My wife was looking for new running shoes. Chris was great he showed us several different brands and gave her lots of information on each. Never making her feel rushed. She has new running shoes and is out for a run. We will be back. Thank you Chris for all your help.

Pretty impressed by the saucony racing shoe for women I run the uneven surfaces so I fall a lot but because this shoes toe support I avoided a fall it doesn’t seem much of a shoe until you’re able to go faster than ever and avoid falling I remember hitting upper toe area was able to balance upwards There was a race going on that weekend actually 2 so the entire store was 20% off

We were looking for a place we could exchange a new never-worn pair of Womens Hoka running shoes for the same shoe in another size, even thought the original pair was purchased from the Hoka website. James, the employee who helped us, didnt know know the answer to our question (it was his third day on the job) but made a few calls while we looked around the store. While we didnt receive the answer we wanted, we understood the reasons why. James was friendly, courteous, professional -- and a lot of fun to talk to. We ended up buying a Old Naples race t-shirt for $5 and smiled all the way to our car.

Would be better if they opened on time

The manager was absolutely fantastic the shoes are very comfortable I will be standing there for running but I stand anywhere from 14 to 16 hours a day on my feet and I cannot wait to wear them tomorrow!

Excellent customer service!

The young man wore a bandana which kept slipping down. I asked him if he had a mask, he said no. I said I was uncomfortable with him not wearing the bandana over his mouth. He responded with you can leave to which I said you are right and I promptly did. I went to Fit 2 Run where I got excellent service.

A great local running store.

Great shop with lots of local knowledge, inventory was lacking a little bit, but everything there was very high-quality so that explains why there are only particular items there. These guys really know how to “run” a business. Ha!

I bought my new balance 1080 v8s from them. Younger gentleman helped me out with which exact shoe would best fit my foot. Great experience

When I take my 17 year old captain of the cc team into Naples on the run, the sales people listen to her and she is always so happy with her running shoes. They also have great deals on clothes, power type bars, garmin, etc. Highly recommend! I buy shoes here every 3 months and thank god there are running experts that make my life so easy. Naples on the Run also sponsors 90% of the 5Ks in town so they are a small business that supports the community! Thank you on the RUN!

Worst running store I have ever been to. Zero selection of running apparel, shoes, etc. Race bib pickup for Thanksgiving 5K was efficient, but ran out of the correct size shirts two days prior to the race. Pretty pathetic.

Return policy is not very consumer friendly. Prices are retail with no discount. They dont stock wide sizes, but can special order them. Dont measure feet width, just length. Didnt watch me running with new pair of shoes. Ended up with shoes that were too narrow, caused blisters, and was unable to return them within the same week of purchase. Staff was very friendly, which is the only reason they get two stars.

Friendly and helpful. Didnt have much selection in my size (14 2E) but then thats not unusual :)

I had just gotten orthotics and needed some running shoes. Carl Egbert helped me try on some shoes but unfortunately everything was just to tight at the instep which was to be expected because my orthotics are very large as they are used to correct my feet after club foot surgeries. Even though they didnt have anything in the store Carl helped me find two shoes that might fit my needs. The Asics Nimbus 17 and the Asics Cumulus 16. I liked the looks of the 17s the best so I went with those. Thanks to his help I will soon be able to run comfortable in my new Nimbus 17s.
