Recently rented a bunch of things for our week long trip. We had 2 little ones with us and we got the large bag of toys - perfect Selection of toys given- all functional and working. Everything was clean and well taken care of. 100% worth every penny to not haul our own stuff on an airplane. Thank you for great service and see you next time!
Twinkle is one of the best consignment shop, boutique and rental stores for families Ive ever been in. They have everything you need for your babies and children to be rented while youre away from home so you dont have to work about packing and dragging everything all over. The customer service is phenomenal and they will go out of their way to help you. Theyre certified in installing car seats and want to make your visit the best it can be! If your ever looking for a place you can get fantastic used clothes or furniture, car seats etc at a great discount or brand new items, they have it all. I love this store!!
This is a GREAT place to shop for your children. They have new and gently used clothes as well as costumes and an AWESOME place to rent ANY TYPE of equipment for our families, Such as cribs, beach equipment, strollers etc, as well as cots for the whole family. The staff is VERY FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL in every thing you may need. I highly recommend Twinkle to anyone. I have rented equipment from them several times and they are VERY CLEAN AND SANITARY and you NEVER have to worry about any parts missing or anything being broken. Just an all around Fantastic experience.

This place is amazing!! All the clothes are like new and priced so affordably! I was able to pick up clothes and all the baby gear for the grandkids. What’s so amazing is that I also found some really cute outfits for myself! They have absolutely everything that we needed to get mom and baby settled.
This place was AMAZING!! Saved us so much hassle of trying to bring our own stuff plus the added benefit of new toys and gear when we arrived - it was like Christmas to start our vacation!! Great mix of toys (perfect for both our kids - including a front loader truck that my son played with non-stop for a week!) and the gear was in great shape! Great company, great people, great service to provide... Cant recommend highly enough - just need a store like this in every travel destination city!! :)

Twinkle Twinkle is amazing! They made our family vacation to the Fort Myers area SO easy. I rented equipment for a toddler and an infant. It was delivered the morning we arrived and picked up the morning we left - they made the entire process so easy. All of the equipment was clean and in very good condition. My kids had a great time playing with the bag of toys that were new to them. I will definitely be renting from them again!
I’ve been renting from Twinkle Twinkle since 2012, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are reasonably priced, always deliver or are ready for pickup when scheduled, and the rental products are consistently high quality, in excellent condition, and always clean. They have a huge variety of products for babies and toddlers; everything you never even thought of to make your stay so much easier. I’m a mom of four kiddos and this store has never disappointed us.

This store always delivers nice beach toys and other equipment. We have been using them ever since kids were newborns (now kids are almost 7 and 9) and they are always so helpful. I highly recommend them.
SO easy to work with. I changed plans and days on them and they were so flexible helping make it all work out. The items were clean. They set up the crib for us at delivery and took it down at pickup. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to any family!
We have rented beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, a cart with wheels, a cooler) here twice when we were traveling in Florida, and will do so again if needed. We called ahead and luckily they still had what we needed for use the same day. Pickup and drop off were a breeze, but they will deliver too. You cannot beat their prices. Friendly staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is my first time renting from Twinkle Twinkle and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of all of the rentals and the very good customer service. Everything I rented was clean and in very good condition. I was particularly impressed with the Toy Bag. I was asked about the age and gender of my children and the toys were perfect for my children. I have used this rental service for baby equipment for three years, they are super! Never been disappointed. The communication is terrific. They confirm everything, and remind you of delivery etc. The equipment I rented this year, 2 full cribs, 2 booster seats, and large lego blocks, look brand new and so clean. I will continue to use them while renting on Marco Island and you should too!

I just want to say thank you for making traveling to Naples easy for this twin mom. All of the baby gear we rented was delivered around when we arrived, assembled and installed, and then picked up. Everything was sparkling clean like new. We are jut so grateful for this stores existence.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Twinkle store because they have a lot of unique items and they generally carry a lot of stuff! Any baby or child equipment, such as toys, I always come here first. They have done a lot of improvements over the past year, including a new two story play area for the children. The only thing that I dislike about this store is the fact that employees or volunteers can bring their children to the store and leave them completely unsupervised while they run amok and play with the merchandise. I have always found that to be incredibly unsafe and a giant distraction because these children treat the store like a playground. I have absolutely nothing against bringing your child to work with you, but when they disrespect actual customers trying to shop, then I have a problem with that. Using the excuse, Well, theyre only children. Well no, youre bringing them to your workplace and they need to show respect for customers who are there to spend money at the store. I have actually left the store before, leaving what I was planning on purchasing on a shelf somewhere, because the children that were there, (not customers, but children of the employees) were being too hectic and nothing was being done to calm them down.
I ve rented from Twinkle Twinkle twice now and have had a great experience both times. I had my order delivered and they even set up the car seat, which was great since they have changed since my children were young. Would highly recommend, the moms who run this business have it down pat and have a smooth operation in my opinion . I m grateful for their existence, otherwise I would have to buy all this gear for a few weeks a year!! Equipment is in excellent condition and the variety is great ….Thank you !!

