Great spot to check out if you got time. Great looking place, very modern and upscale. They have a larger menu and plenty of good options. It’s also the best place to grab a whiskey on the rocks at 6am haha.But if you’re just planning on getting your cup of coffee in the morning, your wait time might be more than usual.

This is one of the better Starbucks with their high end drinks and food items. Over all it gives a really good vibe. A great place to hangout and have drinks. On weekends its very difficult to find a spot to sit. Many times their customers will leave their empty drinks containers and napkins on the table which gives it a dirty feel. Although their staff is diligent at cleaning about you may still see clutter on the floor. They also have a wonderful outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the views of downtown Naperville.

Beautiful Starbucks in the heart of Naperville downtown every body is very nice and upbeat and the store is kept immaculately clean clean. The options were similar to the Starbucks reserve downtown with a plenty of savory options such as pizza breads and also desserts like tiramisu. Also similar to the Starbucks reserve in Chicago the prices might Be a little bit higher than what you’re used to have a typical Starbucks and it is definitely crowded most days of the week.

Reserve is pretty cool. Bunch of new items unique to reserve like foods and liquor. See my pics. Not sure if they changed the interior much as I havent been here in a while. They do have a number of outdoor tables now.

Truly a one of kind Starbucks with food and drink options you can only get here. It is worth your time to visit and try everything that you can. Unfortunately, there is no indoor dining right now but there is limited outdoor seating. It is like Disneyland for the coffee fan.

Wow is all I can say. If all Starbucks were this nice, I’d be a regular.The floors aren’t sticky, employees are nice and cheerful, food items are fresh I could go on.Night and day difference between a Reserve and a normal Starbucks. This is much more pleasant. If I lived closer, I’d be here every day.

Big space, great drinks, and comfy seats. Start your Naperville visit here with some coffee and liquor and then hit the shops. Absolutely loved the spot, service, and pastries. Enjoy!

Wonderful ambience. I would really like it if they opened a Reserve location like this in Des Moines! It’s a perfect alternative for those who don’t want to travel all the way into the city to the Michigan Avenue Roastery!The offerings, both beverages and food, are nearly identical to the Roastery, at slightly lower price points (have to cash in on that tourism draw!). They serve spirits, too, which is nice!At the time of this review, their hours are open until 10PM Sun-Thurs, and until 11PM Fri and Sat.This place is definitely worth a visit! Just be expecting slightly higher price points than the typical corporate Starbucks, as the quality of product is increased here.

I only stopped in quickly to pick up a drink before a ghost tour. Its beautiful inside! Definitely a place Id like to hang out in another time. They had some interesting looking flatbreads too. They have several specialty drinks, including a dark chocolate mocha, which I tried. It was a lot less sweet than Starbucks traditional mocha, and the dark chocolate paired well with espresso.

I got the Carmel infused Latte, very good. She got the frozen iced tea with lemon cold foam also good.

We placed an order at 1:40pm, waited for 20 minutes and asked when our order would be ready? The answer was our printer wasn’t printing receipts so we are behind. This is understandable but they were only filling orders for people that had just ordered. We told them our name and they said they didn’t even have that name. I would have never imagined that it would take 20 minutes for coffee with ice cream in it. I would not recommend this location to anyone. We were not even given a receipt for the order we placed.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Almost all of them have the same drinks and same quality. This one is a reserve so it has a functional bar with beer and mixed drinks. We werent there at cocktail time but the drinks sounded pretty good and they had a selection of good whiskey including Knob Creek. It was a little busy, but I would recommend going there.

The desserts are DELICIOUS, especially the tiramisu! The pineapple rum float is our favorite beverage. The staff is always friendly.

Staff is fabulous and so is atmosphere. Food selections and options good quality, however breakfast sandwich and pastry were cold- not luke warm - cold and my coffee was roomTemp. Kind of a bummer when you expect the full experience.

This place is fantastic. They re-modeled recently and added a bunch of really good food items - NOT the kind you’d expect from a Starbucks. The drinks are special, hand-crafted and come out perfect each time (at least in in experience). The alcohol mixed drinks (yes, they have alcohol) are quite good and are on par with higher-end hipster bars. Try the olive bread stick - seriously. Their old fashioned is surprisingly good. Service is quick and always friendly, even on a busy weekend. Just go there and experience this for yourself - this is NOT what you might expect from a Starbucks.

