The saleswoman in store was good. Cleanliness of the store appreciated. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t let you choose what time they deliver, instead they call you with an “open delivery window” of two hours. People have to work so an open delivery window doesn’t look like a good option.

Rowan Migot helped me with my bed choice today. He didnt try to up sell and was forthright about all features and hidden fees. However to my surprise there were NO hidden fees. I recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a great experience.

First off, I would like to point out that I did not make a purchase from Mattress Firm. I had an issue with the mattress that I purchased from Kane’s Furniture (two Twin-XL in place of a King Size Mattress and the gap that’s created in between both mattresses) and I was looking to “trade” it in because I was not happy with the service that I received AFTER I was uncomfortable with my mattress. I had asked my sales rep if the gap would be an issue and he replied with “not at all” and he went on to tell me that I could exchange my mattress after 60 days if I was not comfortable/happy with it and if I had a mattress pad purchased.I went into Kane’s a month and a half later and I told them my issue and they replied with “it is after 30 days, not 60.” I am not an angry customer; very passive. So, I left it as is. Five months went by and I just couldn’t take it any longer. The constant waking up in the middle of the night because I was falling in between the mattress’ gap started taking a toll on me.So, I call Mattress Firm to see if I could trade-in my mattress and I was taught that it is actually illegal for mattress companies to trade-in or purchase used mattresses in certain states. As I spoke to the manager, Josh, he guided me into being able to get my mattress credited in by Kane’s Furniture and re-choosing another mattress (he called Kane’s corporate offices and all!) I was able to get a Service Tech to come over to my residency on Oct. 17th and take a look at my mattresses and confirm that they were in close-to-perfect condition.I am so thankful and appreciative of how far and to what extent the manager went for me EVEN THOUGH I was not purchasing a mattress from his company! That is the true beauty of it and I am thankful. The rest is up to me. Thank you so much and I would recommend anyone to come visit this specific Mattress Firm because the service is just SO stupendous!

I have been dealing with chronic back pain for many years due to not having a good mattress. Just having a box spring and mattress sitting on my floor. I came in today and spoke with Juan and he from the very beginning was very compassionate and caring. I explained to him that I would be having major surgery at the end of this month and desperately wanted a nice bed to come home to. He spent hours with me showing me different beds and explaining the pros and cons of each one. Even telling and showing me how my spine looked on each one. We finally came to a bed I fell in love with. I had no idea when coming here today that I would find such a caring person. I am so appreciative. Just moved into the neighborhood and needed mattresses. Checked out all the the other stores and was not impressed. Then I found Mattress Firm at Market Center. Met Herode and was impressed with his knowledge of all of the products in his store. He asked the right questions and guided us to the right mattress. There was no pressure, he answered all of our questions and he never tried to steer us toward a mattress that did not meet our needs. Its been 5 months now and we are completely satisfied.

First, a word of advice: Deal with the store directly instead of on line. Initially I had purchased a mattress and box spring from the Mattress Firm website. The day of delivery, I called customer service to find out what time I could expect delivery only to find out they didn’t have the box spring and that the entire delivery was going to be pushed back a week. I wasn’t happy to only find this out by having to call myself so I canceled the entire order. BUT my wife and I still really needed a mattress so with some hesitation I went to the Mattress Firm store near me - and I’m glad I did. The sales person Erica Marin was not only extremely friendly & professional, she was also very helpful in selecting a mattress that was actually better than the one I had initially ordered on line (without it costing much more). She was also able to get delivery set up for the next day, which was a huge help. People like Erica are the ones that help companies have good reputations and keep customers coming back..

Incredibly over-priced. The mattresses on sale at less than $500 were strapped up against the wall and looked like they came from a homeless shelter. Everything on display at the floor started at $1,000.00 and went up to $4K for a mattress.Nothing on sale, but everything was on sale. This place is like visiting a car dealership, bait and switch heaven.
