I had a series of bad experiences with the service department here at Marine Max Naples. I have tried my best to use the service department since I have an extended service plan with my 28 Sea Ray Sundancer. It is a 2017 and is rack stored. I put very few hours on the boat since I live primarily in MIchigan, where I have had many boasts, dealing with many other service departments. They are truly one of the worst I have encountered. The problems I have run into are to numerous to mention, and they have extremely poor communication, never completing service in a timely and thorough manner. My last bad experience involved service to a generator which they claim they repaired, but even though the boat was never run and rack sored immediately after the service, the same problem was present, they claimed to find a new reason for it and charged me another $462.00 to repair it again. Too many frustrating and questionable experiences with this service team.

Prices are definitely NAPLES PRICES but the parts guy Geof (?) Is a great guy. Thank you for being open late on a Saturday and your extensive knowledge to cross reference the parts. Got the boat back up and running.

We had a very good experience dealing with the people at MarineMax-Naples. Started working with Frank about 12 months before we finally bought a Boston Whaler Outrage 250. He was very patient and very helpful to us as we explained that our purchase was likely 2 years out. He did a great job selling us on the brand and the model. He also explained everything about the dealership and the MarineMax overall company. Once we decided to buy an end of year model which we found at the Pompano Beach Store, Frank gave us an excellent price and we decided to buy the boat. Our next dealings were with Matt who handled our closing, having the boat moved to Naples, and the financing which went very easy. Both Frank and Matt were quick to respond to any call we made to them with the many questions we had. Both worked with us to schedule a closing during the FLIBS so we could get an extended warranty on our motors at no additional cost. Capt. Bob was very good with us during our boat delivery from he Naples store to Bonita Springs. He explained everything well and answered any questions that we had. While I expect this to be my fourth and last boat, if I ever changed my mind (like if I won a lottery), I would return to MarineMax-Naples and Frank, Matt and Capt. Bob. .

Above and beyond is the quality of care you get with David Michie and the team at Marine Max. Being a commercial operator of boats when one is down every day down costs money. Recently with COVID, access to certain parts Is difficult to get. However that didn’t stop David and the team who thought outside the box sourced a part in one day, personally drove to get it and had our boat back up and running the next day. Truly a first class team who treats all customers like they are the only customer. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure to meet Matthew Nail, he is the Finance Manager at MarineMax and was VERY impressed with his knowledge and also his overall character. It is not often that you find somebody who has worked their way up the ladder doing things the right way and with hard and ethical work habits. It is very evident that he is the culmination of that and I would recommend anybody in the market for any type of boat to ask for him directly as he is a straight shooter and very relatable. He will look out for the best interest of you the customer in my opinion, working in the same line of work as he does I appreciate that even more than many. Thank you again Matthew Nail.

Purchased a barley used boat from David Michie at MarineMax Naples in March of this year and worked with Matt Nail on the closing of the transaction. I found David to be honest, quick to return text messages or calls to answer questions or concerns, worked to get me the best pricing, kind, available, offered valuable step by step process to get the boat inspected, and making us feel at home at their Marina. Once the purchase agreement was drafted and signed he turned the process over to Matt Nail in finance. Matt, again was forthright, offering service that might help without trying to oversell me on bull$%&* products I dont need or will never use. He was able to help on warranties, insuring our boat, service to get our boat ready and again always available to assist, never feeling I was not as important post sale as pre-sale. Customer Service is the MOST important thing when your buying a toy, and I can for sure tell you this place has the best customer service Ive seen. I just bought a new boat and have had challenges with issue on the boat and the marina where I keep it, and Stephen and Dan in Service stepped up to the plate and took care of stuff when in reality they could pass the buck. If I could write 50 5 star reviews for them, I would!!!AAAA++++ Team! Ill make sure to tell everyone I meet and know they have to go to your location.

Never buy a boat from these people...was told engines “were good, just serviced” since taking ownership, over $3000 in repairs and in recent trip the second fuel pump went out!!! I know they cater to the wealthy, but my wife and I don’t have much extra money and trusted them...never again!

This simply has been the best buying experience in 25 years of boating. Despite us purchasing a used Sea Ray, we were treated as royalty, the boat was detailed to the tee, MarineMax provided a cleaning kit, installed a third party cockpit cover (literally hundreds of snaps to install). Everything was done on time regarding the service and the list goes on. Kyle, our licensed captain and sales associate was patient and helpful throughout the whole process and Marcus, the store manager accommodated our schedule perfectly. Upon delivery we found new dock lines (6, $60 each), fenders and shore lines in the boat! In short: we got more than we expected, were treated with the utmost respect and consideration and got a great deal on a great boat. We wish to share this and thank the outstanding sales- and service team at MarineMax of Naples. We will certainly return for any boat-related needs and would recommend that you check them out, too.

If you want to buy A boat from this guys and you think you will never need any help from them, this is the right place for you. I bought a boat from them but as soon as I need help from them to get parts for my boat they never replied to my emails, no answer at all. I wasnt asking for nothing free, i only ask for advice on wich way to go on buying replacements for my boat but they decide to just ignore my questions

Please do not purchase a boat from that facility. Once you buy it you do not get any service done with parts. You will have the wrong parts shipped to you. Parts takes forever because they are not on top of it or they don’t care anymore since you bought it. They refuse to pay for leather that was damaged prior to purchase. I️ bought my boat from there about a year ago and still waiting for parts that were on the survey. That’s not a facility that care about returning client.

Inquired about a boat purchase with a $100k budget - Mr Nail didnt even respond - took my folks to Naples Boat Mart and closed in 2hrs - I recommend checking out Galati or Boat Mart over MarineMax from a sales and customer service reason alone.
