First time trying this place. Definitely never been to a donut place where you have to order them 1st, but worth it!!! I got the mixed box and they came out hot and fresh!!! The owners are friendly and no need to wait for Apple picking season to get great donuts now! I dont know why anyone would rate below a 5.

Omg we LOVE Glaze. Made to order, so fresh and delicious!!!! Currently they are only curbside but it’s very easy to order and they have curbside pick-up. Our favorite is the maple bacon but you can’t go wrong with any of the choices.

Great place! You have to order online right now and they are made to order which is only like a 10-15 minute wait, but great doughnuts and very friendly people! Ordering online is a little tough first time around but once you figure it out it is worth it! Thanks for tasty treats this morning!

We loved this place! I’ve never had donuts so fresh, and you can type in notes on your online order to customize your icing. The staff was super friendly too!

Brought these to brunch at my sister’s. She’s 8 months pregnant & absolutely loved the chocolate & maple bacon. As did everyone else. The old fashioned didn’t do it for us though. There was something off about it - it almost tasted like buttered popcorn. I think I need to give it another try just to be sure. Definitely on our list to try again. Make sure to order online before heading there.

Glaze makes GOOD donuts. They’re filling and delicious. Currently they’re only doing custom orders, but that just means you have to place a quick call before leaving the house and the exact donuts you want are ready and fresh when you arrive. They were kind enough to make donuts with yellow and purple frosting for my daughters at their request.

The donuts were ready within 15 minutes for curbside pickup. Upon pulling up, within seconds someone was outside (in the pouring rain! with a great attitude) and gave me my donuts. The donuts were delicious and I would highly recommend Glaze Donut Company!

Cute little shop that makes specialty donuts that are awesome. Service was great. You could see the passion. I had maple bacon and old fashioned blueberry that had the berries on top with a blueberry glaze. My GF had an old fashioned and Boston cream. Both got thumbs up. The coffee was good plain. They use a vendor that gives ex prisoners a chance . Bottom line 10/10. Will return. Check it out

First time customer at this business, have been wanting to try them for a while. First off their customer service is outstanding. The coffee was great. But the donuts were so so good. You can tell they pour their heart into what they do. The donuts came out nice and warm and are 100x better than any other local donut place. They are more expensive here. But the taste and the customer service makes them more than worth the price you pay. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Glazed Donuts has outstanding customer service. The owner made me a fresh batch of donuts on a day that she would normally be doing deliveries only.My son has a nut allergy and this is one of the only bakeries that can accommodate him. The donuts are fresh and melt in your mouth.They are simply delicious.

Donuts were great and the individual who brought out my online order was super friendly. This was the first time trying this place based on rave reviews I had read, and the donuts lived up to the hype. My big gripe though was when I ordered online, you couldnt truly customize your selection. My wife and I wanted to try a couple different kinds, however you have to order from groupings. We got a dozen donuts, and I wouldve loved to try a maple bacon donut. But in ordering the dozen, I wouldve needed to get 3, and thats not something I wanted to do. Its disappointing you cant pick specific individual donuts in the quantities you want when you order online, and if there is a way to do so, its not clear.

Out in the burbs there are not many good donut places like there are in the city. This one is not too far from me. Its worth the drive. Good donuts and good customer service. There is plenty of parking in the lot.

Best Donut Place in the Chicagoland area. Family owned and operated, youll usually find the owner in the back making more donuts! These blow the pants off any other donut in the greater chicago area. My stomach growls thinking about them.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Glazed! The donuts were fresh and delicious!! I loved the ambiance of the store: cute fireplace! The employees were very accommodating! Would go back again!

First of all, I did not want to write this review. I see a small business and I would really prefer to help them with immediate feedback, but didnt have the heart to tell them that they were not very good. We must have passed 4 Dunkin Donuts to get to this shop because I wanted to teach my daughter the value of going to small businesses. We arrived and the women behind the counter was really quite pleasant. We chose 7 donuts and some drinks and sat down to eat. Neither of us are very picky eaters but we both noticed that the donuts were not very good. She had a glazed donut and said it wasnt glazed enough. But the bigger problem I found was the donuts had to be several days old. I had more than one and the icing kinda broke apart and fell from the donut while the body of the donut just didnt taste fresh. Also, the milk was just close enough to spoiling that I could smell it beginning to sour. So sorry, but I have to be truthful. If you read this, I sincerely hope you make improvements because we want to see you make it.

