The manager at the Starbucks/Barnes and Noble cafe Holly is an absolute delight. She makes me the most delicious iced coffees I’ve ever had 3-5x a week. She is full of local recommendations, positivity and joy. You can tell she loves her job. Seeing the way she treats other guests at her coffee shop warms my heart while I read my book and enjoy my delicious coffee. This shop is also in a perfect location to world-class beaches, amazing restaurants and wonderful shopping.Thank you for making Naples so special for me Holly! 😊 A+

We always enjoy visits to B&N. This one is nice, cafe relaxing and service was good. We typically go into the cafe and purchase hot tea or coffee. Parking was easy behind the restaurant.

Pretty big B&N. It has books, it has toys, it has Vinyl and a Starbucks/ BN Cafe.

There isnt much in the world more pleasing than the smell of new books mixed with coffee. A selection of my personal library was purchased here. For those of us who still prefer holding a hardcover over a kindle I truly hope that this place never goes out of style.

This is a great location. They have so many books and movies. The Starbucks is also great.

It was inspiring to be back in a book store again and browse the aisles of business, technology and travel. The social distancing is implemented, all staff and patrons are wearing masks. The latter might just been a good sample. I have see other places in Naples populated by anti-maskers. The cafe is open and there is outside seating. Everyone was really nice and you could see peoples smiles under the masks.

I havent been to this Barnes & Noble for about a year and recently made a visit here. I was pleasantly surprised that the store itself had improved with organization as well as product displays. The place was pretty clean and the staff was generally very friendly. I have also noticed that they have added a lot of more educational toys upstairs and had generally expanded their toys and games section.

I teach a class of special needs student and we usually go on field trips to different job sites so that students can see different types of job environments. My associate called in ahead of time and spoke to Bill the manager and explained what we were doing and if it would ok to pass by. Bill said not a problem and went one step above and beyond and said he would give a tour of the store and tell the students what he looks for in an employee. Bill stayed true to his word and took the students on a fantastic tour of the store! My students really enjoyed the tour as did I! Bill, I do not know if you will ever see this review but thank you so much my students and I appreciate you!

Swung in to purchase a few books that had just come out. In the 15 or so minutes I was inside the store I saw people lounging on the floor with no masks, people with the mask over one ear, and my personal favorite, no fewer than 5 customers with their mask not covering their nose - 2 wearing KN95s like this 🤣 best part, several customers interacted with employees and they said nothing.Seriously, if you have a policy, enforce it. Otherwise chuck the policy and I’ll be happy to just continue supporting the Amazon empire. Hell, could only find 1/3 of the books we were looking for anyway.

Very nice store. Well stocked with larger print books for vision impaired clients. Great teen and childrens selection. Prices are standard. Sales were super! Customer service was grade A, each question asked was completely answered. Grand children loved coming here as well.

Great Barnes and Noble but there are no outlets in the cafe, so its very hard to do work. There are outlets upstairs but no tables.

They have a smaller manga section if thats what your into but they have lots of other good authors and genres the employees are also very nice and most will wait for you to ask for help instead of asking ever 5 mins out the blue

The environment is quiet, the ambiance is magical. One could get lost in their imaginations in the two story location. I’ve discovered incredible new books both on a whim and on recommendation of the friendly staff. Would definitely visit and revisit again and again. You won’t be disappointed!

Better late than never,lol. Back in December I was looking EVERYWHERE for the Harry Styles vinyl without succes. That was the gift we wanted to give our nice because she REALLY wanted it. I was told at another Barns & Noble location that there was ONE left in Naples. Well, I live far away from there but still decided to call and see what I could do. Kathy answered the phone and was incredibly kind, helpful and professional! She did indeed find the last record that apparently S FL had. I explained to her that I was too far to pick it up but if there was any way for me to purchase it through the phone and have it shipped. She said that was no problem, the transaction went smoothly. She did say that I might not get it before Christmas since it was so closed to the date but I still went ahead and got it. To my surprise I got it the day before Christmas and our niece couldnt believe it, she is SO HAPPY until this date with her gift! So thank you so much!!! I am so pleased with this location!

Definitely clean and have tons of books the downside is that theres not enough places to sit. Younger ppl took all the seats and left older much bigger people standing. I for one have a condition where I cant stand for too long and to not be able to find anywhere at all to sit was very hard on me. So just a thought maybe get a section for disabled patrons.

The best bookstore Ive known in my life. This one has two floors so there are many genres and options for you to spend quite a good time walking through the aisles.

Great little place. Book selection as per every Barnes & Noble was great. The real problem Lies when you try to find somebody to help you. The info desk had a consistent line of people and it was nearly impossible to find a sales associate, besides the cashier, to help.

I love shopping at the Naples Barnes & Noble, everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is clean and it was easy to find my favorite authors. They have more bargain titles now, I bought a bunch of books for $6 each. There was a lady in the cafe named Bianca, she was very nice, it is great to be waited on by people who love their jobs.

Beautiful store but the ladies bathrooms were unacceptable. Filthy & trash all over. The garbage must be emptied throughout the day. With everything going on not having working soap dispensers is outrageous. Better management needed!

