I came for an oil change and they gave me a ridiculous estimate stating I needed a new radiator as mine had a leak in it and I needed to leave my car over night. I knew something was up when the receptionist said you know I stayed extra thirty minutes to make you estimate which added up to a few thousand dollars and was almost upset when I declined and asked to get my vehicle. She asked if I could get there immediately as it was after closing when I received the estimate. After getting a second opinion from a mechanic the radiator was missing a cap, not leaking. SCAMMERS

Great customer service! Happy Wallet replaced my starter a few months ago and as a college student I don’t have that much money right now. Their team was very generous with their pricing and made me want to come back if there was ever another issue, which there was... two days ago I noticed an issue with my brakes and they were able to get me in as soon as I called. It only took a couple hours but they were able to replace my front brake pads and rotors, as well as rotate my tires for an upcoming road trip. I just moved from NY and my car needed Tie rod ends, the outer ones were old and needed to be replaced. We werent sure if they can get it loose, which meant the inner ones and possibly the rack & pinion may have to be replaced. Second time here....had an interment starting problem...they were able to have a tech look at it immediately, ordered the part and 40 minutes I was on my way with a new ignition switch which seems to have fixed the problem. Gloria at front desk very nice and helpful.

Im glad I chose to bring my truck to Happy Wallet. We brought our truck in to get an oil change, alignment and tires balanced so we would be ready for our vacation the next weekend and pull our travel trailer. The truck had a shake when going over 75mph (reason for balancing). We had been told by other companies over the year that it was just the tires and there was no major problems. Come to find out the tire wall had been separating and was causing the shake. Gloria let us know right away (and was concerned because we have a baby on the way) so we also replaced the tires. We are retirees visiting Naples for two months having driven down from NH. We thought that we needed new shocks (possibly a $1,500 repair on our model vehicle), and called Happy Wallet to schedule this work. Gloria and her team did an extensive diagnostic review of the entire vehicle, and they explained that we did not need new shocks (or any other significant repairs either). SO ... it became totally apparent that these are extremely honest people who could have easily taken advantage of visitors, but they did not do so. Despite the fact that our situation resulted in very little revenue for them, they paid for an Uber to return us home when we dropped off our vehicle. Then, amazingly, the owner called us that night and made arrangements to pick us up herself the next morning to drive us back to her shop. They just dont make people like this anymore, and we are thankful that we met them. First time that my 2009 Acura has ever needed skilled repairs, Jay and Gloria scheduled me right in and were able to troubleshoot the issue with the A/C. Discovered a combination of a faulty relay and low refrigerant, not easy to determine when two separate elements are responsible. Did a superb and quick repair and now A/C putting out better than ever cooling! Strongly recommend Happy Wallet for any repairs.

I went to get my transmission serviced because the main input shaft bearing was sounding worn. They told me they’d take a look. I was told they’d inspect the transmission. When they called back they said my flywheel was “all the colors it shouldn’t be” and that I’d need a clutch replacement too. They wouldn’t allow me to use any aftermarket parts, so my flywheel (without installation fees) ended up costing me $1400. I get it back, and the first thing I hear when I turn the key is the sound of the still worn input shaft bearing. Either they failed to listen to the customer and check the issue I said the car was having, or they didn’t care to fix it. If I wasn’t moving to a different state the next day I would’ve told them to redo it for free, but I didn’t have the option. Not only did I spend thousands of dollars more than I needed to on this kind of work, they didn’t even fix the issue I was having in the first place.

HWQAR was a friendly group and honest and quite efficient. They fixed everything I asked for and when diagnosing my power steering problem, after replacing a worn high pressure hose, they found a hairline leak in the pump. The shop manager informed me much of the leakage has stopped, but you are going to need a new pump because of the leak. I will go back again and recommend this business to others.

Ive had this truck for 3 years without a problem whatsoever. I was planning to move across the country and wanted to get it checked as I was going to be hauling a trailer. Sure enough, they find an issue with the control arm and the tires are old among other things. I tell them Im gonna think about it and that same day, drive to Miami for a hitch. Coincidentally, upon arriving to Miami, I start hearing a loud noise every time I turn the wheel. I call upset and they say that its what they had told me the problem was.Now I feel forced to pay to get this fixed and (might as well I guess) get tires. I figured, they are the professionals so they might be right. I come to pick it up and they tell me I should be good with new control arms, ball joints and new tires. Of course, Im 6-7 hours on my trip and it starts making the exact same noise it did before they replaced all of that! I called and left a message that someone better call me back but no one ever does.Ill just say this, dont go here unless you can bring your vehicle back. Theyd probably just tell me I need to replace a whole other part!
