Bravo is now Key Food. They changed lots of employees. The store is much cleaner, more stocked and very organized. As opposed to prior management. They raised their standard of operation substantially. It was a true pleasure shopping there today.

Great grocery store for multiple reasons. One being that the staff was friendly and professional when I went there. The other being that they were well stocked in mostly(if not everything lol) that they had to offer. Another being that they satisfied my specific need for avocados, and water that day lol. Id totally come back the next time Im in Naples because I think its one of the best stores I visited there. Keep up the good work!

I love buying groceries here. Their prices for produce are amazing. They have lots of caribbean groceries that i use and have used for years. I used to have to drive to miami and stock up. I dont have to anymore.

Manager sucks they would exchange my goods even with my receipt after six days 😑 and I use to shop here practically every week, no more

This place is ok if your looking for affordable food. Its no publix when it comes to customer service. You get what you paid for.

Went in there with my dad to Order a Pan con Bistek (steak sandwich) and the cook tells me they’re out of the meat. It was around 1pm we went and I was disappointed since they’ve told me this on 2 other occasions they’re out of the meat when I try to order. Expect to be disappointed with them since they can’t seem to have anything on their food menu when you go to order. I spoke to one of the cashiers and she didn’t seem to care about it nor refer me to a manager . I’ll never again step into this establishment. They’ve lost my business..

I travel a far distance to support this supermarket about once each week. I bought a bottle of Ocho Rios seasoning and discovered the seal was broken when I got home. I bought it back along with my receipt on my next visit. The manager had his finger all over the inside of the container before saying that he cant exchange it because the vendor doesnt give them credit for returned items. I told him that thats my last time in his store and he said that fine. Im not mad or even upset, because the item cost only $2.49, but as a matter of principle, Ill never enter that store again unless its a matter of life and death.

Oh my, thankful for the mask mandate when visiting this store. The smell of fish is so pungent even with a mask on. I dont think its supposed to smell so strong...

All the meat I bought went in the garbage. It stunk the entire house. I bought chicken thighs, ground pork and pork ribs. Disgusting, rotton meat. I would love to bring it back and get my money back but there is NOTHING I want from that store. Health Department - where the hell are you, get out there and do your job.

Excellent supermarket, especially for Spanish products, and products/ produce for Cuban, Mexican, Hispanic cooking. We were excited to find Spanish turrons, which is the typical Spanish Christmas confectionery. It made our Christmas more special and brought memories of our family. They also have fresh flowers, which is a hit and miss, but are very economically priced. Our go to store for Hispanic food and products.

Really bad experience because one of the manager doesn’t wear the mask.I am really disappointed.Additionally, they don’t clean the shopping carts anymore!!!!

The only place, IN ALL OF NAPLES....to find a GOOD CUP OF CUBAN COFFEE. None of the CUBAN RESTAURANTS KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE BETTER THAN THESE LADIES IN THE CAFETERIA.

The smell of the store gets me every time. I typically dont go in for that simple reason alone. However, they do offer great prices and quality food. I also found my club soda i had went to 5 other stores looking for there! Go bravo for that alone!

Its good because you can find many Central American and South American products here. All associates speak Spanish. One inconvenience is that the whole place stinks of salty, dried fish. Prices are definitely lower at other supermarkets in the area. You have to be careful with the produce bexause not all of it is the freshest. I recommend with caution, as shoppers need to be price conscious, need to be able to skillfully identify good produce, and of course because of the stench.

First thing I get there to the store o my God they got a lot of stuff they they got all kind of products prices are very good so if you cannot find anything on Walmart you can came here and they got everything and the manager is pretty good people that are really gentleman with customers stop by and see yourself

The quality of the food from meat produce has a lot to be desired. But in a pinch if you dont have a car and youre in the neighborhood its probably the best place to go

This is called the International supermarket. This is not a very large supermarket but it has the daily needs. They have way more international foods than most supermarkets carry around here. This is a good place to buy fresh meat and fish. They have a reasonably priced fruit and vegetables. There is a small delly where you can purchase a great meal for under $7.

