It was a solid 4 stars.Not prawns in Large Prawn & Scallops but medium shrimp. Was Tasty!Last time we visited it was a low> mid 5 star.I recommend!

Brain, Kevin, and Nelson are the best.....They did what they promised...price was fair.....they said to have my truck at the shop at 7:30am and would be done in a couple hours...they called me at 9:12 am and said pick her up! I recommend The Garage to all my friends and associates!!!

The service is great and reasonably priced but the reason I’ll drive clear across town to get my car serviced here is the people. Kevin, who did the work, was very sweet. A big reason that I keep coming back, however, is Nelson, whose warmth and lightness of spirit always make me leave with a smile on my face.

I have to share my experience with everyone !!!! Long story short. My Dad passed away in 2016 and left me his 2001 Grand Marquis with 75,000 ! I took it to the garage to get an oil change because someone recommended them. They did it while I waited. The owner said keep this car in good condition and it will run forever. We’ll fast forward I hit a pot hole bad and managed to drive it to the garage. They said please don’t drive it away it’s so unsafe. I left the car and they gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day the car was in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. These guys take such good care of their customers they feel like family ! Yesterday lol I was back there dropping off our Harley Davidson ! They can fix anything !!!!! Mike the owner is a solid guy and honest !!!!!! I can’t say enough about The Garage ! Beat Mechanics by far in Naples !!!!!!!!!!!!

These Guys are awesome! This is the second vehicle Ive trusted them with and they are efficient, friendly and fair every time! Oil change, water pump, air conditioner, whatever you need trust these guys. Fair honest pricing, labor and parts they stand behind, an all around great experience. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, you will get seen faster.I will say this Parking is a major issue and there must be something they can do to better accomidate or direct their customers to spots because the place is ALWAYS full!

Repair shop came highly recommended, but very busy, I chose not to wait over an hour for an estimate. I was a service station dealer for 25 years, but not a mechanic. When you see a shop this busy there must be something going right. Just read the reviews, you can see which ones are honest.I recently bought a 2011 Lincoln Town Car, the last of the big ones. Ford recommends a cooling system flush after 6 years, so I would like to get that. I would like to know about the transmission fluid & filter change. Ford recommends it after 150K miles, but should I get that now?

I purchased a pre owned Honda Odyssey and wanted this garage to do an inspection prior to buying the vehicle. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the mechanic and what he shared with me on the inspection. I also had the car serviced for an air conditioning issue about 12-15 months after I purchased vehicle. The service was done on time and for a reasonable price and the problem was corrected with no issues.

I brought my car in because it was making a clunking noise going over speed bumps and cracks in the road. The guys at the garage took care of it for a good and fair price. Ill defiantly be returning sometime!

I have finally found a trustworthy Auto repair shop. I took my 2013 Nissan Rogue and for a free diagnostic test because I had a problem with it not starting. I wanted to see if the diagnostic test would reveal something and they found that my battery cable needed replaced. They got everything fixed up for me charge me less than $60 whereas if I would have taken it to a dealership I would have probably got hit with a least a $300 Bill replacing the whole cable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for some straight shooters.

My Wife works around the corner from this establishment and based on the good reviews that they received she went there to get a nail removed from tire and have it repaired. They were kind enough on a busy Monday morning without an appointment to attend to the vehicle in an impressive manner with professionalism and courtesy that is not seen from other businesses these days . Nail removed, tire repaired and back on the road in no time. Great service.

Great service and fair prices. They always let you know what your options are and how much each will cost. Twice I brought my car in for what I thought would be a costly repair. Both times the problem turned out to be something easily and cheaply fixed. They could easily have done the more costly repairs and made more money, but they were very honest and saved me money. Two different people recommended the Garage to me and I have recommended them to at least 8 other people. All 8 have thanked me.

This is a genuine garage, just like the ones I remember from my youth, where they know their business, dont try to sell you any work you dont need, and recommend that you wait before having major work done if it isnt needed right away. They also repaired a tire recently and informed me that they dont charge for that service. This is my go-to garage in Naples, and Im really happy with it.

I’ve been taking my older Jeep here for a couple years now. After trying out a few different mechanics and ultimately bring dissatisfied, I’m glad I found these guys. They are honest with me, tell me how I can fix an issue with the least amount of major rework possible. Most places tell you to replace things that just need a little love! Of course if there’s an actual serious issue, they are honest about that and their prices are very fair. Quick to finish jobs, friendly staff, will keep returning!

I ordered my tires online and had them shipped directly to the shop. I went in on a Saturday, with no appointment, and was in and out in 45 minutes!!!! Ive never had my tires changed so quickly! Ive also been going here for the past year or so for my regular full synthetic oil changes and tire rotations. These are only $29.99 with their coupon. You cant even do it yourself for that cheap! I recommend them to all! You wont be disappointed!