Barnes and Nobles Naples has a great reputation for supporting our local schools. They even deliver books to our libraries and host book fairs. We love going to the events at our Waterside shopes location.

A huge 2 story book store with tons of variety. Definitely The biggest book store in SWFL. The only thing I do miss about this particular B&N location is the lack of a dedicated bargain section like the other stores have in the front of the stores. But, if you have an idea of what youre looking for you can still find the bargains mixed in with the regular priced books on the shelf. Still a great place to find what youre looking for.

This store has never let me down. And Ive been going to it for about 12 years or more. Talk about consistency. They have a great café as well and almost any book your looking for. Great selection of manga.

Not the best Barnes and Nobles Ive been too. No place to sit. The one we usually go to has many wonderful sitting areas. Even with social distancing ours would work well. This one has NO place to relax & enjoy deciding what books to purchase. Bought little. Will wait ti go to a better B&N at home. Such a disappoint. Grand daughters usually buy several books. Not here. Could not find what they wanted.

I love Barnes and Noble, but this version had a very odd set of books. In mid March, there is no display of Irish related adult books (there is a small section in children’s books) but there are multiple features tied to last month’s Black History month...but no Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Condoleezza Rice nor Jason Riley. Elsewhere loads of books on Ruth Bader Ginsburg, but nothing on any conservative or moderate jurist. Even popular writers including Nelson DeMille, Tom Wolfe, Scott Hahn, Peter Schweizer and Larry Schweikart are missing (or in DeMille’s case only one book available). The store is stocked like a 1960s, 1970s, leftist bookstore than anything one might expect in relatively conservative Naples. Disappointing selection.

Love the place but the next time the cashier tries to pressure my minor unemployed children into a membership theres going to be an issue. Yes they understood completely.... You just dont understand the word NO! YOU ARENT SELLING USED CARS CRAZY.

Customer service looked up a book and helped me locate it. Met a WW2 vet while I was in there.

I called a few days early and had them save a magazine I needed. Went to pick up said magazine and it was in terrible condition. Asked the lady if I could get one in better shape. She responded, “Yeah, if customers didn’t handle them.” She wasn’t in a good mood and it out a sour taste in my mouth. Also, I was basically ignored by multiple associates while trying to find out where the magazine was located. Bad first impression for this store.

Found everything we needed. I took my kids to get new SSRYA books. I love how they had the books all together and organized. Able to find what we want easily. We went to check out and the women who helped us was sweet to all of us. She took the time to speak to my kids and hoped they love their new books. We will be back soon.

Lovely 2 story store with a grrat customer service!

Was looking for a book about crystals and rocks for a 6 year old. The saleslady approached me right away and before I knew it she was showing me to a bench and handing me 8 different books to choose from. She was cheerful and pleasant. The lady at the checkout was just as nice, smiling and seemed like she was happy to be there. Very nice experience less than 2 weeks before Christmas in a very crowded store. Ill be back ☺️

Selection for art books are severely lacking

Usually I enjoy my experience at any Barnes & Noble. Yesterday, however, I had occasion to use the Men’s Rest Room at the Store in Naples. I found it to be filthy. This I might add was mid morning, shortly after it opened, and in the middle of a pandemic. Unconscionable! When every other business is demonstrating great pains to keep their places of business sanitized, how is it even conceivable that an Icon of customer service could be so remiss?

They have a great variety of books and toys there is something for everyone there.

Wow! I love this place! They have all the books you could imagine. They even have a Starbucks inside! Its the perfect place to relax, read, do some work on your laptop, ect. Its also very quiet in there with quiet music in the background.

All the books I get here are always a great price the Dave Ramsey books are mostly on sale as well as Robert kiyosaki books.

Had a bad experience. The two staff members I asked for help from were rude and pretentious. I felt a bit unwelcome in the place. I left discouraged about reading in general. Hopefully they get some new people in.A tip to those that work there and are reading this: If you do not like your job, find a new one.

The BEST customer service I have ever had. I was looking for a book and could not find it. I saw a worker and asked for help. Mackenzie stated she was working in the cafe and was on her break, but took the time to help me fund the book I wanted. Turns out they were out of the book so she ordered it for me. Mackenzie did a great job. Thank you Mackenzie for your time.

I love our Naples Barnes and Noble. I have been going since high school and it is always so clean and tidy. The staff is happy to help and I love that it has a cafe and wifi right there.

Fortunately Amazon hasnt killed all the bookstores, and B&N is the absolute best of what is left. Great selection, very helpful staff, and you can touch, pick up, and caress the books... what more could you ask for? You can also get coffee, pastry, and other goodies, if thats your thing. Magazines and fanciful items are also available. Lets hope the online wave doesnt kill the last of the good ones.

Beautiful book store. It is one of the better Barnes & Noble stores I have been to. It has two floors (the kids section, board games, comics and other assorted items are on the second floor). One of the escalators was broken when I visited but not an issue. Lots of computers available, many staff members, and numerous places to sit. The view from the second floor is really nice as it is surrounded by big glass windows. There is also a coffee shop and outdoor seating.