Went in yesterday to drop off a tote of clothes and the first employee told me to fill out a pink form and it will take an hour or two, their is someone ahead of you. I came back over two hours later and a different employee was there and had her younger daughter at the store and the employee told me she hasn’t had a chance to look at my tote, she was still working on the person ahead of me. She mentioned that she told me it takes an hour or two and she was busy answering phones and taking care of customers and they come first. First of all, she isn’t the employee I spoke to when I came in to drop off the clothes, I spoke with a different employee. Second, I waited over two hours. Also, apparently I’m not important? The store had one customer when I first dropped off and when I came back there was no customers. Maybe if the employee spent less time watching her daughter she would get stuff done, after all she is there to work not watch her daughter. I don’t recommend this store. I would of been a new customer but will now take my business elsewhere.
We have visited the area a few times within the last few months and have needed to rent baby equipment each time. Twinkle Twinkle was recommended to us and they have been awesome! Everything we could ever need for our little one is available, all employees have communicated in a professional manner, and the equipment is very clean and in excellent condition. We have not had the opportunity to shop at the store, but my dad picked up our most recent rental and he was raving about how awesome the store looked (this is coming from a man who has no interest in shopping). We will continue to use Twinkle Twinkle Little Stores services each time we visit the area!

I love bringing things my son has outgrown to Twinkle Twinkle Little Store. I always end up getting store credit to put towards all the fun things I find there. My son loves coming with me so he can play in the huge indoor playground while I shop. Since I live here in Florida, I havent needed to rent anything - but I think its a genius idea and I always recommend them to anyone who needs to!

Truly a grandparents dream. Twinkle Twinkle has everything you need for the grandkids when they come to visit.The selection of toys, books, strollers, car seats etc. is amazing. Not only are they of good quality but they are also clean.Consider too the helpfulness of the staff who will go out if their way to help you, even install the car seat in your vehicle.Add to this the reasonable rental fees and you have a true find for all grandparents.
Love this store. They offer all the essentials for family travel at really reasonable rates. Super convenient drop off and pick up if you need it. We always stop in to rent a beach cart and always walk out with other fun things (used beach toys and books). Highly recommend this store.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are amazing and they have everything you could need. I love that I can bring my kids and they have a play area for them so I may shop in peace. The only place I truly shop for my kids is here. Its also awesome that you can bring in items that do not fit your little ones and the store will pick through and either give you cash or store credit. I always get store credit because I end up getting what fits now for my babies.

Rented gear for our toddler when visiting for a week and it was one of the best vacation decisions weve ever made. I went to look for used cloth diapers and I HIT THE MOTHER LOAD! I didnt spend more than $3 on a single diaper but most were only $1 AND THEY WERE G- DIAPERS!I ended up getting a lot more items that Ive actually been trying to find for less because retail pricing is not practical at all.WISH I HAD FOUND THIS STORE 3 KIDS AGO
We rented a bunch of kid items for our week in Naples. All items were as described and there when we arrived. Everything seemed to be clean and in good condition. The bag of beach toys we ordered said it would have a dozen items but it definitely had more than that which was a nice surprise. The baby gates we rented were sturdy and big, not the cheap flimsy ones. They were also very accommodating when we asked to make our pick up time later due to a flight change. Will definitely use them again!

I stopped in here during a recent family trip to Naples. For such an unassuming storefront I was absolutely AMAZED at how big the inside was. They have a wonderful selection of items; from infant to big kid youll find SOMETHING to take home in here. Our hotel was a stones throw away and our son wanted some pool stuff. We loaded him down with toys, water wings, and other water stuff and were kind of shocked that everything ended up being so affordable. I really liked the atmosphere as well. It seems the staff are allowed to bring their children in which I thought was such an amazing thing for this childrens boutique to do for their employees. It shows that the owners care for their staff along with the well-being of their families. Even with a small handful of kids hanging out with their parents, the staff was ready, available, knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to help us with a number of questions we had. My only disappointment was that we didnt find the time to come back and let our son play on the play area they have in the store. This place is truly a little hidden gem and I wish we had something like this where Im from. Next time were in Naples we will definitely give Twinkle Twinkle Little Store another visit (albeit this time a little longer!)

They continue to do a great job whether I pick up in store (always help me get that car seat installed properly!) or whether they deliver/pickup at our home. Lifesavers when it comes to having the right stuff for little ones who are visiting! Excellent service, great rental inventory, and consignment items are priced super reasonably. Theres no other place to rent child-related gear when kids are coming to visit!

