Publix is mine and my family’s go-to grocery store whenever we visit Naples; we go in to grab some essentials for our stay and take advantage of deals they have going on. We like to get the cookies from the bakery and fresh made subs for pickup from the deli. We had a children’s birthday cake made here the last time we visited and it came out pretty good. This store is clean, easy to navigate and well stocked. It’s always a good shopping experience here.

Clean, well organized, helpful associates. Never enough cashiers though.When youre in the produce department; look up at the ceiling for a pretty surprise!

I am ashamed I forgot the guy that made my sub but it was at 4:45pm 06/30/21. But he was very well mannered and patient throughout my order. I normally dont write reviews but at a minimum he should be praised for his great customer service. I travel alot and great customer service is appreciated when you are tired after work.

Publix is still the best supermarket in Florida and the Southeast US, in my opinion. Clean stores, friendly staff, a great variety of products, lots of locations, and competitive prices. What more could we want?

If I could leave a 0 star review for their sub department, I would. On two occasions, I ordered a sub online in advance. The first time, it wasnt ready. The second time, they forgot all about it and when I showed my receipt with the time, they had no explanation. Management needs to streamline the process, given many people are at lunch and have a short break. They work on island time with no regard for peoples time. They should take notes from other sub places like Subway and use an assembly line process for efficiency. One person making a sub, slicing the meat, looking for cheese, etc is too time consuming.

Clean location but Ive had to wait over 35 minutes for a roastie chicken what they gotta do chase it out back? They always run out of them esp if they are on sale.Subs are good but its a bit of a wait, same for meat and cheese.Smaller location but I can usually find everything I need.. except a roastie mojo chicken for dinner.

This is the best Publix in town. Employees are always respectfully and kind. I just hope it gets the remodel soon as the interior is very dated compared to other Publix stores.

Shop here and only here when I need groceries and get my meds. The guy who runs this runs a great team. My 82 year old Grandmother and I come once a week to get her groceries and mine and I love how clean the store is...can always find what we need...and exceptionally great staff who are very friendly and special shout out to Joe in produce. My Grandmother always is excited when hes working because of how kind he is to her and makes it a point of remembering her name and asking how she is doing. She feels special and thinks the world of em and will not shop elsewhere. I love this store!

Did not have a big selection and I had to bag my own groceries not that I think Im special but thats 1 of the main reasons for going to publix because they bag your groceries and offer to take them to your cat for you I dont think the guy who finally came and bagged up what little was left I dont believe he offered and its not like they were busy Ill always pick publix over most stores but at that location they need to do a little better

Publix subs are awesome, but the people making the subs work in slow motion. As a result, I started ordering a day in advance for a scheduled time because I only have one hour for lunch. I ordered my sub the day before for noon, and waited until 12:20pm and my sub was still not ready and I had to complain to the manager. The person looked at me and said I have many subs before yours and I told her I ordered a day before. Management really needs to streamline the sandwiches and understand people have short lunch breaks and dont have the time to wait all day.

Really only stopped here to use the bathroom, (which was VERY clean) and easy to find. The store looked spacious and clean, and staff was very friendly, greeting upon entry to store and asking if any help was needed.

Pharmacy was awesome, people working there are so polite ! Also staff at deli section. Were very curious and attended so pleasantly ! I will definitely recommend this publix to all my friends !

Very bad experience at Publix on Saturday night the owner my daughter went to get a chicken tender sub the girl could care less about being cordial at all she said hello she said nothing slap together a chicken tender sub that was so totally disgusting my daughter couldnt eat it. Absolutely horrible experience at the deli and even the girl at the checkout was rude and disrespectful. I expect more from Publix than this

Can’t stand the customer service at the deli horrible!! Everyone acts like they can’t stand to help anyone, very slow service and they act Annoyed that your there asking for deli meat or cheese. I had one employee roll his eyes because him and 2 other employees were fussing about who was going to work or not.. So unprofessional to do around customers.. If you don’t like your job find another one.. Don’t make it miserable for the customers spending there hard earned money I will go somewhere else.

I am the biggest fan of Publix markets! Today I was so disappointed in this store. Every time in every state when I enter a Publix I am greeted happily. Nothing here. Then I asked the pharmacist a simple question for guidance of what to look for in an over the counter solution for an issue. She let me stand there for quite awhile while she stored meds and then could not have given me the time of day for some simple advice. What a shame my whole image of Publix has been let down.

I give 3 stars. The guy who made the sandwiches was very rude and seemed confused on what my wife and I ordered. It took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. We were very patient with him, just wanted to express my experience so they can go over things with the deli staff in general.

I have been shopping at this Publix store for over 20 years and have been satisfied. However your meat department for the last year has continued to put out terrible products. Filet steaks with grissel, and a roast we just prepared that was like chewing leather. Goodbye. I have to find another grocery store.

I loved my visit here today because the store is so clean and organized and also all of the employees seemed cheerful and eager to help. What caused me to come here today was my need to fill a prescription. I have been suffering from a very severe head cold and lung congestion, so needless to say, I wasnt feeling very well at all today, but the pleasant atmosphere helped me feel much better. I was also able to get my antibiotic filled here for FREE. No, thats not a typo. Publix filled my antibiotic for FREE🙂!!! I am so thankful for that because I do not have any money to have filled them and I certainly do not know of anywhere else to get antibiotics filled for free. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟s for Publix!!!

