So glad I found this place! As a novice with sewing, I know only the very basics of sewing machine care and the staff that I interacted with were all really kind and helpful. I brought my machine in for repairs and the technician came out to inspect my machine before they diagnosed any issues or gave an estimate. Ill definitely be back for fabric or machine care!

I love this store and Im soooo glad I found it! Gayle, Amy and the entire staff are so helpful and friendly. Gayle really knows the machines and I love her YouTube videos. They have fun different fabrics. I also took my first class (English paper piecing) taught by Amy and it was great.

Gayle and Chris and the staff are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing quilting with the community. They have helped us every step of the way from shopping for a new machine, learning how to use it with complementary owner classes, and finding new projects.

Im so excited to have a new BERNINA dealer closer to me, and I have to say the owner here is incredibly kind and helpful.When I had an issue doing embroidery on my machine she very patiently stayed online chatting with me and walking me through what the issue might be and how to fix it. We were chatting for probably an hour!She was not only able to help fix the issue without me having to bring the machine in, but checked in a week later to make sure it was still going ok.The staff here really knows their stuff and are just generally really wonderful to work with.I cannot recommend this place enough.
