Kilwins makes delicious Ice cream and candy. There are many flavors to choose including several different chocolates, coffee, peach and strawberry. Their waffle cones are made fresh daily. Candy selection is also vast. Great place for a special treat.

Great atmosphere I loved the amazing choices for the ice cream! They have different options to chocolate all around. The only minor issue I had was the employees, they showed good customer service but had an attitude with each of their customers, I had some blue ice cream with salted chocolate ice cream

Stopped in Kilwin’s after a nice meal along 5th Avenue in Naples. We both felt like ice cream and this was a great choice. Kilwins has a nice variety of ice creams, homemade fudge and chocolates to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino chunk and my mother in law had a combo of cappuccino chunk and coconut flavors. Each bite of the cappuccino chuck had huge pieces of chocolate. The chocolate chucks seemed to be more bittersweet tasting than super sweet and that made for a nice compliment to the cappuccino flavor. Overall we were very pleased with our choices.I have read a few reviews relating to a higher price for the ice cream. Each “single “ scoop was about $5.75 whether it was in a cake cone or cup. That may seem higher but their single scoop was more like a double anywhere else. I would certainly suggest you get a single scoop cup and share it with a friend. Everyone who walked out of the store kept commenting about the size of the scoops for the price, and all were quite positive.There are a few ice cream shops along 5th Avenue, but if you need a place to start, I would suggest Kilwin.

The pistachios in pistachio ice cream tasted very bad like they were rotten. Asked manager to taste it but she refused. Did say she would take it out of the case.

Whenever I see a line that’s out the door I know it has to be good. And indeed it was. It was so busy that they ran out of waffle cones xD. But that’s no biggie since they have cups and cake cones. I got the rum raisin and it was delicious! The ice cream was rich and creamy and as soon as I tasted the ice cream, I knew that this would be my go to flavor. Hope to have this again whenever I’m in Florida.

Black woman commented on my daughters they look look dogs on leashes. Because they are wearing butterfly vest with leashes. They make them feel safe and not run away from us. Ignorance on their part. Its disgusting how people have something they say under their breath, but dont have balls to say it in a regular voice. I called her out on it then her and her friend went to the back. Then they came out and continued to laugh. Kilwins you need to do something about your employees.

Always come to this place when were at Naples. This time was very sad since they did not have the pistachio ice cream. It seems its from the manufacturer.Service is always nice.

I read the multiple reviews about this place and agree that the ice cream was good. I also agree that the employees appear to be highschoolers that are not necessarily very professional. We stopped by the place yesterday and while in line I noticed the young ladies that were working behind the counter were making fun of the customers. I thought that was very rude and not good for business.

Whats there to say, we loved their fudge but will not return. Shocked to see a business in the food industry that has that much disregard for public health safety. Absolutely not what you want to see in an establishment that serves something you eat. If they care this little about sanitary conditions that you can see, imagine what it must be like in the back where you cant see whats going on. Sad because we loved this place.

BEST Greek I’ve had since living in Detroit! If you’re craving authentic Greek cuisine, this place is a MUST dine experience while in Naples. The owner not only makes the food, he personally checks on the patrons’ satisfaction. If I could give his cuisine 10 Stars I would.

Its a really nice place with nice staff but it is very expensive. We go for the experience of the shop and walking on 5th but its over $20 for 4 for ice cream in case youre a large family. The ice cream is good.

Store 9106, owner name Kevin was amazing with a humble attitude. Customer Service at this ice cream shop was just excellent. Did not even mention the ice cream was delicious and fresh. I will stop by again when I come back in town.

