No indoor seating even with masks and vaccines. Used to be a great place to meet. Not any more. Starbucks and Peet’s both allow socially distanced indoor seating. Einstein’s is not.

Tons of unique bagels and sandwiches. Had a chocolate cold brew shake and it was awesome. The egg bagel sandwiches are really good also.

Everything about this place is wrong.You order and pay at separate registers. Meaning four hands are doing what takes only a single pair. You practically make your own cup of coffee and pour your own soft drink. I payed you $8.53, YOU do it. Just take a look at the type of people who stand in line for this and you would understand.

I love Einstein Bros. Bagels. They have a pretty good selection of signature bagels, bagels and smears, and lunch boxes. Customer service is always great. It’s worth ordering from their app as you may redeem for free food. Also, ordering ahead from the app is 100% hassle free.

This morning I went to buy a breakfast and I expected something delicious to eat at work. On the contrary, what they gave me was a bagel that seemed to have been there since the previous day, apart from the bad attention on the part of the person who took my order. For my part I do not buy again in that place.

Ok but not great.On the plus side they have food that is cooked in the store and so it’s a little fresher than some other places and the location is great.I’m not happy that the staff doesn’t know the latest rewards information and I’ve had lots of problems with not getting credits for awards that I got emails for. Also the food is not healthy enough for me - they don’t offer whole wheat bagels on many sandwiches and have very little vegetarian options and alll of vegetarian options are bland. If you order in person you can usually substitute what you want. But if you order through the app they have limited substitution ability

Went here recently to pick up my free egg sandwich birthday reward. Im a picky eater so finding something on the menu that is filling yet flavorful is always a struggle. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful with the descriptions and suggestions but this sandwich definitely exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely be going back!

Absolutely LOVE their breakfast sandwiches! I got instantly hooked the first time and I went back at least 3 days in a row for breakfast. Usually new places initially make me sick before I get used to their cooking but I didnt get slightly sick at all from Einstein Bros. Really really good stuff!

My family has been coming here since I was a kid. Through different managements they continue with the same great service. Yes it will be extra busy on the weekends and during early mid morning, but thats what happens! Be patient, the workers care and will get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Best bagels in Naperville!!! They have a wide span of bagels that are all amazing! Not only that but they bagel sandwiches that are delicious and full of flavor. My favorite bagel if the cinnamon one with cream cheese it is sweet and so good. If you need breakfast or lunch this is the place to go!!

I showed up to order a large order of bagels for my office. Had a few people waiting in line but they took orders quickly. The gentleman behind the counter was polite in listening to the 16 different bagels I asked for. Quick service for me because I didnt order anything fresh. There was a bit of a wait for other people who must have ordered food or drinks.I parked right outside on the street which was perfect because parking far away was something I was worried about.

Foods are great. Bagels are soft and tasty. Orders come out promptly.

Good coffee, consistent good quality bagels and sandwiches. Very popular. Needs some updating but that wont keep me away. Their rewards program is worthwhile. Excellent location right off the Riverwalk and parking is no problem early mornings.

Used their curbside service twice and both times I had to call inside after waiting and waiting for someone to bring my food out. Why ask for a car description and instruct us to turn our hazards on if we have to call inside anyway?

Always good coffee and a bagel sandwich. The clientele on the other hand.....golden girls that nothing better to do than sip coffee, and complain about how big the Volvo on loan is, as compared to her usual zip. Shameless. Most people want in and out, not 10 hens taking up 4 tables with 4 coffees.

I dont think it gets much better then Einstein Bros. The choices are just about endless and the atmosphere is second to none. The pretzel bagel is about the best I ever tasted. There should really be more locations, they blow the competition away.

Clean store with good food that doesnt taste like its been sitting out for 6 hours. Service is pretty good. They get bogged down during busy times, but generally the service is quick. Outdoor seating as well if thats your thing.

This is the go to bagel shop in Naperville. All other bagel joint have closed down and honestly Schmatz Deli, while good, has consistent service issues, a very limited selection of bagel flavors, and recently went to 8am opening time during the week which effectively has removed them from my pre-work gnosh rotation.The bagels here are what you get at any other Einstein. The crew runs -ok- from a rotating mix of college kids anchored by a couple solid managers. They could always do better with having better inventory control, a better food delivery process rather than a whispered name on a table next to the cashier, but it is a friendly joint with great varied options offering consistent flavor.God how Id die for a Poppies of Charlotte, NC... Entrepreneur anyone?

Always prompt even though it gets a little stuffy on the weekends. Great atmosphere inside, with a couple of tables outside if thats your fancy. The food is wonderful everytime.

Love this place. Great variety of flavors. Unlimited combinations to choose from for your deli/breakfast sandwiches, bagel schmears, ect. My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Santa Fe on a cheddar jalapeno bagel toasted with extra jalapeno salsa cream cheese, pepperjack, 2 thin fresh cooked eggs, ham, and salsa. Another favorite is the lox and bagel. Used to work here and been eating here ever since. Can never get bored of menu with so many flavors to choose.

5 stars for bagels but 2 stars for staff. Employees are basically bored acting and could not care about customers. The older women at register is grumpy and when my daughter went into pick up ordered bagels employee was leaning against wall and yelled for her to go down by the bagel case. When she told her she was picking up bagels the employee let out a huffy and told her to go to register. We go for the bagels but am seriously thinking of going to the o e off Diehl Rd instead of putting up with the attitude of downtown Naperville

5 hours before closing this location only had 5 types of bagels available and said they were sold out of all the other bagels and werent going to make anymore for the day. This is beyond absurd and the most illogical thing Ive ever heard from any business. In addition, our order was very simple on this day and the young cashier was not listening and got our entire order wrong. We had to take apart our bagels and put schmear on them ourselves at the table. Staff was definitely unorganized and just very out of it. Definitely not coming to this location again.

A go-to place for quality coffee and food in downtown Naperville. Unassuming, helpful staff and wide selection. Very popular with groups and can be a little loud. Come early and bring a set of headphones if you plan to stay a while!

I ordered 2 bagels I didnt receive them. I ordered a cup of coffee. The coffee was cold the only thing that was right was my breakfast sandwich. The employees were too busy worrying about getting home.

Horrible visit today!!! They ignored me when I walked in. While their were two people behind the counter. One girl made eye contact with me and just went back to what she was doing. Mind you it was 11:30am on Saturday I was the only person in line. Then I went to pay and their way no cashier and had to wait another 10mins with a hungry 4year old. After we got our food we sat down to eat we saw the manager go to the cafe counter and push down the garbage with her bear hands and go right back to making drink behind the counter. This was not only disgusting but unsafe. I was very unhappy with my visit today and won’t be back for a long time.

I love their bagels the best Ive ever bad and so I willake.sure that I not only pay next time I am back but always go there for my carb craves. Oh and ceaser salad! The dressing is to die for.