Always a great place to shop for most anything from deli to automotive. Always a lot of two for one deals that I try to take advantage of if I use the product that is going for the deal. Publix is not the least expensive supermarket around but you always know youre getting fresh food. I enjoy the experience at this store and recommend a visit.

Horrible customer service at the deli department! I called in a sub because the online ordering was not giving me an option to have a sub ready until June. When I called at 11:12 am I ordered a half a turkey sub with mayo and lettuce and upon arriving at 12:15 my sub still wasn’t ready and so I waited around while someone told me it was being worked on. 10 mins go by and it’s still not ready. I walked out and I will not return to this deli. Absolutely ridiculous and I used to work in this Dept for another Publix, it’s not that hard! Wish they’d get some good help in there for once

I like the store, always spotlessly clean, organized and the employees are always friendly and helpful. In all of my visits they carry most named brand items and there prices are reasonable. -1 star though for not accepting G Pay at the registers.

Where shopping is a pleasure. Always! Or so I thought. In April I purchased one pound of Boar’s head beef bologna and turkey. The guy slicing the meat failed to remove the plastic that the meats comes wrapped in, so while on the road 3 hours away as we were eating our sandwiches we realized we were chewing on plastic, so everything to the garbage (bread, cold cuts, tomatoes, lettuce and the cheese) Shopping was NOT pleasure! On 5/21/2019 I had the butcher grind up 3 pounds of top sirloin beef for a recipe I was preparing that weekend, today I removed the meat from the freezer and proceeded with my recipe and as the meat began to thaw out pieces of plastic and paper began to float to the surface. It was at that moment I realized the lady butcher ground the beef with the ABSORBENT MEAT PAD! WOW, this place is costing me a lot of time and money. Time to give Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods a shot. So long Publix!

Was making a quick stop to get tomatoes and cucumbers. Didn’t need a cart so picked up a basket. Noticed had something in it so took the next one, then noticed also had something it it. Got a useable one on 3rd try. Went to produce section. There were no cucumbers. The bin was empty and no one in sight to ask. Got some tomato es and left. Don’t think this store will be around much longer. Newer.,Cleaner and better stocked stores nearby.

Its hard to avoid shopping at a Publix down in Florida. There is one in every neighborhood. I have two within a mile or so in either direction. THIS ONE is hands down the best. Friendliest service, well stocked, clean and super helpful staff.

In here you can find from entire outdated shelf to order online and when is time for pick up they haven’t noticed the order it has been placed for hours, deli Always behind or some one “called in” so we behind. Publix customer service try to give out the stuff free to cover the lack of employees...

Toilet paper/paper towel shelves were nearly empty

I was there earlier with my service dog (in training) and it was the first time we encountered an employee in any store that was educated about ada laws! he asked us one of the two legal questions, what tasks does it preform? and he even knew that emotional support is not a task! made me feel confident and safe to continue shopping here with my service dog since often times there are dangerous pets that the management just isnt educated enough to kick out. weve been charged by a huge german shepherd dog just recently, but im relieved to know that it wont happen at this publix!*please leave pets at home! emotional support animals do not have public access rights and any service dog or esa certification or registration is a scam. putting a vest on a dog does not make it a service dog, training to mitigate the handlers disability does.*

Publix is great. Lots of buy one get one sales today. Got all my Thanksgiving dinner shopping done in about 45 minutes. I was there about 7:45 am and it was not crowded yet.

Publix Submakers are the SLOWEST workers ever. I often come here during my lunch break and find myself waiting 10+ waiting for a sandwich as the workers are in hurry or understand some of us have to return to work. On two occasions this past month, I left without getting my food because I was waiting too long, when only one person was ahead of me in line. Publix management should offer better training and adopt a more efficient system like Subway or Jimmy Johns. Taking 5 minutes to make a sub is absurd. Its a shame since the sandwiches are excellent. The people making the sandwiches need to speed up!

This Publix is conveniently close to home. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and we can find most groceries that we need. Prices are reasonable and quality of products is very good

As others have said, they have the worst sub makers. I wanted to take advantage of the sub deal going on. The lady that made the two subs didn’t understand English very well and had no enthusiasm at all. She just slathered on the mayo when I said lite on the mayo. Over did every single topping and then put spicy mustard alllll over the sub and then got it over all the wrapping and bag.They shouldn’t have people that aren’t qualified to make subs back there. I could do a better job myself and I would have some enthusiasm doing it too.It’s been a long time since I’ve given a bad review and actually gave an explanation. I hope the store manager or GM sees these reviews and does something about it.

I had the worst experience in this Publix. I made an order online for two chicken platters for a party and they sold me COLD chicken. I couldnt believe that it was Publix policy that if a customer orders a platter for a party they chill it right after they put the platter together. So I ask and I ask you think about it. If you are hosting a party and make the online order for chicken wings and they sell you the chicken cold that means that i will have to reheat the chicken?? WHY??? Very unsatisfying this experience. And if this one of Publix policy then they should announce this on there online ordering for chicken platters.. I bet you noone will buy COLD chicken.

Publix is always a pleasure... this one especially solid crew and always clean... in fact every publix I have ever had the fortunate opertunity to shop at has never let me down..... if I had a time machine I would have invested heavily in this company, no one has a better product .. but I dont so i invest my time and familys health instead..... a solid investment. .. keep up the good work... and thank you...!

This store is always clean, and always has great meats at good prices. Currently its in the middle of a remodel. But just the pharmacy. Other than that, great store.

Love this publix, its close to the hospital and other stores and if you get hungry you can walk to McDonalds in the same parking lot. Its a great place.