We stood in line for a very long time. And once we got to the front to order it was very apparent why. The staff was full of very young, inexperience, unprofessional and extremely rude girls. Not only did they not try and be apologetic about running out of most products, but continued to stand there and talk amongst themselves and not take anyone’s order. That lead to us just waiting to he helped while they just continue to talk with each other and not help any customers. After I ordered one item that employee left and never came back and again the rest of them continue to stand there and talk and not help anyone. When I interrupted them to place the rest of my order they then proceeded to talk about us and laugh at us. During the time of them not helping customers, they continue to help themselves by eating spoonfuls of ice cream out of the tubs which was concerning on so many levels. Not only did that not help customers but it also did not seem sanitary ESPECIALLY during Covid-19 precautions. Highly disappointed.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. February 2021, hardly any candy on the shelves. Bare chocolates cases. No taffy. And no dipped waffle cones. Used to be the go-to and worth waiting in line. Not any more. Kids are happier with some Hagen Daz and a bag of M&Ms

Best icecream and chocolate in town

Extremely disappointed. The entire staff was not wearing a mask in midst of the COVID-19. One would expect that a food provider would be responsible enough to take proper precautions.

It was closing time at for them at near 9:30pm (if I would assume) and Jay, Keisha and Manning helped my baby during a heat stroke. And have me amazing service. I went to Starbucks about 5 minutes prior, doors were just closed and I held up my phone and wrote on a note “just need a cup of ice for my baby please.” I would’ve gladly paid for if they would’ve made me, but MY BABY is having a heat stroke NOW. Of course after one minute of closing they had the audacity to explain to me why they couldn’t give me a cup of ice because the money was out (which was not out, and I’m outside you could have just brought out the cup of ice while you saw my message). My wife has their gold card which we will never buy from Starbucks again after that experience.I moved on to Kilwins who accepted me instantly and Jay, Keisha and Manning instantly gave me a simple cup of ice AND to top off their generosity gave him his first “tester spoon” of ice cream (he loved it). Thank you so much, to all three of you, you have no idea how much you helped me and your generosity will not go unnoticed. I am in love with Kilwins to begin with but now I am 6/5 star happy. Thanks you three. A very loyal customer was made of me, my wife and baby (who’s first taste of vanilla he loved by the way!) tonight. You three are amazing.

Its an expensive place - cone with 1 flavor over $6. It was tasty, but too much for a kid. I suggest them to offer some hand wipes, since they dont have a pubvlic restroom and now it is very important to wash hands before eating.

Went in to Kilwins shop on Friday mid afternoon after having a great lunch at one of our fine outdoor restaurants in Naples. We will not be going back because no one had masks on and no safety precautions were there during the handling of our cones of ice cream. This should be a public safety concern and not a political issue!

Horrible experience. None of the workers were wearing masks or gloves when serving and upon asking were given horrible attitude by the employees. Completely unsanitary. Masks may be chosen to wear by customers but for a food provider to have a blatant disregard for their customers health is disgusting.

Just the smell you get from the street is to die for!! This is a must visit spot while walking around 5th! The ice creams are delicious and they have a huge variety! I love that they have some menus around the store so you can think about what you want ahead of time. And dont forget about the chocolates... and the fudge...I cant wait to go again and try the chocolate mint one! everything is awesome there!

Employees dont wear masks or gloves during a pandemic. Theyre just high schoolers slinging ice cream, but their employer should probably take a second to educate them. Didnt feel it was safe/clean enough to risk it. Not all of us can afford to get COVID19, so I guess Ill just take my money elsewhere...

Kilwins has no regard for their customers..STILL NOT WEARING MASKS! Their employees serving ice cream, with their face only inches away and breathing on the ice cream that they serve to you without masks exhibits a reckless disregard for the safety of its customers. I will be a customer no longer.

Great location, right on 5th Avenue! The ice-cream is amazing and so is the fudge, and they provide free samples of both! The staff was very friendly, especially Michael! Well be back with friends!

Do NOT go to Kilwins! I used to love this institution until they decided it was acceptable for their employees (and manager) to not wear a mask. They are actively endangering the health and safety of their customers. Absolutely shameful.

No masks! Ice cream is good, but a bunch of college kids serving without masks; during the pandemic it is absolutely ridiculous! I understand that the young don’t worry about getting sick, but at the expense of older costumers??? You don’t care! I lost interest in your establishment.

