Excellent service, excellent work and very friendly! I recently had my clutch and flywheel replaced here and my car drives better than it ever has. !!!!!!! DONT LET THEM LIE NOR TRICK YOU TO BElEAVE THAT PROLINE IS STILL OWN BY SAME PERSON NOR MANAGEMENT, I went to set an appointment for a repair and I ask for Louie the owner and was told he was not in, so I made appointment for the 31st. When I return on the drop off date I again ask for Louie and again I was told he was not in. I thought being memorial day weekend end he took some time off. Came back later in the day around 4:30 and my car was not finish,so i was talking to person that I beleave is the new owner and ask if Louie the owner was on vacation for memorial weekend . I was told that Louie had health issues and he would be back. While waiting went to another shop which I know husband and wife to kill some time and say hi,when ask if they knew what health issues Louie had,they said they didnt know about Louie having health issues, but he did sale proline and probably had move to north carlina. Finding that out i was confused and didnt understand why would they lie to me. Then I figure it out that they want people to think its the same owner and good quàlity work (in other words miss lead people to think its the same auto repair bye not changing the name). When I got home I open my hood to check the work they did and found a large chunk of the front mask broken off. I call but was too late they where gone for the day,but I did leave a message explaining what I found broken on my car. They call back the next day and ask to bring he car in to check it out what was broken. When I return back to show the damage he took pictures and said he would talk to hes mechanic and call me back before the end of day. He never call back so I call him the next day,he told me hes mechanic does not know anything about it, but he was going to talk to Dan the owner,the one who told me Louie had health issues to see what he wanted to do and he would call me back. Again he never call, so I call back the next day and Dan answer my phone call and I ask what where they going to do about the damage on my car and he said looking at the pictures it could not be repair and the front mask would have to be replace and he would call me back. Again they never call back,so again I call the next day. Dan answer my call and I ask if they decided what they are going to do, he reply Im not going to fix it because I dont think it happen in the shop.im the only one that drives my car and my car was not left anywhere but hes shop and now hes refusing to repair the damage they did. They want people to think its the same proline and will not take the responsibility for the damages they cause. PEOPLE ITS NOT THE SAME PROLINE AND NOT THE SAME QUALITY WORK......