Was told that I couldnt redeem free drinks at this location and then when trying to pay with a Starbucks card that they dont accept Starbucks cards or gift cards (which looking online it appears whoever rung me up was incorrect). Finally paid with a credit card only for one of my two drinks to be made without soy milk. When I asked the drink to be remade they insisted they had made the previous one with soy. Eventually they remade it but they were not friendly about it. I worked for Starbucks for 10 years (left 4 years ago) and expected better service especially from a reserve store.

Really great place with nice food. This is a Starbucks reserve, so they offer more items and service then that regular Starbucks.

This Starbucks did not have the sugar free or unsweetened vanilla flavor for my coffee.

Great service and ambience. Give yourself a couple minutes to explore the full Reserve menu to enjoy what one of these rare locations has to offer.My new favorite is the Whiskey barrel-aged cold brew. I also REALLY enjoyed the oatmeal. The toppings from the granola to the fresh fruit and marmalade were perfect additions to pleasantly chewy steel cut oats.

Good quality, no doubt. However waiting thirty minutes and pay thirty dollars for a couple cups of coffees and a couple of bakery items that are not warm enough (and cannot be warmed up according to the not so nice person) is honestly unacceptable

Updating my review, if you care.Speed and efficiency has greatly improved since opening. Staff is super friendly. I still miss the “classic starbucks” feel of non-reserve stores, but this is still a great location.

I had a taste for a frappuccino, ended up at a Starbucks reserve store. Well, bring bags of cash. They dont serve frappuccinos, but have ice cream blended coffee drinks. There are mini and cost a whopping $10!

This starbucks is odd.I understand that there are only four of these Reserves in the world but the focus has shifted away from coffee toward food.I like coffee and it seems the staff (no fault of their own) is now distracted and coffee orders take longer to fill.

This Starbucks was already a reserve before their “remodel/upgrade” and I had no complaints. Now they don’t serve half the things they used, don’t do online orders and are slowing than Christmas on making the coffee. But hey, you now have a wide selection of overpriced muffins and can buy an expensive but weak alcoholic beverage!

Maybe good, maybe not but couldn’t tell you. Stood in line for 10 or so mins (was only third in line) and ended up walking out. 7 people by the looks of it working here, 3 are pulling all the weight, line starting to get close to the door and only one register. Also the person running the register is more concerned about where the current customer use to work than moving the line along.

The staff was nice and kind, just waited over 20 minutes for two drinks.

Overall ok but dishes on display look way better than whe. They are served not bad but very much different. You need someone to guide you though your visit because you get on the long line and do not know what really is going g on for drinks food is not hard to figure out but I am sure we are there for the drink menu and u til you get to the cashier you have ki d of an idea but then you feel rush to order without knowing g whats going on

What a mess at this location. Totally unorganized, very poor design to order, pick up and leave. No online ordering to avoid the very long line. 25 minutes to grab a latte and it’s a Reserve location. In addition, very poor quality paper cups. Unlike a regular Starbucks. The lid comes off very easily as I was trying to place it in my car cup holder. Spilled all over the place. Add to this whole negative experience, their bathrooms. A huge store with two bathrooms for over 70 people present. Long wait and when I finally went in, no toilet paper and wasn’t cleaned. Very disgusting.

Absolutely beautiful Starbucks. Love the exotic choices on coffees offered as well as unique menu only found at the Reserves. I even appreciate the free parking definitely not offered by the downtown Reserve location. Warning for those who dont know, the prices are high, very high. To Starbuck regulars, they will understand. Definitely worth the trip plus a nice walk on the Naperville Riverwalk.

Great ambiance, but they gave me a wrong order. After a long wait, I went to the counter and asked for my order. The lady said she’s waiting for it and decided to give me a drink which was supposedly for another customer who apparently didn’t show up. Me, on the other hand since I was there forever hurriedly went to my car only to find out it was not the kind of drink that I ordered.

