Ahhh, Publix. The only grocery store that requires you to have ALL LEAST two jobs in order to shop there.(Publix employees actually need 3).Great deli stuff though... I really try to fill up before I get to the checkout. Makes taking those groceries home so much easier.

Prices are too high. Choose Costco they pay their employees well and great value. Publix day has passed shipping is a pleasure my rear end

Pork mojo in the deli section is delicious- almost never dry and overcooked. The store is always clean, stocked and nicely kept.

If you look at all of the negative reviews you’ll see that most of them are about the deli. Ive talked to the deli manager and store manager but nothings changed over the years. Every time I go there (not 4 or 5 times but EVERY time) I wait in line but, when they get to me they look down and start doing online orders. On top of that it just seems like no one wants to be there let alone help you. I live right across the street from this Publix but usually take the extra time to drive to the next nearest Publix if I’m craving a Pub Sub.Gave 2 stars as the rest of the store is great but the deli is ridiculous.

We order sandwiches before we go on the boat. Quality is good, but they only make the 50% of the time. Not reliable in this department.

The Pharmacy has continued to be a big way maker to my condition by providing all medical prescriptions in a timely fashion. Selections keep me in the groove to eat well... The staff is friendly and inviting; always helping the community. I hope to grow appropriately as a customer with limited funds but instilling confident sales when able to buy. Keep going Naples.

In this Publix I lost an article not late than 30and I returned to that Store, to ask customer service and according to there they had not returned it an a person, employed foud it did not give it to customer service, he just hung it inside in the Dairy department, and then when the supervisor says, that I ask the person who collected the garbage 🗑 and I also asked to him to and he told me that he had not seen it in the garbage disposal, THEN IM THINKING IS THAT HETE THE SAME EMPLOYEES FROM THE PUBLIX SRORE STEAL IT,,, THE BELONGINGS OF CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IT NEVER APPEARED I THOUGHT THIS PLACE WAS PRESTIGIOUS, BUT I WAS WRONG, THANK YOU FOR READING MY COMMENT AND I HOPE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU,,WHAT A SHAME FOR SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS FIRM THEY GET TO KNOW IN SUCH A LITTLE PUBLIX SUPERMARKET 12975 Collier Blvd Ste 200 Naples Florida 34116.

Love it there, but they can use more help in the deli, that is the bottle neck that frustrates most publix customers. That area does not work as efficient as it should. Its all about Customer service in that area. If they would solve this issue, they would be untouchable! Trust me, I am an industrial engineer and I improve processes for a living. But love Publix!!

They DO not enforce the masks at all. I see maskless people in there ALL the time. Publix needs to stand up to these people for the sake of public safety and to help curb the spread of covid19. Other than that the staff are all nice and good.

Pharmacy was great. A manager helped me find a vitamin and told me about a publix coupon. The cashier and bagger excellent. A wonderful experience.

The service the is always very good at this store. However I gave it four stars because it is not as upscale as most public stores are. If you are looking for special ingredients for a recipe you may have to go to a larger store. They also do not have a butcher counter at this location. I need department is happy to split up larger packages of meat for you. But they dont have the big meat counter with all that those entail

I love this store! The only place I have ever had any disappointment is in the deli. Multiple times I have waited for a sandwich, however, when my turn came, all the employees walk away. Has happened multiple times including today. Brings the whole shopping experience down quite a bit!

Favorite neighborhood Publix!

I placed a deli order online but accidently chose the wrong store. When I got to the deli even though I was the one who erred, the attendants immediately started processing my order and even cancelled my order with the other store. The food was exceptionally good!! Customer service above and beyond what I expected.

Their baggers need more training and supervision. Some of the produce we bought was bruised, M&Ms missing, and a package of sushu was dumped in the bottom of the paper bag. My wife called the store and a manager agreed to replace the damage/missing items. Still an inconvenience.

I went to deli to get popcorn chicken but it is impossible, one person that takes so long to fix an order. It literally took 15 minutos for someone to order a meal Its this way everytime I come to this publix .they need to put someone get the orders faster .

Waited 20 mins for a sandwich. Ordered a vegetarian hoagie and the worker didn’t even clean her knife off from the previous persons sandwich. It had crumbs, mayonnaise and sliced through Italian meats. Took her quite sometime to figure out I was asking her to use a clean knife and seemed baffled. She moved in slow motion. After she finally got the knife and I ordered I asked for a little bit of deli dressing. She dumped 1/4 of the bottle on the sandwich. Not even exaggerating. I was on my lunch break so I grabbed the sandwich and went. Opened it at my job, and oil SPILLED out. It was inedible. $5 for a half sandwich that I couldn’t even bite, and that disintegrated from the amount of oil on it. What a waste.

Carmen in deli is absolutely amazing!! So sweet & hilarious. She had me entertained the entire time she made my sandwich. And this was at closing time but she was in the happiest mood & not in a rush whatsoever. Next time I want a sandwich I am calling first to make sure Carmen is there to take care of me

Waited 10 minutes for the person in front of me to get waited on for his sub. The people in hot food were extremely lethargic. It was 5pm, so the rush hasnt started yet. Somehow that doesnt keep them from not having the sub special already cut. Took over 20 minutes until I was able to actually shop.