This is my second favorite donut shop in town! However, it does have cozy seating inside and the customer service is very friendly. The donut selection is good and very yummy. I go more for the classic donut flavors, and theirs are a solid hit!

Went right before they were closing and snagged all the leftover donuts on display... For the price of a dozen. The donuts and the service are great, looking forward to our next stop-in

Used Glazed for my son for his birthday because he does not like cake. It was a huge hit! They loved it, and it was easy to set up and order.

The worker was friendly but for $17.80 a dozen these were the worst donuts I’ve ever had. They were hard and overly sweet. I’ve actually had day old donuts from other places that were better than this place.

Donuts and coffee are best in SW Chicagoland. Service has that personal touch you wont get at chain stores..

Some of the nicest owners of any business Ive ever met. Great doughnuts and extremely friendly service. I make it a point to stop by any time Im in the area. They have some amazing specialty doughnuts! Try the maple bacon. Also, heard they will be doing bagels soon, I am SUPER EXCITED!!!!

Stopped in for some coffee and a donut. No coffee because they were closing soon. 3 donuts for almost $6. Worker was rude and seemed bothered by our presence.Lets recap, high prices, rude staff, and no coffee. Good luck!Donuts were better than Dunkin, but is that really worth mentioning.

Overpriced gourmet donuts. There are not that many selections and they were not the type of donuts that you take a bite out of and its memorable. Sadly, it is one of very few donut shops in the area that isnt a chain.

I stopped by on a Saturday morning on the way to work and grabbed a coffe cake donut and a cookies and cream donut for $3.26. The price doesnt bother me, I dont think its bad. The vanilla cake donut imo was done very well. It wasnt too sweet and the coffee frosting was just enough to be sweet but not overdone. I did like the cookies and cream, but not as much as the coffee. I should have stuck with my gut and got the double Choco. I live far from here, but if I were to ever come back by for work, I would not hesitate to stop by and grab a couple donuts again.

Ive got a desire to find a good donut place in the Naperville area. I heard from a few friends this was a good place. So I went last week and got a half dozen donuts. A couple of the donuts were doughy in the center. The cake variations felt like I was chewing through wet cement. I was deeply disappointed in the maple bacon, as in addition to being doughy, it was flavorless. I could get better donuts at Meijer or Jewel. Im not a fan of Dunkin, but I think their donuts are slightly better than those here.

First time visit. Purchased two donuts around noon and was disappointed they were not more fresh. For a donut shop I would expect very fresh donuts. Maybe noon is too late to stop in ?

I hate to leave a bad review however the three different doughnuts I tried were undercooked, the cappuccino tasted like the milk has spoiled. I will try again in six months if theyre still around.

Terrible. Donut selection was sparse, there were no chocolate covered yeast raised, no plain old fashioned cake, no holes, no maple bars, and all were SMALL SMALL SMALL! The shop is waaaay too small to be a contender in the donut realm. I could get the same quality/selection at Jewel. Absurd.To top it off, the young employee didn’t know how to place the half dozen in the box. She stacked them, unnecessarily, ruining the three on the bottom. The box was more than large enough for a single layer of six.I should have known something was not good when there were no other patrons besides us. Should have gone to DUNKIN DONUTS!!

I was really hoping that Naperville could have a donut shop like Glazed and Infused or Stans. Unfortunately, this place falls short. I tried donuts once here when it was Jo & Doh and it looks like The Glaze Donut Co has not learned from their mistakes. I do not mind paying more for donuts when they are innovative but freshness is key. I purchased a dozen at 9AM on a Saturday and all of them must have been made at least 24-48 hours earlier. I hate to say this but I have had fresher donuts at Meijer on multiple occasions. Owners, please take this constructively, I really want you to succeed.