Omg the whisky barrel aged coffee is delicious. It’s 8 oz and $10 but omg it’s so yummy.

In general a very nice store but a lot of the tables were messy and there was gunk on the cushion of one of the booths.In general the staff does not seem to have the same upbeat vibe and positive energy that Ive noticed in other locations.

The location doesnt feel the same since it was converted to a fancier Starbucks. The lines are longer, the basic coffees more expensive. They dont even carry Pike roast anymore. I appreciate the new food items and alcoholic drinks. But its no longer a simple place to enjoy a regular cup of coffee.

Large space, lots of seating...But who ever designed the 2 single use bathrooms, wasnt thinking. And if youre unlucky enough to come into one thats out of toilet paper, you have to get in line again for the other one. Absurd.

Probably the best starbucks ive ever been too. Workers are really nice and it’s great to come in and sit down to drink coffee and admire the beauty of the starbucks especially after their renovations.

No one bussing or wiping down tables, all trash cans overflowing; pretty dirty ambiance. Staff were rude and not friendly whatsoever.

Extremely poor experience! Waited over 15 minutes for my cold brew coffee and espresso coffee! Waited patiently for my order until I noticed everyone who ordered after me getting their drinks. I asked when my order would be up, and they said the printer wasn’t working, so they are behind. I asked about everyone who ordered before, and they just said they are getting to the orders. She then asked for my name, and then said they didn’t even have it! Very upsetting for a first time visit.

Love the location and ambience! Just wish they served full Starbucks menu as it was disappointing to learn that...overall, a great staff that provided different options for our small group - definitely will be back!

So I see a lot of negative reviews for this place but Starbucks has done a pretty solid job in creating this up scalish Starbucks select joint.Yes, its always packed and chaotic but I have always found a place to sit eventually. The bathroom situation however needs to be addressed. They have more than 50 people in this place most of the time and two tiny bathrooms cant cut it.The coffee is mad expensive on the select menu but if you go their for meetings or to have a conversation, its worth paying a lil premium for the space, service and better coffee.

This Starbucks moves across the street and it’s bigger and so much more amazing! It has a coffee bar (completely with what looks like a tasting bar), lots of tables and sofas for work and casual conversation. Even the merchandise looks upscale. I don’t like the taste of Starbucks coffees, but I’ll definitely drop in for a tea or something to enjoy the ambiance.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS. This location was turned into a Starbucks Reserve, and, because of that, they dont serve any of their normal food or drinks. It is basically like a restaurant, and Downtown Naperville already has too many of those. I tried to get a tall iced hazelnut coffee - the only flavor they have is vanilla, the cup was at least a third smaller than a normal Starbucks tall cup, and it was almost $6. They dont have frappuccinos, they dont have any of their breakfast sandwiches. The staff was nice, but they forgot to make my drink and when I told them they made several others before mine so I wound up waiting for my drink for almost 20 minutes.Because this Starbucks has changed, there are now no regular Starbucks in Downtown Naperville. Id recommend going to Sparrow Coffee instead.

The hot chocolate wasnt very chocolatey, so wont order that again. The dark chocolate mocha was pretty good, so would order that again.

Great place to go to escape the ordinary. Baristas were helpful and friendly, and the building is set within beautiful downtown. Coffee was CLEAN and fresh. I’d recommend it.

Everything is great, great food, great dessert, but the drink is not that good. This place is not like the normal Starbucks that we usually go to, there is no refresher and no Starbucks’s drink. This place is different from Starbucks but they still have Starbucks sign at the front of the store

The level of service and care at this Starbucks is phenomenal. Went on a Saturday, and the staff were churning out orders with impressive swiftness. As with anywhere you go nowadays, customers were not always good with their masks, and there is no staff member designated as enforcer (not should there be, as people should just keep their masks on), so if this understandably concerns you, then download the Starbucks app, do a mobile order, and time your visit well so that you are spending as little time inside as possible.

This is a brand new and very different Starbucks. Usually Starbucks doesnt get many stars from me due to the high prices. But this place provides a read Cafe type experience inclusive the ceramic cups. The whole place also looks nice and clean with solid hard wood furniture. The staff was also very professional, friendly, even cheerful.

