Salesman was too busy texting on his phone to help me with my 2 pair of Ferragamo shoes and belt... I screamed and finally got his attention in the shoe department.

Took a long time for staff to approach me and offer assistance... Great selection, need to be more attentive to clientele. Overall, OK experience and left with a lovely pair of Chanel shoes.

Went to get channel sandals, nobody came to help, very disappointed that still 2021 people would be so inattentive and so out of place. The salespeople at the Napless Saks are very disrespectful!!! Never going there again

Walked in and out with my wife - seemed OK, small, she complained that there was not a dress section, organized by designers, but that is how Saks does it everywhere I think. anyway, nice enough.

I spoke with the manager of Cosmetics and wow, talk about rude! She could not have been more inconvenienced trying to help me. How this person (lauren Olson) is a manager, tells me all I need to know about how poorly Sax is at hiring people.

My go to place to find perfect outfits for my stylish clients! It’s where I go to find make up, clothes, shoes and anything I else my clients desire! And... their sals are pretty amazing too! Hats off to the great employees... go visit Kevin in the shoe department; he’s a delight!

The problem here is that nobody looks at you or offers you help if you dont look American and you have expensive and brand-name clothes on, but after I spent four thousand dollars then they all came to offer help and they all had a big smile.

Staff is usually mediocre when it comes to attentiveness and customer service but the only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Megan. She was working the Laura Mercier counter and she was wonderful! She went above and beyond with service and was very sweet. I come to this location a lot for makeup purchases and will be looking for her every time.

I went to the Bobby Brown counter to purchase bronzer, foundation and blush and the lady at the counter was very inconvenienced. I didn’t get her name but she applied foundation to my face very rushed and even poked my eye!? I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because she was so rude.

Stella the perfume treated me and my new husband with warmth, honesty and patient. Definitely will be visiting again soon

Probably one of the best Saks in the chain. Store is immaculate and has a wide range of products. Service is professional and caring.

I bought the Chanel wallet on April 29 this year, but now there is a problem with the card package in this short time. I went to the store staff and replied that it was caused by the card. The card package is for the card, so short time There is a quality problem and it does not help repair. This is my personal experience. Please be cautious when buying Chanel. The quality and after-sales service are poor.

Stay away and spend your money somewhere else. Saks does not stand by their product, managers unwilling to help. Terrible. They deserve 0 stars.

I only like the shoe department and the Chanel boutique at this Saks. Other departments are dull. Their associates fight over who is going to “help” you. I even overheard them discussing a customer and laughing at them behind their back. Maybe it’s just my experience that day, but this Saks store was the opposite of luxury shopping experience. Many sales associates had an attitude as if they hated their job. I would skip this store and head straight to the actual brand name boutiques at Waterside. If you decide to shop at this saks, request Bernardo at shoes and Brie at Chanel. They are professional and pleasant to deal with.

Reminds me of John Wanamakers, Gimbells, stores from the 70s - a bit stuffy, reaks of perfume, mens sections is for little snow flakes, women with face jobs and swollen ankles - you know the store - would never return but for my wife - the employees have something snapped off in their rears. Question: the folks behind the makeup counters look like horribly made up mannequins, how does that not turn off people?
