My friend Jonathan Gomezs house burned down from a brush fire. So, I decided to volunteer clean up. I picked up 10 Publix subs and Jim in the deli was Awesome. Got them done right and in super quick. Thank you. Made the day for all of us helping better. Top notch employee and his area was spotless. Five stars...

I’ve shopped here before. Everything is really convenient and accessible. Items are always in place and never out of its designated location on it’s shelf. Everything is really clean and dust free. I do have to admit the eating area here is really clean, I never have seen a single piece of trash or a dirty table. The employees are always kind and helpful and always make it a pleasant shopping experience.

Publix has the most grocery stores in Florida bit their prices are the worst in Florida. Their gimmick is the bogo offers from their irregular pricing. Not a fan. Employees are nice and selection is good.

I love to visit this store when Im in Florida. The decor and merchandising is inviting/comforting.The quality of their bakery, deli and produce items were superior (meat and seafood department looked good but we werent there to buy protiens).The covid protocols were confusing. Masks arent required but sporadic signs throughout sales floor stated otherwise. Not all staff wore masks so...?

We came down from Alaska to visit family. A Publix Sub is a must-have at least once during the trip and we were not disappointed. The staff were courteous and accommodating and the sandwich was delicious.

Meat, fish, produce. Everything always fresh and good. Best grocery store in Naples.

If I could give this store a zero rating I would. I ordered subs in the Publix app. Went to pick them up. They were not in the typical pick up place. No one could find them. The service people said teenagers came and stole them, and that I hadn’t previously paid for them, which I had. I asked to speak the Drli manager, who was awful. She did nothing to resolve the issue only accused me as the costumer of doing something wrong. I then asked for the store manager who was the only kind respectful person in the situation, he refunded me an apologized for the horrible behavior. Sincerely disappointed Publix.

Love this chain. First if youre new to FL stop going to Subway and come here for the Pubsub... They are a great over all grocery store!

Oh, it was just ducky.

I usually have to wait way too long and leave with a sub missing toppings I wanted because they claimed they were out at OTHER publix stores. This store was fast, and they made my sub incredibly well. She actually put on extra pickles and asked me what kind of pickles I wanted. I knew they had different kinds because I read it online, but never had anyone ever ask me what kind I wanted. This was the best pub sub experience I’ve had since moving to FL 3 years ago. Thank you publix Team for exceeding my expectations!

I never thought Id write a review about a grocery store, but I was so blown away by the exceptional customer service, I immediately knew Id write one. Robert Doyle, the deli manager, and his crew, are simply amazing. Upon walking up to the counter, I was immediately welcomed and asked how my day was going. After ordering my sub, the cashier at the deli also greeted me, in addition to inquiring about my day. Unbelievably, while I sat in their section of tables eating my lunch, I was even greeted by an employee from another department who happened to be on her lunch break. Oh how I wish the world of Walmart would take a page out of the Publix playbook and treat their employees with dignity and respect.With respect to Publix subs, they are OUTSTANDING. Anyone who chooses subway over Publix for a sub is unfortunately missing out. You can truly taste the difference based on the QUALITY of the ingredients. Kudos Publix, you have amazing, happy employees, and TERRIFIC subs.

We had a bad experience with three teenagers no masks fooling around faking sneezes and then cough saying -uck you. We love your store and employees so I hope this never happens again. It is not funny in todays world !

My wife was treated rudely by Publix employees twice in that store on different occasions. The first time by a young woman and the second time by the pharmacist. My wife is a dark-skinned Indian woman, but we don’t know if that is the reason for the rudeness, but she will not go back there.

Here we go again Publix took them a while to even take my order but then a young ladies made up with it in being nice but the customers in the store are still rude to people I guess cuz I was dressed in work clothes

They didnt have a good PASSOVER food selection

This location has the best deli Ive ever had at a Publix.Most are very slow or rude or both but this location I couldnt believe how nice and quickly they asked my order and sliced everything and offered samples to me and my son as well.This area gets really busy in season so watch out.

Saw a couple people in the store without masks, didnt appreciate the fact that the store did not address the fact they were putting others at risk.

Robert the store manager is so kind and caring. My daughter is 4 years old and loves seeing him. I drive out of my way to go to this Publix because the employees there are so kind and helpful.

The deli manager was very confrontational and rude to my girlfriend and I. This is not the first time someone in the deli has been rude at this location. The deli manager also needs to be addressed on how to speak to the other employees. She was very rude to the nice woman making my sub.

Waited in line at the deli today, 12/8 for 20 minutes with 4 other people in line in front of me with 3 Publix employees back there just taking their sweet time. Wont be returning to this location.

At home, I am used to Safeway and Frys. Here we have Publix Super Market. Ive been to a few different locations, but this one is literally next to my office. Going to be a place I spend a lot of time and money. Of course, I get a free lunch at work every day. But, hey... Its here, its near, and the prices are great. I am new to Naples and already a fan.

Went today to pick up chicken wings. What we got was 15 chicken legs with 5 chicken wings. They were of poor quality - - some were chopped short; some were just not cooked well; they were definitely not hot or spicy as labeled. Total Bummer.

The staff at this publixs is very rude. They stock shelves during the busiest times and want the customers to move for them! They pushed my cart out of the way. It was so busy and 2 employees were blocking the isle talking and wouldnt move for me. I would rather drive out of my way then ever go to this publixs again

The Deli is very professional at service is great, enjoy getting my lunch at this Publix.

For the most part employees are very very friendly and helpful. Never yet been in the Publix that there werent enough checkout lines open, such a pleasure compared to many many grocery stores up north.