Great ice cream best toasted coconut

This is the best Ice Cream Ive ever tasted in my entire life. Yes, it is pricey but the waffle cones are suuuper good and freshly made. Also 1 scoop is more like the size of 2. Ive tried the Toasted Coconut, Fudgie Brownie and Cookies&Cream and each one was a new experience. Especially the Fudgie Brownie had Brownie chunks in it and oh my...as you can see i cant stop getting put of swooning so to anyone thats never tried Kilwins: DO IT

DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your health. My husband and I haven’t been to Kilwins since before the pandemic and we walked in tonight to find out that not only were the employees aren’t wearing masks, but there were multiple customers inside with no masks. Not even gloves in sight. How is it possible that after almost a year of being in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC, there are owners, managers, and employees not adhering to CDC guidelines when serving food?? Extremely disappointed and will never go to Kilwins ever again.

What a fantastic little sweets shop! Everything is absolutely scrumptious. I’m so thankful that the owners care about their employees safety enough to let them choose whether they want to wear a mask or not. Health care is not one size fits all. Im usually a chocolate girl but Naple Mug was pretty good.

We stood in a line out the door based on a local recommendation while on vacation in Naples. Their ice cream and their handmade waffle cones that you can see them making at the door really are worth it. The quality and flavor of what they serve is very good. The line moves pretty quickly and if youre on vacation whats the rush anyways? Theyre a little pricey, but overall I recommend stopping in to give it a try at least once.

My wife and I visited this location recently and not a single employee was wearing masks or gloves. We immediately left. As an owner or manager of this establishment you must be completely ignorant or brain dead to allow people to serve any kind of food to the public and not enforce a rule on masks or any kind of protective equipment. Completely irresponsible. Health department has been notified.

Asked server why no mask? He said they are not required.... really? Employees serving ice cream leaning over open barrels with no respect for there customers should be required. Felt sick thinking about it and walked out. Never again- shame on the irresponsible Manager and Owner of this store who doesn’t care about others!

Over priced tourist trap with average ice cream that you will wait 1/2 hour for in a line out the door. Avoid and have dessert at your restaurant or someplace less expensive and crowded.

I dont know that I could ever give Kilwins in general a 1 star but the main reason for our review is that over the past several months, Kilwins in Naples has not had their employees wearing face masks or protective gear. With COVID and their exposure to so many people, and the food they eat, it is completely irresponsible to run a business where employees are not in masks. This has happened 3x in the last 2 months that weve witnessed.

The worst service seen ever. Over the counter person was chewing gum and constantly asking are you done while I was not even started making order - pushing me to complete it and move to other customers. When I asked for advice for something similar to Nutella taste for my kid she just took a look at me as how I am tired of you all and told no we dont have anything like that. So I had to feel under pressure to make a choice on my own in store I came for first time and as result last time.

I LOVE KILWINS. I have been trusting them with all my ice cream needs ever since I was a little girl. Given the circumstances of our current international situation, I had hoped that I would be able to enjoy my ice cream safely and with ease during my yearly trip to Naples. However, I was shocked to see that NONE of the employees working had a single mask on or seemed to be working following the not-so-strict policies meant to keep our city, country, and WORLD safe. There were no signs stating any changes to policy regarding masks or basic social distancing rules and etiquette. Especially for the food industry, I am APPALLED and deeply disturbed by the lack of respect for the safety and wishes of others during this time. I hope to see some changes and I urge everyone to follow the professional CDC guidelines in order to see improvement as soon as possible.

Really great delicious ice cream, nice variety of flavors, get the waffle cone! a great portion for an adult or to share and the fudge is really good made in house! limited seating available outside but often theres a live musician outside entertaining the guests. great spot for a quick way to beat the heat! free parking in the rear multilevel parking lot and you can enter through the rear of the adjacent store to cut through instead or walking around the block if youre lazy!
