I had a ring turned into a necklace here, and they did a great job. They were careful to explain the process, make suggestions on design, and the final product is perfect. They do all the work in-house, which was wonderful. Thank you!

The woman at counter was obnoxious. We went out of our way to come to her store for supplies as she was listed as a head store. Called my grandmothers things junk. With being a small business might want to try better customer service skills or your 50 other suppliers might deal with your rotten attitude.Good luck you’re the junk!

I was told my ring needed to be reset by the store . The lady told me several times to bring it back and she would help me find a different setting . I went back at least 5 times . At her request . But no go . I think there more interest in helping other jeweler than helping the private person . At least be honest with me .

Drove an hour to get here only to find that it is closed. Business hours posted were 12:00pm-5:00pm, arrived at 2:00pm and doors were locked. Telephone continues to ring. Don’t waste your time.

A family owned business that puts corporate jewelers to shame. The prices are reasonable and the selection is the best Ive seen. The supplies, beads, and jewelry are top quality. Call the store to arrange a jewelry night for a party of friends--anywhere from 4-7. The owner provides organic wine, fruit, sandwiches, and amazing instruction in how to create a beautiful, personally designed necklace, bracelet, earrings, eyeglass holder, etc. You learn so much about stones, and the owners own designs are absolutely exquisite. Its a pleasure to visit the store. So much of her jewelry is sold at other places but marked up-here you can get exquisite pieces for wholesale prices.

Great family owned business!

Nice work on repares but the hours posted say it opens at 10:00! I can’t count the number of mornings I’ve waited outside in parking lot for the business to open... NEVER does it open before 10:30-11:00! Is this false advertising?Just another pain in the neck!!!
