are messy.

This is about the pharmacy that sent me a text message saying my prescription is filled and ready for pick up. That was last Friday. Today is Thursday. I arrive and they tell me it is NOT ready because Im not due until Saturday to get the medication. Tomorrow starts my work week. I cannot get here until next Tuesday, at the earliest. Why do I have to run out of my medication due to your incompetence? I received the text saying it was ready. I came out here specifically for this medication. A simple phone call would have saved me a lot of stress and Winn Dixie Pharmacy a bad review. However, the Pharmacy Tech stated that they didnt have time to call our patients all day long because they wouldnt get anything done. Since the Pharmacy acknowledged their mistake, they shouldve owned up to it and made a phone call. Are mistakes happening all day?

I really dont like this particular winn-dixie.the boxes of frozen food are always soft that means that it thawed before being refrozen. one time I got a party platters prepackaged you know with the carrots, celery, broccoli ect. Well it all tasted like gas I mean fuel. Awful dont know what it was I wouldve gone back to complain but they wouldnt care.im a publix shopper for a reason this store just happens to be 100 feet from my home.

The supermarket always has good sales. Parking is a little tricky as you need to go up and down the aisles a couple times to find a close spot if needed. Never had an issue with their food the deli the produce nothing. Why do have an issue with is The Men Who constantly hang out in front of the supermarket either smoking in group stalking and most of the time talking at the women going in and out of the supermarket. Management needs to take care of that. It did get better for a little bit but theyre back at it. The personal taxi drivers that take people to and from the supermarket need to not park in the front parking spots for people who need to park there and do their shopping Bishop park at a distance and wait to be called until theyre ready oh, thats another daily all day occurrence. It is very difficult also to find someone who can speak English to you and help you find what you need. I am Latina and Im all for equal opportunity and its awesome that people are given a chance to work and earn their own money but it would be nice with chain like Winn-Dixie for the employees that dont speak English that they offer classes to help better themselves and make themselves well-rounded and being able to help the public with a second language, like English. I have never had an issue with the checkout staff theyre always polite and helpful oh, Im just put your cell phones down during work hours. I normally go to the supermarket at least three times a week because of where I live but I find myself going to other supermarkets on the way to and from work just so I dont have to cross the group of men constantly at the entrance. Once they clean that up the entrance to the supermarket it will get better.

Avoid this store like the plague. We purchased steaks and other items and went to grill them the next day and they were rotten. Nice and red...looked great...but rotten. Mushrooms were also stinking once we unwrapped them. Nothing like the Marco Island store. The store in general looked depressed. 2 registers with 5-8 people in line. Never again.

I agree with the previous customer. My family and I came here during our vacation during Labor Day weekend. Seems like most of Naples have signs on many establishments and yet the owners are not enforcing COVID-19 regulations. Signs are just there for decorative purposes only. Only 50% of people are actually using masks.

The internet says they were open on Thanksgiving Day, yet the dummies at that supermarket werent. They need better organization and a cleaner store! Winn-Dixies quality has been falling apart lately. Try Publix they are better.

The negative reviews of this place dont paint the true picture of this grocery. Theres nothing wrong with it. It sells food and things to cook with. What did you expect a back rub? Its better than publix when it comes to the deli and has been a part of the community for ages. Unlike the people leaving the bad reviews.

Foind everything that I was looking for, to top things off it was all on sale, the major factor is that when I checked out was that I could use my points which exceeded over $10. Which was a major savings for me. It pays to go Winn- Dixie. Left there and was very happy with my experience there.

Every time I go to Lowe’s grocery store I have the worst customer service and you can’t get anyone including a manager on the phone.

I like Winn Dixie. It is clean, never crowded and there are good selections and specials. I dont shop here regularly, but do use it as my secondary store. Each time, the workers were helpful and pleasant.

After their new opening I was very impressed! Their carts had cup holders, the layout was very convenient, and the employees are always very kind. They have a large variety of sales including many buy-one-get-one sales going on every week. It is a good place to shop Id say.

Please avoid the Naples Winn Dixie at all cost. Very long lines, very high prices and never enough Cashiers.

Out of tonic water, no club soda

The store appeared clean, the lines were short, and each aisle was tidy and the shelves well filled. The ladies restroom, however, was a mess, and the stall door for the handicap access had a broken latch [so 3rd world!]. The gaping space between the door and the frame was an embarrassment. My initial impression was that the employees are rather self-involved, and some were downright oblivious to customers. At the pharmacy, a deli employee came to chat with a pharmacy person. She stood there talking for over 15 minutes, getting louder and louder and louder while the pharmacy people just kept working, and she was not talking about anything store related. She was oblivious that 2 pharmacy customers were sitting only 4 feet away, sick people waiting for prescriptions. I had to ask her -- in Spanish -- to speak more quietly. She seemed shocked that 1) someone could hear her, and 2) that a non-Hispanic could hear, understand and speak in Spanish well enough to ask her to lower her voice. Miffed, she left. When I went by the deli, she was standing around talking, again, at the top of her voice and ignoring customers.Overall, not a pleasant experience. No chance I would return here, and I would be sure to recommend against anyone I know going there.

All around great store to shop at. I was just disappointed in the bathroom . Went there to change my son diaper, found a diaper in the changing table and some paper towels. And the smell was awful . I couldn’t even manage without wanting to throw up. They really should do better with cleaning and making sure the bathrooms stay clean because people do use them especially to change small children. I’m just saying it’s not the workers fault but it wouldn’t hurt to check those things every once in awhile because diapers left for a long period of time do tend to smell.

Closest supermarket near me. Love the new decor only down fall none of the cashiers I have encountered speak English or very little. Not enoght to communicate. Was charged incorrectly for some tried to explain it to the cashier she didnt understand. Another cashier came to help and she didnt understand. Finally what I believe to be a supervisor came over. I explained and still didnt get it right. You will lose money this way. Communication between customers and associates is key.
