Fairly new to the Naples area and have always been a big fan of Publix. This location however, blow away any other Publix that Ive been to. An excellent shopping experience!

Well kept grocery. Parking lot good. Store clean. Typical Publix.

I love this location. Its always clean and organized. The employees are great and I find everything I need and more.

A pleasant place to shop. Clean parking lot. Lots of lights. The only items that I would suggest is reopen the exit on Santa Barbara and the southside of the gas station, and put a 4way stop at the NE entrance by Five- Guys and at the SW Corner where the new restaurant & Radio Road meet.

Decent selection of stores in this plaza, although Publix is the main one.

I actually started going to Berkshire Commons for the dental office and then once I saw how many really cool businesses are in the same Plaza I found it very convenient

Lot of good stores. Publix and walgreens are okay.

I like shopping at Publix, they have everything one needs. I went there to get some Tonic Water and ended buying chicken thighs, pork chops and a bunch of other stuff. The stores are clean, and the isles are well marked. Its a great place to shop.

Just a routine shopping trip to Publix. I spent nearly $100 on this short trip. Food has gone up in price considerably. About 30% inflation thanks to Bidden and Covid-19.

Visit here regularly. My Publix is here, also Walgreens. Naples Pizza is good -we order from them often. Been to breakfast at First Watch and really like Hibachi Japan.

The sub sandwhiches here are not good. I love Publix subs but the line is always so long and they arent well made.

Clean complex, im here every day for different reasons and it always is kept clean and well maintained. Plenty of shopping and eating here. Everything you need can be found here. Plenty of parking. Lots of lighting at night. Some construction going on at the gas station on the east side of the complex (October 2020).

Within the establishments you need to work out with the WIFI SIGNAL Please... Very3 Poor.. inside/ outside Walgreens andnother establishments too.

Its a perfect little place to get several things you need done. Besides several banks,dry cleaners, dentistry, nail and hair salons Hey! theres a Publix! First Watch, Tropical Smoothie, Naples Pizza and Jasmine Chinese... okay, yeah, I may be spending too much time here. Totally worth it!

Nice but odd traffic flow. It has the ubiquitous Publix and some other stores, also has station nearby but difficult to get to..

My wife and I were doing two sales sales girl was great. Gentlemen came out of the back and started talking and talking and talking trying to make us get a third line told them they dont want a third line over and over and we would not stop. Extremely rude disrespectful I took the phone back from the young lady and to not buy either phone from a sale of two phones to zero. I called customer service Im still waiting for a call back from the district manager did not buy any phones with T-Mobile over 14 years disgraceful to be treated like this as a customer so long.

So this store is pristine but the price of everything is outrageous! Seriously who can afford the food here?!

Larger size Publix with a big indoor eating cafe area. Always a good selection and variety in groceries. Rather busy. The employees are very friendly. Service is outstanding.

Wonderful plaza with some great healthy restaurants banking and big publix to shop in.

Cell reception in this plaza area is terrible, so be prepared if needed for any app based pick up orders. It’s the only shopping plaza for a large residential area, so it is always busy.

Anchored by a Publix super market, an excellent store. Has been a godsend during the pandemic, as its well organized and not too crowded so you can generally get in and out quickly. Store personnel are friendly and helpful, as in all Publix markets, selection of fruits and vegetables good, nice meats and sea food, good breads, always with lots of healthy choices. Shopping center is modern and clean with plenty of parking. Good place!

Walgreens was the best!

The place is not crowded during the time of our visit which is good. They have markings and arrows for social distancing. Tables are outside and 6 feet apart. Staff do wear mask and have a glass barrier. The service is ok as there are only us and those drive tru. We enjoy our visit and our coffees are perfect.

Theres quite a nice selection of stores in the Berkshire Commons you can find just about anything that youre looking for.If you bring your appetite with you, you have many choices of great eateries and theres plenty of parking.

My Publix is great and friendly. The Walgreens staff finds coupons for me. My nail salon is a comfort zone. And the parking lot is way easier to navigate than some other strip mall lots in Naples. Close and convenient.

Very rude 😡 employee at dairy, not pleased to come back, I cant try the chicken wings becose my hungry disappear with this service, am not coming back, disappointed .

Publix is so expensive. However because they have a million locations it becomes convenient. Wish they were more competitive in their pricing.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Wow!! I said in my mind, that was different. I was pointed in the right direction and was next in line for fast service.

This is a really large shopping center with a lot of parking. I have only visited during weekday business hours and this place is always busy then!It’s very clean and there are many fine stores and no sign of sprawl.

One of the Best Publix in the area. Large, with more variety because of its size. Gas station, Banks, Restaurants, Ice Cream Shop, take out Pizza, Beef O Brady sports bar. Moderately priced. Outdoor seating. Great burgers and onion rings. Young friendly staff. Would go there again.

Went to Walgreens in Berkshire Commons on early Tuesday evening (Christmas Eve) along with my brother for last minute gifts. I was impressed that they were open til midnight. All the employees seemed to be happy to be there. They were extremely friendly & professional. Many of them volunteered to help us find whatever we were looking for. They had an EXCELLENT selection of different gifts & I was thrilled! The employees all had excellent attitudes, and went above & beyond to make consumers feel welcome in their store. It was truly amazing. The Store Manager has apparently done an excellent job, picking the right people, excellent training, and maintaining employee morale. I was truly impressed. The store was neat and clean; not a bunch of debris like in other stores we know. Everything was in its place making the shopping experience a true pleasure. Everything was stocked neatly, the store manager was quite the multi-tasker, helping customers while keeping the shelves neatly stacked, floor clean of any debris or trash, and the displays were extremely eye-captivating. Wow. I can probably go on and on...But I will finish with this. The employee that stood out that evening was Sabrina. Not only was she helping almost every person in the aisles, she stopped to answer questions, wanting to know if we found everything or needed help finding anything. She was exceptional! As it so happens, I lucked out, and Sabrina was the one who checked me out at the register. She was so pleasant & joyful; outstanding customer service skills, and reassured theyd be open the next day if I needed anything else. She deserves a raise, and some form of recognition for her outstanding employee performance which was truly unbelievable. Thank you for letting me share this experience with you. Happy New Year 2020!

Nice, modern plaza. Very very busy, though, so watch yourself in the parking lot. Getting back into Immokalee Rd. Can be a bit trying.
