Walk in and 3 guys are sitting on and at desks chatting. You walk around, theyre still chatting. You kindly ask if anyone has some free time to make a purchase. You still wait.. At this point if this is the customer service. You think to yourself what if you need help beyond the purchase like a installation. An walk out. Thats what I did. Ignore me,I will spend my money elsewhere.

Really nice place the employees are able too communicate properly with their customers, Lots of cool aftermarket products that they carry. I stopped in for my vehicle appointment and was in and out in a timely manner.

These fellers did my F350 right. After messing around with local tire shops I decided to call the pros at 4 wheel parts. From Carlos up front to the crew in back. My truck with a new leveling kit and new 35” tires came out awesome. The whole experience was great and they really helped lock in my decision, which was super helpful with all the options out there . Thanks again guys. I’m so happy with the work ya’ll did. I’ll be back and also would say highly recommend for all you 4x4 needs. Ride on !!!

Getting someones attention was slow. Level of knowledge at the counter wasnt as good as expected considering they deal with primarily jeeps.

Love this place. I come here often for parts or service and get A+ service each time. Even during a pandemic they still get things done and take the time to answer questions.

Had a great experience today in Naperville. We needed a part and our maps app said we were going to arrive 10 minutes after closing time. We called and asked if they could wait for us. They said no problem. Even though Niko was getting out of there after hours he stopped in the parking lot as he was leaving to ask if we needed any help and then proceeded to get out of his car and help install our mirrors on our Jeep. We need more people like Niko who actually care about their customers!! Thx again Niko!

Great group of guys. Tom was very helpful with my online order and he was truly helpful when I came into the store. Gave me a lot of advice on a winch and what to look for when weighing my options. Ended up buying a winch from them just because of the great customer service. Thanks again Tom!

Edit (01/24/18): I was here to day to get a followup inspection done today for some gears and ball joints I had installed last week. Alec and Tom checked me in and handled all my questions. Inspection took about an hour and they did a great job taking care of my jeep! Easily one of the best customer service experiences youll ever have if you decide to come here.I was at this location yesterday, had an install. Everything went smoothly. Thomas took care of me at the front desk, and I actually spook to him today for another product Ill be getting later this week. This location has gone above and beyond with their customer service!

These guys are top-notch! Tom, Larry, Bobby, Steve spent lots of time reviewing options. The job was finished sooner than expected, and was a far more cost-effective alternative to dealer options. The vehicle looks great! Thank you!

Update - Tom from 4WP reached out to me to see if they were able to see the vehicle again to inspect it free of charge. Also informed me that the $138 charge before was a standard inspection fee and not related to the movement of the stabilizer. Appreciate his candor and willingness to help remedy and give a twice over on the vehicle!Got charged $138 to have my steering stabilizer adjusted 1 inch... I wasnt even informed that it was going to be a charge. Went in for a tire rotation, and asked to look at if theres a reason why my steering feels tight on one side. 2 hours later, my vehicles ready for pickup, and oh yeah, theres a bill.

When 4WP were not able to address with my specific lighting need, they made a referral to another business who was able to meet my needs. Excellent Customer Service!

Brought my ‘13 Jeep Wrangler unlimited here last week for a vehicle inspection. The staff are super knowledgeable and the customer service is great, Bobbie and Steve helped me out and they were awesome. I ended up replacing my shocks, upgraded tie rod and drag links, and they did some work on my axle seals also. I would definitely recommend 4WP to anyone looking to get work done on their Jeep or any kind of 4x4 truck. I’ll definitely be back for any other Jeep needs I have in the future.

Hands down the absolutely best place in the area to get an alignment! I cant say enough about how happy I am with my vehicle after they did the alignment, I highly recommend them! Great customer service, honest, and deliver quality! Ive had nothing but bad experiences with other places since all my vehicles have altered or aftermarket suspensions installed. Brought my Land Cruiser in and it drives perfectly straight!

I went in looking for some advice and ready to spend some money on modifications to my brand new 2021 4Runner TRD Pro. No one else was in the place. Two people were behind the counter. One said he would be with us in a minute and, 20 minutes later, we walked out only to see him taking a break outside. Terrible customer service.

Tried to order front leaf spring bushings. paid $63 next day shipping for a $34 part. They lost my order and made no attempt to get me the products that I desparately needed. They blamed it on the manufacturer being out of stock. I called the manufacturer and they informed me that they had plenty of inventory. I sat on hold twice for 1+hours only to have them tell me that the best advice they could give me was to cancel my order. Dont ever give a red cent to these hacks.

I was so happy when 4 wheel parts came to Naperville. The store is nice and clean. The only complaints I have are most of the stuff in stock are for Jeeps (which doesn’t bring the stars down but makes me sad) and the employees behind the counter were not very positive. I almost felt like I shouldn’t ask a question, because the guy behind the counter would make me feel like a idiot for asking. It might have been a bad day I will not hold my one trip against 1 guy. Next time I go in hopefully I will be able to give them more stars.2/15/19 Edit: adding a star. I went in to pick up a S&B air intake for my Ram 2500.. surprisingly they had it in stock. I heard the someone there was supposed to put it in his truck and decided not to.. lucky for me! Called ahead to make sure it was inventory.. guy on the phone was good. He put hands on it and held it that day till I got there later.. check was much better. Super nice guys. The first time I was there might have been just a bad day. Happy with this last experience.. still leaving 1 star out because of their Jeep thing. I understand that is just because Jeeps are most common.. I am just stubborn.