I like to go to Starbucks and take my Apple MacBook(hp notebook with apple sticker😜) and pretend i am working while i sip on the most expensive coffee in town.I take few selfie and post it on Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter to let people know i am in Starbucks(its a status thing bro!). If youre alone who like Apple products, clearly has lot of money and hate nature this is the place to be! Gotta love the bucks!

Honestly, since they rebranded this store, it’s been awful. The food is mediocre, the drinks are limited and often goofed, the employees seem overwhelmed and incredibly busy, and I was kind of taken aback when a woman walked in with a big dog (not a service dog) with a choke chain on it, and no one said a thing even after ten minutes, so I left.I live in downtown Naperville and ever since the Starbucks was on the corner in the old liquor store, it has been a popular hub. When it moved across the street for a bigger space and the Reserve opened up, it was wonderful.A great place to grab a drink, a snack, meet someone, read, and enjoy the wonderful staff. It was even a great place for kids to assert their independence since the staff was so patient as they ordered their (typically non-coffee based, which are no longer offered) drinks.The first day the new Princi Reserve location was opened recently, we went in for lunch. We had a Caesar salad (two small stalks of romaine), and a small charcuterie (it was really very small and not very good), and we each got a coffee. Our order came to $45. We will not be going back for such a pricey lettuce, cheese, and coffee “lunch.” I did go back and try the tiramisu; I was disappointed for wasting the money and the calories.Locals (and there are a lot who share this feeling) are increasingly frustrated at the lack of options, including being unable to use their rewards. They’ve taken to social media with various complaints and it’s been quite a topic of conversation. Most have moved on to one of the many independent coffee options downtown.I am sad for the loss, for the loss of the “Cheers” type setting it used to be, the acquaintances I’d see regularly and converse with, and I’m also sad for the loss the younger kids are dealing with; there really isn’t anything for them there anymore.I felt compelled to bring this up. I am unsure if anything may be able to change in the future, to perhaps bring back the drinks we all enjoyed at the very least, and integrating this change in this Starbucks better into our community. I always appreciate the staff here; they are kind and compassionate, but this location has become inaccessible and disappointing for many of the people who once loved it.

One of my favorite places to go. It’s located in downtown Naperville. I love to get my coffee there and walk around. They always nice and friendly. It is Starbucks Reserve. So they have special menu. You love Starbucks, but wanna try something new? This is the right place to go. My favorite is Starbucks Reserve® Hazelnut Bianco Latte. Most of the times it tastes delicious. I give it 4-star because my favorite coffee isn’t taste the same every time. I would say 8 out of 10 it tastes the same. But sometimes coffee could be very strong or very sweet.

Starbucks reserve. One of six places as of today. Two of them are in Chicago 👍 Great bakery food and high quality coffee. The coffee is better than regular starbucks. Why? The baristas. Most of the crew is friendly and nice. Btw, dont expect to find a seating, I would recommend going to the park side after garbbing your drinks. ☕☕

A new, clean, spacious coffee shop for me to enjoy a cup of dark roast coffee or the special Starbucks Reserve.

After waiting 20 minutes for my drink they gave me an oat milk latte with rotten milk. I would have returned it but I was already in the car driving away when I realized. I usually dont post negative reviews, but this was really bad.

Ordered a cold brew malt, which Ofcourse is expensive but you expect it to be great. Had it multiple times and loved it. Yesterday’s was terrible, it was very liquidy and felt it was made incorrectly. Disappointing

The lady who took my order this morning was so rude to me. I tried getting a grande ice chocolate mocha for my friend and she mocked me saying we don’t have those tik tok drinks here among other things. I had never ordered from there before and I doubt I will again just because of how rude they were. If you’re looking to get a cheaper coffee without attitude just go to a different location or dunkin. Becuase it’s not worth it

Really spacious and a different layout. Really liked the bar seating watching baristas make coffee.

They dont respect the “AMERICAN FREEDOM.” They refused services if I am not wearing a mask. Such a same to treat a 13 years veteran who fought for the “FRERDOM.”

New location across from old store is much bigger, great meeting spot, and the inside is comfortable and modern.