Used this store last week for our vacation in Marco Island. This was an awesome way to enjoy traveling without checking all of the items needed for my 10 month old. The items were clean, in great shape, and easy to transport. They had wonderful customer service and at the end of our vacation we decided to see if it would be possible to have our items picked up due to lack of space in our car and they were so accomidating to us and made the pick up work. I will definitely use this store next year.
I have been going to Twinkle for 6 years now, ever since I was pregnant with my first. I was able to purchase maternity clothes at a fraction of retail! I love that I am able to bring items in to sell and then purchase new items for my children. They have new, resale and rentals. They really do have it all! They even have a huge play area in the back so that the kiddos can play while I shop. The employees there are all moms who are working with their children, which is the coolest thing! I wish we had more places that cared about their community as much as Twinkle does!

I found this store when I first moved to Naples. I need maternity clothes and was on a budget. This place was perfect! There was a good selection and a fraction of the price of new. It is truly a wonderful store of local, hardworking moms. The donations department goes above and beyond to help those in need. A great place overall!

Since our son was born 5 months ago, this place has been a God send for us. Most everything we have for our son comes from this place. While what they have is used, all of it is in clean, safe working order. Of course it helps too that the store is staffed almost entirely with moms who obviously have first hand experience with whats there. The staff has always been helpful. If we had bought what we have now new from a retail store, we probably would have easily spent hundreds more than what weve actually spent. This place is a must for parents, especially new parents. It doesnt make sense to buy new for a baby especially when theyre going to grow out of most of what you get them within a few months. This place is good because they not only offer quality items for your babies & kids, theyll also give you decent trade in value too. Theyre also a great place for good quality maternity clothes at unbelievable prices.

Great selection! I did the co op program with my first child and got everything I needed for him easily. The staff is very helpful and friendly! I always refer my mom friends to Devon, shes very dedicated within the outreach program and involved in the community. So she always knows how to assist them or point them in the right direction if she cant!
Very helpful employees. Rented a beach umbrella and 2 chairs for the beach. Cheap and good quality! Just sad we didnt find this store before our last day at Naples.

I went to fill out the application on Wednesday and by Thursday they called me to tell me they had clothes for my 2 kids some uniforms for my youngest daughter who is starting school this year... Im so grateful for the help they extended to my family at this very hard financial time😀

Rented a pack n play and a bumbo seat while on vacation. Such an easy process, products were in tip-top shape, and the prices for the week were reasonable. I did not get a chance to really look in the store (my husband was with me..and he’s always in a “hurry” when I see shopping opportunities), but just by walking by certain area, I know I could’ve easily spent forever in there!
Our grand kids stayed with us for a week in Naples. We rented two baby car seats, a crib and a high chair. Everything was in perfect, clean condition. Friendly, punctual delivery and pick up. And, very affordable. Made a huge difference for their visit. Twinkle Twinkle, you guys rock. 5 STARS.

My boyfriend and I did a last minute trip to get the babys car seat all set before the 26th of this month. The lady informed us that with the car seat that we had it had little life left and that we didnt have a base for the car seat. I am a new mother so question marks were flying around my head. She went inside to talk to someone about the car seat and what she should do. I knew that wasnt a good sign and I knew I needed a different car seat. I walk in to the store and asked one of the other ladies how much their infant car seats were. Next thing I know the lady who was helping us with the car seat was walking towards me with a beautiful car seat. Loving it I asked her how much and her response almost made me cry. She told me I didnt have to pay anything and that they have an outreach program. This meant the world to me. My son who is coming in about 16 days will have a proper car seat and I dont have to worry about his safety. We gave her the other car seat just in case someone may be in our situation and is in need. I cant be thankful enough! This is going to be my go to store! Thank you all so much!
This store is much bigger than I thought it would be. Its extremely organized, there is a huge selection of clothes, toys, baby accessories and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is kid friendly also and actually has a play area to keep the kids busy while their parents shop. After speaking with one of the staff I let her know that I was there because my sister has to deliver her baby early due to having to start chemo. She told me that they have an outreach program for those exact situations and I left with everything the baby could possibly need and it was all donated to us!! I would highly recommend this store. Its definitley a little gem in Naples!

If youre looking for an upscale resale shop, this store is not for you. This is what it is. A co-op where moms can buy and sell, even work and bring their kids with them. Yes it is crowded, yes it is unorganized. It is a very busy resale shop that is catering to the needs of local parents looking for friendly service and to offload their used belongings or stock up on new things without spending a lot of money. Also, the fact that they offer rentals is very helpful for out of town visitors. Could there be some improvements? Sure. But if you go in expecting what I described, you wont be so disappointed. Its unfair and uneducated to compare this store with other local comparable businesses. Its a completely different concept.
