Dont take your boat here for service. Literally every time Ive taken my boat here to be worked on its come back to me with additional issues that werent there before. Every. Single. Time. I end up having to drive all the way back and dropping the boat off with them again so they can correct their mistakes, or most commonly, just fix the issue myself.Im kicking myself for going back there as Im sitting here repairing yet another issue that theyve caused to my boat.Good luck getting them to take responsibility for their mistakes too. I have an easier time getting my teenager to admit to wrong doing than anyone that works here.

This is my second review of Viage Group Naples. I really wish I could give 6 stars to this boat dealership. Not only was my buying experience exceptional, the follow up service was above and beyond. I had an issue with one of the components on the used Pathfinder I bought In April. Instead of telling me to pound sand, Max took care of the issue in a prompt manner. And I live in the Keys!! I highly recommend Viage Group Naples for their sales and service. I would only buy my next boat from them. Thank you again Max.

We wanted to buy a new boat, so we ventured into the complex and confusing marine market where every boat manufacturer says they are the best and every dealer says they provide the best service after the sale. We researched boats and dealerships to the point of exhaustion and decided to buy a 350 Realm from Marine Max Naples. We put a deposit down on the boat and as we waited for Marine Max to find a Realm for sea trial we started to realize the experience wasn’t what we imagined for a purchase of that size. Not wanting to demean anyone, let me say our enthusiasm for the boat started to wane and the sea trial did not meet our expectations. Meanwhile, we had two friends who each bought new boats from Viage. One owned a Scout and one a Beneteau. Both were extremely happy with their boats and over the moon with their Viage experience. The evening before we were to purchase the Whaler, one of those friends asked if I’d let Alex Wilkes of Viage show me a 380 Scout and experience the boat on the Gulf of Mexico. I said yes very reluctantly. The next afternoon, after the Whaler sea trial, we met Alex and one of his customers on a Scout the customer recently purchased. The customer’s experience in researching boats, dealers, engines, etc was exactly the same as ours. Simply exhausting. He said once he drove the 380 Scout he had clarity on the perfect boat and Viage was simply the best concierge boat dealer in the US. Exciting, right? Then he started the quad Mercs, drove away from the marina and I too found the religion of the Scout 380LXF. I smiled so hard during the ride my face hurt. We immediately started the buying process with Alex which took 10 minutes. In the interest of time I won’t go into great detail about Viage other than to say it is true, they are an amazing, concierge-like dealer. Alex Wilkes is so very knowledgeable about his product and boating in SWFL, but most importantly integrity drips off him. When making a large leisure purchase, perhaps dealer integrity is most important. I’ll wrap this up by saying if you are in SWFL and in the market for a boat, put Alex, Viage and Scout on your must-do list.

I would give them more stars if I could. We bought a Scout 175 Dorado and absolutely love the boat. The Staff ( Josh, Max, Alex, and everyone) at the dealership are fantastic. The customer service you receive at Viage Group is second to none. From sales, accessories, and service it has been first class. Josh has gone out of his way several time to accommodate me and answer my many questions. I have the smallest, most inexpensive boat Scout makes and Viage Group treats me like I own a million dollar yacht! Thank you Viage Group.

When you recommend an individual or business you put your own reputation on the line....I have no problem whatsoever doing so with the Viage Group....their boat products are outstanding.....love the new Scout!

The entire buying process and customer service has been the best Ive ever experienced. The entire group is always available to answer questions in the buying process. The delivery process was amazing with a 1 hour sea trial and overview. Since delivery, the team of Josh and Alex have been great answering questions and even coming to the dock during a fishing trip to help solve an “operator error”’. The Scout boats are really well made and perform well but the team behind the boat really makes the total experience.

We just love our new Scout 175 Sportfish. We compared numbers of new boats and the fit and finish and layout of this boat made it a good choice. While we originally wanted a late model used boat, we felt with the Yamaha warranty and knowing we will maintain it made buying a brand new one a better option. Max Short, our sales representative from Virage was terrific. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Max also delivered our new boat to our marina and gave us an unrushed orientation on how to operate the boat. We would recommend Max and Virage should you be looking for a boat. Here is an update. We have enjoyed our new boat and Max came out to our marina and hauled it out for the 20 hour break in service. The service and haulingwas done at no cost which is fantastic! Max Short, our very nice representative from Virage Group Naples answered some of my questions. We just love our new Scout 175 Sportfish and so happy to have a perfect boat for my area.

Max Short is a great asset and a gentleman to your Viage Group. Max was true to his word on the purchase of our 195 Sportfish boat plus he did not pressure us to buy. Max called every other day with an update on items we added to our boat. When the boat was ready Max delivered the boat himself with coast guard ready equipment on board. Max heard my wife and I talking about getting two smaller life jackets for our grandchildren and said I’ll get them for you no problem. They assisted me not only with a thorough sea trial and lift test fit for for my new Beneteau Antares 27, but they then assisted me with finding a great Marine contractor and electrician when i decided to replace my outdated lift- AFTER the sale was complete and the boat was already paid for. They continue to assist me by fielding my post-sale questions promptly, and cheerfully. I have bought hundreds of cars, trucks, cranes, earthmoving equipment, tractors, boats, and the like over the course of my career. I wish I could have bought all of it from these guys. Absolutely top shelf people.