I have a Publix with easy access on my way home. I have a Winn Dixie with easy access on my way home and I do not stop at either. I do have two Publix stores on 951 to choose from when I get home that are close to equal distance and I always go this store at 951 and Pine Ridge because of the people that work there. The deli people are exceptional at doing the highest pressure job in the store. I always feel like I was welcome and treated like family while I was there.

Ever since they installed the self scanners up front the customer service has gone way downhill. I was there this afternoon (September 28) and the attendant leaned up against the other scanner and stared at me while I scanned everything.The last time i was here there were multiple customers stuck, waiting for help as the 2 attendants talked or walked away.Nobody seems happy to be working here.

Friendly staff. Very clean place with many items in stock. Samples to try in deli and bakery. Publix is always a great place to shop. Public sandwiches are my usual go to since they are made on spot when ordered. Always enjoy their soups they have made there and the fresh vegetables, fruits and salads made up fresh.

The deli in this store is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a publix. I have given them many opportunities to prove they were as good as the rest of the store. The women are the rudest and it is obvious they hate their job. It is amazing to me because the rest of the store is some of the best employees in any store. It leads me to think the deli manager has no control over the employees. I will continue to shop there but I will never go to the deli again

Worst publix deli ever! They can never get the online orders right or the right amount of subs in the order and they can NEVER make it how you request it. Then when I tell them the order is wrong they act like its my fault I didnt make the subs myself and the management doesnt do a thing about it neither do they care. Will not be ordering subs from this location ever again. #worstdeliinnaples

Ordered two chicken tender subs for pick up and they forgot the most important ingredient the buffalo sauce and other ingredients and it was it ready when I got there. :(

Publix, Where shopping is a pleasure.. unless youre ordering subs online, in which case they either forget to make your order or misplace it and let it get cold. Id have given one star but the rest of their employees seem to care about their jobs. The deli however, well its painfully obvious that they dont care.

I come here all the time because I drive by this location on my way back from work. The deli is always so busy you will wait forever to get lunch meat or sandwiches made. They argue back and forth about who has to help the customer and sale items are always gone when I try to buy them.The customer service is not nice the tall skinny woman with long hair was the worst.I bought dungeoness crab one time and snow crab another time in the seafood section and when I went to eat them they smelled bad like they had sat in the cooler really long. I threw them all away.

Lets see for the second time Ive havent been able to get served at your hot food deli. Most of the food personnel were running around trying g to stock coolers. The 2 others were in overwhelmed making 3 subs. I did wait about 10min then came back again for about 2 min no help. You can train your personal but you cant train them to think. Oh ya the other time was different location after finally get waited on the Haitian could not seem to understand what I want after saying and pointing at the 1/2 chicken 3 times. I left and left my cart there also. He might make a janitor.

Publix sells are good

I went tonight at 18:05pm (6:05pm) I got home unpacked the things I purchased, I bough 8piece mixed chicken from the deli as I began to fix my sons dinner plate noticed it was only 7 pieces well 8 but one had already been eaten in placed with nothing but bone back inside, I called 3 times before I got through to someone in the deli she said Im not making anymore chicken tonight (which I never asked her too) she was being completely rude I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up, not to mention our cashier also had a bad attitude like she was unhappy to be their, I love shopping at publix but this experience with this store in particular just made me change my entire outlook, the good thing about it was the Girl Scout cookies I purchased leaving out THUMBS UP TO THAT !!!

Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Store is small and doesnt have the wide range of choices that other Publix have. Its more of a convenience store for me rather than a main shopping store

This is not the first time I get horrible service at the deli but today was by far the WORST service ever at the deli so I decided to say something! From rolling eyes at me to not even asking if I needed anything. NEVER AGAIN!!! I hope that in the near future management makes better hiring decisions!

Don’t know what’s wrong with this Publix, I got food poisoning twice. Once from eggs and the other time from potatoe salad. Both times I ended in the urgent care, with projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I really like this place but my health is more important. I rather drive further to another grocery where they are not trying to kill me. Stay away from their dairy products and any ready to eat items.

Publix has been a tradition for me since I was a little kid my mom shop here. I worked at Publix and Sarasota in High School. And I have shopped here up to this current date. Always clean well-stocked courteous personnel

Too many times have I made an online order and gotten there to an empty pick up rack and clerks that dont know anything about my food. Its really sad because I expect a little more from such a great place.

Ive been going to Publix for more then 7 yrs and the spanish people think there are in there own country like Mexican. They treat the Spanish people with no respect. The white Americans treat us with respect. Its sad that white American knows how to treat customer better..its sad that my own race are so ignorant sometimes.. so I think they need to treat everyone egual....

Went to the deli department and 3 deli workers ignored me. After 10 minutes one finally did acknowledged me she continued to have a conversation with one of her coworkers. When I went to pay my groceries, I had to bag my own groceries and the cashier Phara just stood watching me and did not attempt to help me bag. Employees were just hanging around. There is one employee who I would like to say was extremely helpful. He gave me pointers on how to grill the salmon. He truly represents Publix. Where shopping is a pleasure. He works in the seafood department. I found the parking lot deplorable there was garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. This not what I expect to find at any Publix. I live in Broward and I never experienced these types of conditions. The manager should be ashamed to run a store in this condition. Which in my opinion falls far below the standards that Publix has set everywhere else.I will also be sure to cotact the corporate office on Monday, July 3, 2017.