First, when you walk in you will more than likely smell freshly cooked fish. A delicious delicacy for many!I had the pork, white rice & tacos. Delicious! I was so surprised that 2 ppl can basically eat for $14!!! And the pork is so moist and well cooked, that I honestly might only get my meats here from now on, or become a regular shopper.The plantain was also well prepared and delicious!I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. Some of the reviews suggested it was not a good place, but I had a really great time. No problemo!!!

This is the grocery store that everyone needs to go in and look around because if you can think about it or imagined it they probably got it and they have excellent steam tables and food Ill give it a thumbs up any day of the week 👍

Wide variety of foods representing Carribean, Mexican, Central American and South American cuisines. Fresh, local baked goods, sweets, condiments (wonderful array of hot sauces!). Deli on premesis, with hot prepared foods as well. Reasonable prices on items across the board.

Kinda weird Latino Supermarket with lots of obscure products not readily available. Was okay, I like fish and seafood selection, but deli overpriced. Ill return again, fun to see products from all over the world. Friendly staff. Not much in the way of fresh beef.

Each time I go to this market it gets better. Shed your idea of supermarket when you go. Yes it has aisles but the food choices are great. Need an oxtail, whole from red snapper or veggies Ive only seen in the Caribbean. Theyve got them. The veg aisle has mist sprayers to keep fresh bunches of kale, spinach, parsley crisp and ready for a great salad. Too much there to list but Id recommend it to anyone looking for something different. Prices run 20-25 % lower than Publix.

They need to clean this place up on the outside. Where are the cops dirty looking men sitting on the side walk beside their bikes there were 3 just that day I was there I hate to see what the new Race Trac is going to attract too bad when one feels unsafe when we have all these cops driving around not to mention the jail right down the street

Great Latino grocery store! Some products are the same price as Publix. Some products are not available anywhere else,, and others are cheaper her (ie: coconut milk). Wish this store was available closer to home.

Not like a regular grocery store. International. Must have patience to get to know isles & products. Wont find your usual brands here...but an interesting place. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Never made it to meat department. You wont find m&ms here!

I am giving a 3 Star review for Cleanliness.The Meat/Fish Department is extremely sketchy! They have made strides recently, as today I made my first meat purchase! I was definitely afraid to eat their meat previously as being a Chef myself, I Know Things!Today I bought a frozen Whole Rabbit $7.50 which IS A Great Deal!Their Produce is great, fresh & clean to view!They get three stars for produce, variety of products, they still need to keep upgrading their Meat & Fish Department it is still sketchy but getting better every visit!One day I hope to purchase fresh meat, until they clean up I will only buy frozen! Hoping it has remained frozen the entire stay at their store!!!

The prepared meals are pretty good, but they are often bland and lack any flavor. It seems like Bravo is trying to cater to the older Americans, who cannot eat food that has any spices or flavor. Very sad. I had the Chicken Fricasse recently, and it tasted like nothing.The Bravo market has a great selection of food, but a lot of them are more expensive than Publix. I shop here, but I only buy the products that are at a good price, or I cannot get it at Publix or Winn-Dixie.

I will have to say. The Bravo has really stepped up. Prices are good. Love the spanish hot food cafe. Im happy they have cashier that speak basic english. Before no one in there could. They lost my business for many years. I decided to give them another chance glad i did. I got a nice roast. For 12 dollars. Which made really good bbq. Good job Bravo please keep it up and i will be back soon.

Lots of Latin American food, good fresh vegetables and fruits, fresh fish, meats, unusual frozen food, salt cod, excellent prices, spices of all kinds that you cant get elsewhere: whats not to like?

Very nice people, mostly directed to nations south of our border and Caribbean islands, has most of our standard items. Excellent deli meals, especially Cuban sandwich, authentic.

Large hispanic grocery store, with a few items from other countries. Saw a small shelf of Russian canned meat. Otherwise its 90%+ hispanic foods. Limited Euro, Afro, or even south asian food.

The take-out roast pork dinners taste great and a true bargain. Also the whole fried fish when they have it. Yesterday I saw that they had ceviche for takeout but I already had as much food as we could eat. I cant wait to go back and try the ceviche.
