Wonderful French garments! Absolutely loved the fashion here because its totally different than what you find elsewhere. Its pricey! I got a pair of slit-leg trousers for $99 and a lovely print dress for $180. Well worth it!

I visited naples for a week and went into this store when I see a beautiful young girl. She had outstanding customer service and helped me with everything. I couldn’t figure out which shirt to get and she gave me pros of each. I asked what her name is & she said faith. I prefer going into this store rather than the other because the older woman named Julia was very very rude and yelled at me for touching a ring.

My friends and i walked in to this story because we loved the vibe and it looked adorable! however, when we approached there were 3 workers sitting outside who gave us a nasty looks as we entered. as we were walking around the worker asked us “what do you want” in the rudest way and we informed her we were looking around. We then told her that the store was beautiful and she responded with a snobby “yeah i know.” after a few minutes of being rudely stared down, we were forced to leave due to how uncomfortable we felt. We assume this was probably because we were all dressed in comfy sweats and she believed we could not afford the store. Truly tragic because we would have loved to spend lots of money there but will not be returning due to the horrible customer service.

I have loved loved shopping at this store for many years. Every summer I land in Naples, this store is my priority, I dot not leave Naples without having to indulge and spoil myself in Cape Madras. I love madras, and I really have enjoyed shopping there. The owner is a lovely, bubbly and friendly lady who makes you feel good to be there. However, this past Saturday, at around noon, the lady there ( short hair, blond, older lady) was the absolute worse customer service. Nasty, rude, not helpful at all. I almost got the vibe that shes even racist. While the products and merchandize is beautiful it serves no purpose when the face on the store is someone like that. I do not need anything that bad that I would subject myself to an unfriendly stiff. This store has forever lost my many loyal years of patronage. Also, my shopping partner and stylist wanted me to add that he felt completely unwelcomed. She made him feel as though we needed to leave.

Wonderful Customer Service! Always enjoy my shopping experience at Cape Madras in Naples - I would highly recommend a visit when you are in the Naples area!
