Danny our sales specialist was the best throughout our car purchasing experience. From the very first day up until our purchase day. Initially, We had pulled up late after the dealership was closed and we were browsing a vehicle on the lot.We were not expecting service since dealership was already closed. Danny was the one person who acknowledged our presence, even though he was off the clock getting ready to go home. He offered us assistance and answered all our questions. He was engaging, personable, professional and knowledgeable. We felt so welcomed and our impression of him was that Danny is a truly genuine person.We decided to return a couple days later to see Danny and learn more about the vehicle. Danny dedicated his time and showed us several models. Took us on test drives on a couple of vehicles and showed us various options and car features. During our entire time there Danny never rushed us or pressured us to make a decision, rather really helped us reach a decision on what specs and colors we wanted. After narrowing down the model and color that we wanted, Danny tried his best to locate the vehicle from another dealership to trade it with another vehiclesince that specific color combination was not in stock at his store. The other dealership did not agree to the exchange. Since he was not able to get that car from them, instead of potentially try to convincing us to take what was available (like other dealerships we had visited prior), he rather encouraged us to go to the other dealership that had the color combination we were looking for because he wanted us to get the car exactly how we wanted it. Even if that meant that it wasnt his sale to execute. I saw so much integrity and ethics in him to suggest this to us. He truly cares for his client needs and made sure we were going to take home what we specifically wanted. We eventually went to the other dealership in Tampa and saw the car color combination there, however our experience with that sales specialist was not even close to what we had experienced with Danny, it stripped our desire to even want to buy that car. We immediately turned around and contacted Danny to handle our purchase even if it meant going with a different but similar color. That is how much of an impact he made for us. His customer service is unmatched and I will continue to tell my friends about his service and buy my vehicles from him in the future. Let me tell you, this dealer is on another level! Vince assisted me with purchasing my brand new 2022 G70. The staff here is dedicated to providing A1 service! I got the best deal on my G70 and Im not even gonna ask how i got such a good deal, that is how good it was. Sooooo good that it’s top secret stuff! I live in Miami and i drove to Naples just to get the perfect model and color combination for my G70. Just bought a Genesis GV80. My salesperson, Drew Jiras did a great job, he was quick, clear, fair and rightfully represented exactly what I was getting. The Finance Manager, Ben Hagan was also very helpful, got me a great rate on the financing (1.89%!) and processed the paperwork for the transaction quickly. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences ever. This dealer and these two men come with my highest recommendation. LOVE THE CAR TOO, its AWESOME!!!

Stopped in to Genesis of Naples to look at the GV 70. I met Carlos Caraballo, what a great young man! Carlos knew everything there was to know about the Genesis. Although what we were looking for will not be available until the 2022 models come out. Carlos was able to find us another car. The entire experience was great, no pressure everything was very transparent, no games or heavy sales pitch. Carlos took great care of us, I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos if you are shopping for a car.

Unfortunately had to wait a long time for my GV80 due to many factors beyond the dealers control (e.g., pandemic, chip shortage, etc.). Dealer kept us up to date on the status and availability of our new vehicle

Weve been getting our Genesis serviced at Tamiami Hyundai for the past 3 years. They are very professional, do a great job of servicing your vehicle and treat us with respect. We live in Fort Myers and we used to go to the OBrien Fort Myers Hyundai service center, but they dont even begin to know what customer service means or how to treat their customers with respect so we left them behind in a trail of dust. We highly recommend Tamiami Hyundai for all your vehicle needs.

This was my second purchase at the dealership. The first was a Hyundai and now the Genesis GV80. I used the same sales person (Carlos) and he was very professional, answered questions promptly, was accessible before and after delivery and I feel he worked to get me the best deal.

I am thinking of getting rid of my Mercedes. Did the research and I went to this dealership today to check out the G80 and G90. I walked the lot and went in to the showroom twice. Lots of staff running around but nobody seemed interested in talking to me. So I stood there staring at the guys in the office for a while and then I finally left. Business must be really good. Going to try the Ft. Myers dealership tomorrow.

I spoke with Rob Riley, salesman, for genesis. We were negotiating a deal of a brand new genesis GV80 vehicle. The car was 1,800 dollars over MSRP. I wanted to trade in my vehicle, however the practice of the dealership was unethical and the deal was swept right under the rug. I asked the dealership to hold the car because I was interested, however they had no consideration for me as a consumer and decided to sell the car to someone else. Buyers Beware, check out other dealerships.

I have never received anything other than 5 star service from Genesis of Naples. I have owned many cars and dealt with many dealerships and none compare to the Can Do attitude and service Ive received from this dealership. Im very satisfied.

I have a preowned genesis which I did not purchase here. I came here knowing that the cost would be outstanding to fix a mechanical issue but of course, this is naples, the quoted price was ridiculous! I was quoted almost $4k to fix a noise underneath the car;the diagnostics costed me $200 and they said the part will have to be replaced along with labor cost. I had someone else look into it, and he went underneath the car and my exhaust was hitting a bent metal piece - which was causing the noise! He saved me $3700! Imagine if I actually went along with Genesis diagnostics for a fix as simple as that. If you have money to blow - sure, take your care here to fix with the pros. If you want to save some money, go somewhere else.

I lease a 2020 Genesis 90.The staff and service are outstanding

I got the usual hard sell from the salesman the his boss. The “deal” was so good they said I had to take it “right now”. After much negotiation they agreed to hold the offer for 24 hours if I gave them a $500 deposit. I went to another dealer and without telling them the pervious offer they started with a price $1500 less for exactly the same vehicle which they ultimately lowered and threw in some extras. Getting my $500 back was a hassle.