Got a leveling kit installed on my 2015 Silverado and it looks great Alec and staff were great would recommend this place for your needs next step is bigger tires.

I am new to the Jeep accessory world. With that said, I could not have asked for better guides. Tom, and all the guys at 4 Wheel Parts, have become my 4x4 gurus. Tom has taken the time to explain things to me, and helped me make the right choices for me. There is never any pressure, just patience and helpfulness, and their customer service is awesome. I would recommend this store, and these guys to everyone. I am definitely glad I found it.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased shocks for my Ford truck and have been going back and fourth for 3 days now exchanging shocks that were wrongfully packaged. Traveled over 200 miles in 3 days going back and fourth to them.

Do not let these people work on your vehicle. Had a nightmare light installation of lights. 2 days after having the lights installed the foglights are pointing into the trees. Went back to get them fixed and the sales guy reached behind the light and pulled it downward. Anytine that happens now you know how to fix it. I asked for the mechanic to fix it correctly and was told that they would have to charge me to fix what they didnt do right in the first place. Ill never walk in that overpriced, incompetent place again.

Would not recommend this place at all.1.) They dont have your parts unless it is for a Jeep Wrangler2.) $115 Labor Rate - Way over priced considering that the parts they sell are designed to be easy to install by you everyday guy. Have your trusted mechanic do it or learn how to do it yourself, it is more rewarding.3.) No good deals. You can find anything they have on there on amazon for a better price.4.) They prey on the ignorance of their customers not knowing what they are buying.

Poor communication/customer service!!! Ordered a lift kit online Thursday, listed as next day pick up in store. This was ordered as a project to be done over the 3 day holiday/time off this week. No communication from anyone Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday regarding pick up or problems. My husband called to check on the status of the order today (Monday) and was told that it wasn’t in stock and was “on a truck coming from California”. He was told that it “might’ be here this week. If there was a problem with the order it should have been communicated to us sooner. Bad customer service. ZERO communication. No apologies. Never doing business with them again. This was the first and last time.

Besides being a customer for my personal vehicle needs (14 JKU) I use 4x4 parts for my job as the after market coordinator at a car dealership. I would not go anywhere else. They always get what I need as fast as possible and have even taken back some special ordered large expensive to ship items with no questions asked and a smiling face. I send everyone I know who needs custom parts to them and they tell me they had a great experience. I deal with Tom usually just because we have established a business relationship but when he is not available everyone there is equally helpfull. If Disneyland opened up a 4x4 parts store this place would be it.

These guys are very knowledgable and friendly. Not pushy.I worked with them to decide the aftermarket set up on my JL before I ordered the vehicle. As a result, i moved up from the Sahara to the Rubicon to ensure the Jeep would perform properly. Saved money on aftermarket parts and frustration of buying the wrong model.

I came to this place to have a wheel bearing pressed in to a hin, and was told that it would be free of charge since they couldnt get it done in the same day. When I came back today 1/9/19 I had someone argue with me that it wasnt free. Great place but the costumer service sucks

After reading all the negative reviews im not going to buy or do any business in or with this place if you ask me i think they should be reported to the better business bureau and the attorney general office and have them shut down!

Had a rear ring and pinion installed two weeks ago came back for the drain and fill on the differential after I was told I didnt need an appointment and now apparently I need an appointment on top of this company charges tax on labor as well in Illinois... Which labor is non-taxable

Just bought my jeep, I need running boards, all weather mats, lights, grab handles etc. Walked around for about 20 mins with not no so much as a Hi. Saw one girl helping someone behind the counter and 3 other guys on one computer behind the counter. I recommend going to the store to get an idea of what the parts look and feels like, then going to websites (also way cheaper) ExtremeTerrain or Quadratec to buy your parts. Not sure how they will stay in business with such poor customer service. By the way this is my first bad review of any business Ive ever posted.

Amazing people very friendly and awesome, I drove from Platteville Wisconsin to visit the store, walked out with some off road lights and a place I would drive 3 hours again to visit and shop.

Did an awesome job I was very comfortable with them doing my truck.

After 6 months my truck is still not right after having a lift kit installed. If you like non ase/ high school machanics working on your investment then this is the place. Three times that my truck went there to be completed, sat for an hour and then was told they had the wrong parts. Teirrble customer service and craftsmanship. Dont waste your time like I did.

Waited over 40 minutes for service walked out. Left complaint with corporate. No response from store until after I left a second complaint.When manager did finally call, he explained that counter staff was occupied selling to people new to offroading. If you want parts, go somewhere else; if your idea of offroad is giving your them credit card and letting the go wild, this is your place.
