Our experience was amazing with Danielle, our sales representative. She went out of her way to be accommodating and was knowledgable & helpful. The sofa is gorgeous, comfortable and truly well made.However, after 2 weeks a seam on the seat cushion has opened up about an inch. Not a big deal except that for the fact that this was a clearance item (we spent nearly $12,000.00) and Bay Design Store will NOT back their products. I am stunned by this and certainly will not recommend them or ever go back. Customer Service is my business and I work with over 200 great businesses Nationwide, perhaps I should proffer my services to them!