Wow! Theses guys are fantastic..had trouble on a Saturday of course and I didnt think I would find a good garage opened. I saw all their great reviews and they saw me right away and replaced my battery..which was why I was having trouble starting the car. Additionally..I mentioned that my car smells fantastic but sometimes theres a weird fart smell..cabin filter was black..as was air filter..they fixed both issues. Thanks so much Shawn!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I called them and they said to bring the car over for them asap. I did not have to wait long at all. They repaired my tire in no time flat. Great Service, great prices. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am definitely heading back there soon to get some additional work done on my car.

I was quoted $750.00 by the owner and at the end of four full days of my vehicle being at their shop and nothing done to it I was then told the price would be $1200.00. Went to pick up my vehicle on Sunday and had a dead battery. 😡

Edit in response the owners response:I already got confirmation from a highly reviewed and reputable auto repair shop they will do just that.Even if you were unable to do it at $50 you couldve met half way at $70. You saw that I wasnt in a position to pay $150+ for a simple empty and freon refill. That is outrageous regardless of the vehicle Im driving, which is a Toyota, not some German-luxury Mercedes or BMW. The valve and components are just as accessible as any vehicle. The stubbornness lost you out on same day business and future business from this customer. When were put in another recession because of greed and stubbornness like this and things swing in the other direction you just remember moments like this. The abandonment of the working class. They do a really awesome job I bought my tires here and they take care of you really well, the garage is a great place if your looking for trusted people to work on your car, I had a nail in my tire and they removed and patched and fixed the tire as well. The best way to get service is to show up early and walk in or book an appoitment.

My daughter just had a very bad experience with these guys. $1k worth of work that should have been $750 if they were overcharging.Their labor was exceedingly low priced. Im grateful for that, but it makes me think theyre not paying their mechanics enough.However, the prices they charged for the parts was approximately 90% more than what it can be purchased for at local auto parts supply stores. Thats how this company makes their money. They vastly overcharge you for your parts.Theyll try to tell you its a 40% markup that the auto parts store charges them... thats not true.If you go to these guys, ask them before you show up what theyll charge you for labor and if theyll use the parts you supply. Better yet, go to the dealership. Youll pay the same amount of money and get better service thats also dealer certified.Or do your research and dont go to these guys. There are other reputable mechanics out there who wont screw you over on pricing of parts.

I took my sons car here after getting an estimate for his AC from another car repair shop in Naples for 500$. Told me the total opposite of what Big blue auto/The Garage! All I needed was a recharge, plus they fixed my transmission leak and new air filter also my tire for 1/2 the price of the other auto place. I will be bringing both of my cars back here and the man at the front was super nice and helpful. Thank goodness I found a new home for my cars when they are in trouble!

Great Oil Change!Went last week for first oil change here, got there first at 7:30 am w/o appt. was out in about an hour. Full synthetic under $40 & rotated tires...out the door....I will return.

I love this place! My favorite color is blue so walking in this all blue building, inside and out, I cant help but admire it as it is all put together with style! Even the bathroom (in a mechanic shop? yes!) is clean and has positive motivational inspirations on the walls.The men are all so friendly and HELPFUL! I had a problem with my A/C and they fixed that; gave me great tips on what is happening and if any problem to call. Confession: Ive called a lot, so much that they even say Hello Ms. Cooper in a friendly way and help calm me down each time because Im in a panic mode when I call. They even went out of their way to accommodate me because of my crazy work schedule; they even offer you coffee or water and some days they make POPCORN!I get my oil changed there, even got new tires and wipers, and theyve saved me LOTS of money! Base on an article on Weekly News, I went to Big Blue.I wanted to change the oil in my transmission as recommend by the VW dealership ($300)The place looks first class and the gentleman ckecked my oil, show me the sample and assure me that I didnt need any new oil at that time ( saved $100).Results, they are real pros they treat me fairly and honestly and they get a new consumer who willspread the word.

Worst garage i have ever been to, i had to change the whole engine when they change the engine they never tuned the engine and there was a leakage in the engine, i spend 5000$ on the engine and later i spend 2000$ in other garage to tune the engine and sensor and oil leakage and my alternator also got burnt out because of the oil leakage, worst service

I accidently found Big Blue two weeks ago while car shopping with my daughter. We were in a rental car and I was hearing a very strange noise coming from the engine. I pulled in, and I was given immediate attention. The service techs had no reason to think they were going to profit from my visit, but treated me like I had driven in in a Rolls Royce. Thank you gentlemen for you help, your recommendations, and your honesty.I am not new to the car world. My father owned 4 auto parts stores and service centers when I was growing up in the north. I listened to the service tech helping other customers and felt they were very honest and up front with the customers and gave them many options, and never gave them a sales job.Big Blue can service your car without voiding your car warranty. They offer discounts and options.Update: Two more visits later to Big Blue and my opinion has only gotten better.Brad helped me choose the right tires for my car based on the performance I wanted. He also discovered I had a bad bearing and directed me to have dealership address the issue even though car was out of year warranty but far from mileage warranty. He could have easily repaired it but felt it was a manufacturer issue, and his advice was spot on.I watched Erick give advice to another customer on an issue. That customer had come to then for a second opinion. The first auto shop wanted to do an expensive repair. Erick pulled part off, showed customer, discussed it, and as it turns out, a big repair was not necessary.I love Big Blues honesty.
