My husband and I went back in to Williams Sonoma after we had been there the day before and bought a number of products, but realized when we got home that one of the products that we had paid for was not in the bag. I waited in line and when I got up to the counter, I said that I didn’t have my receipt but asked if I could be looked up by my key rewards. The associate was newer and asked the assistant manager for help. Immediately, the assistant manager, Josh, snapped at my husband and me saying “I’m not doing anything without a receipt,” then told us to leave the store in front of multiple customers. When I tried to say to the assistant manager that we were missing a product that we had paid for, he said we were threatening him and called for security. I then called Williams Sonoma Corporate and had them on the line as 2 security guards stood next to us and the store manager looked up our purchase and said we were right and gave us our product. I can’t help but feel that I was profiled, that because I am a minority I was trying to pull a fast one. Any store you go to these days, you can be looked up by other means if you don’t have your receipt. We are Really disappointed that Williams Sonoma has people like Josh in management positions.

One of my favorite stopping points at Waterside shops. I stocked up on my spice collection and Mauviel pots and pans. It would be good if the store could provide a retinning service for old copper pots or if they could advise on where to go on the East Coast.

They close the store 5 minutes early which I suppose isnt a big deal except they close daily at 6pm (1hr after most people get out of work) and the person was very rude about it to this nice older couple trying to get in to get something 5 minutes before store closure.

I love this store. There is so much to look at. They have unique items that you cant get elsewhere.

Great store for finding those great gifts for culinary fans. Maybe something for yourself too!

Somewhat disappointed I have a $25.00 coupon and it will not work, no matter how many times the sales person tried.

Was looking for a few high prices items, waiting looking at the knifes for well over 20min. I couldnt find all the items I was looking for but knew they had to have them there.You cant tell whos employed there due to no uniforms, only one young lady was wearing a name-tag.Finally went to counter informing I needed help & was told to wait. When I said I had been for over 20min the ladys response was that everyone was busy & the customers in line needed to be taken care of (had to have been at least 4 cashiers).I tried calling the store but the manager was too busy on the floor. Not busy enough to help me though.They missed out on a decent purchase & Im still awaiting to hear from the manager.

Surprisingly large shop. They have a great selection, take the time to wander around and see what you can find.

I walked in this afternoon and was immediately treated by two employees. I was looking for outdoor dinnerware and was unsure of what to buy. Jessica and Christina were very helpful!! They even signed me up for the key program!! Free money!! Cant tell you how happy I am!! I will go back to this store anytime I need something!! Thank you for making this experience easy and awesome:)

I was lucky enough to be waited on by David, who only works here in winter season. I wanted 2 last pieces of the Sea Creatures melamine dinnerware - everywhere I had been was sold out, as was this store. But David searched through the computer and called several stores to secure what I needed. He was fantastic! I wish every store I visited had employees as great as David!

David was great and very nice!! We could’ve stayed a talked/bought with him for hours. Amazing customer service and helped us choose our third nespresso machine 😁

Worst store that I have ever had to deal with in Naples. I should have walked out the moment I dealt with the first staff member. Instead of placing an order online, I decided to go to the store and see the item first. The item was actually $70 more expensive than Macys but seeing that they had a $50 rebate I thought it would not matter. Once I had decided to buy the item I was introduced to another staff member who, while in the middle of helping me, went off and helped another customer. I was left standing there and then had to find someone else to help me. The next staff member could not get the credit card reader to work so took all my details and said she would email the order to me when placed. I explained that it was a gift and needed to be wrapped. Needless to say, the item was shipped unwrapped and the wrong colour. I have phoned the store 4 times and spoken to two managers who promise to call me back but now 5 days later no call. I have now had to sort out the problem with Customer service myself so lets see if they can rectify the problem. There are many kitchen stores that sell the same items as Williams Sonoma so I will not be shopping there again.

High end kitchen stuff. Good quality knives are available.Staff isnt that friendly if you visits in your flip flops.

Love Williams Sonoma products, but this store has the absolutely worst and most incompetent staff Ive ever encountered. While waiting in line, the guy at the register has to leave to look for stuff in the back room that the customer wanted. Then the lady ahead of me pulls the same stunt, and the cashier goes to the stock room again looking for dish towels because the shelf was empty. There was one other employee ringing up an interminable return with complicated credit transactions and nobody else in the store to help. Sometimes they have random salespeople who push the product of the day but when you ask about needing an espresso maker or a set of silverware they get confused and will not help. They never have what Im looking for in stock, and theyre always aggressive about getting your email and phone number when paying for items. I give them fake ones to shut them up. Point taken, go online and get free shipping. Waited 45 mins to pay for kitchen towels and a few utensils I had to get for the weekend. Next time Ill go to Fort Myers store, much better run and always on point!

Amazing Staff! Fantastic service! The ability to call and place my orders over the phone for pick up is amazing- they even offered to ship or deliver to me! I am going to have them come and do a visit to my home this next week to help me organize my kitchen and order additional cookware amd tools!!! I need an new Jura! Christina helped me and was amazing! So informative- David gave me great information about knives and coffee machines- and a woman named Razia was so knowledgeable about the cookware. With this place you cannot lose!

A great place for gifts for the women in your life

Went to Williams and Sonoma today, was looking to spend $300+ on kitchen utensils. There had been an add sent to my email for free shipping but I didnt want to buy something without putting my hands on it first. I found what I needed and then some. A few of which were under a 20% sign. They wouldnt honor that and the. Acted like I was trying to steal it. She asked me to show her the sign and then didnt show come to see left me standing there. Come on, we were talking about two items one $9.95 and one $16.95. Then she acted rude like I wasnt telling the truth, I left the ten items and told them forget it! Save yourself some time. Buy online especially when there is free shipping! The blond lady, needs some help in customer service skills! Manager or not she was absolutely demeaning and unkind! Felt bad for the lady that was trying to help me, she was caught in the middle!
