Absolutely hands down worst company in Napa. Brought my truck to them for a flat tire. And all they did was air up my tire I asked them to put windshield wipers on didnt do that until I asked again. Didnt tell me anything about my tire. So figured it was fixed. Nooooo they didnt do anything and had my truck for 4 hours. And when I called them to talk about It they keep hanging the phone up on me. Wow bad business.. dont go there.

I was having tire problems. The staff thoroughly checked my tires and I have had no further problems.

One of our drivers was in a pinch and 500 miles from home, took care of us quickly and got us back on the road. Appreciate it!

Wow! This place is amazing! I had a flat repaired 1 week ago down in LA by some random roadside repair company, it cost me $180. 7 days later, the repair failed and I had another flat. I brought my car in to Les Schwab today. They fixed my tire and didnt even charge me! You guys are incredible and completely made my day. I will definitely be back for all future auto service. When theyre busy theyre busy, but when its not that busy you can drive up and ask one of the guys out in the garage area a question or if they can air up your tire or even help you and theyll guide you through the process of finding what you need and overall Help you out. Our family of 5 with 2 babies came to Napa for the day in a rental car and we ran over a nail, flattening our tire. We were told by the person at the gas station to go to Le Schwab and they fixed our tire for free. They took such good care of us while we were there and was blown away they wouldnt charge us for something we would have happily paid for. We give the upmost praise for the company and employees that made this experience as enjoyable as it possibly could be. Thank you again.

Ok service at the desk but the lady said 1, 1/2 hours to wait, I started pulling the tire in the parking lot and they imedeletly came out and help pull the tire off I was gone within 40 minutes,and it was a 3/4 inch hole in the tire

The time just for a Nail on my tire. Was too much but after that Dakota, the guy who finally attend was a nice guy and don’t charge me for that! I make an appointment for my brakes I thing you have to work on your timing and also the COMMUNICATION between your team ! Because in my app they check the same tire for a Nail AGAIN! Looks like the communication are soo bad.

Chris was great helping me pick out wheels and tires for my older Tacoma that fit the truck and my price point. As always Les schwab has the best service and attitudes around. Im a repeat buyer.

Steven was honestly super helpful the entire time we were here. I really appreciated the fact that he told us to call the dealership first to see if we could get a new tire for free first before we bought one from here. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness because not many people will be honest about that kind of thing. We eventually decided to have it temporarily patched but will definitely come back here if we ever need to for his service!

First time i took my car for alignment they just left my car for like an hour and a hale then i told them that i didnt want to Wait any longer and they gave me a free aligment card i took it again a week after and they just took my car and drove it around Home Depot they took it back and never did Anything for an hour and a half

I am very disappointed in the les schwab. I call at 1:30 pm to schedule an alignment for my ram 2500 4x4. The lady told me they could get the truck in today before they close today At 6pm. So I drove over with a family members to drop off the truck. I did not hear anything from anyone at les schwab so at 5:45 I headed over to pick up the truck. When I arrived my truck was in the same location. I adked if the truck was complete and ready to go, after the representative check in the back they had done nothing and will not be able to complete the truck today. I asked why I did not get a phone call then just asked for my keys back and said I will not be back. Horrible customer service, poor communication, no respect for their customers time. So don’t waste your time going. Find another tire center that values it’s customers and honor’s it’s word on time.

Never do business here again. I waited 5 hours after being told Id be seen within 30 minutes. Kept being told I would be next until finally I was last. I hate being lied to. They will never get another dime from me or my family. Worst experience ever from a tire company.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I went over to Les Schwab at around 4pm today to see if they could fix it. They only took about an hour, so I was pretty impressed with how fast they seemed to have worked. The gentleman told me that they found a small nail in my tire, so they removed it and patched my tire up. I made a couple more stops in Napa, then hit Highway 12 to get back home. This was when I noticed that the same tire has completely flattened. It’s now after closing time, and I’m stuck waiting for a tow truck to come and change my tire to a spare—something I was avoiding having to do.I am glad that the repair was free of charge for me. However, if i I needed a new tire, I would have appreciated them telling me so, and would have definitely been able to pay for it.

Great service

Ive had to take in my cars for tires several times. All but one time Ive made an appointment and had the tires replaced extremely fast with great customer service. The one time I just rolled in for new tires they were super accommodating and got it done promptly. Ive dealt with several people and all of them were really nice and didnt try to upsell me or anything like that. Definitely none of that slimy pressure that you get from a lot of other car maintenance places. Also they have free popcorn which is just icing on the cake

Went in for a clients vehicle to have a rotation and balancing done. I explained the diagnosis and asked that the balances be checked first. The staff in the shop were knowledgeable and did prompt, precision work. The drive back to the customers house afterward was great. No more wobbles above 50mph.I have also had great experiences there getting alignments done. They have a VERY nice laser assignment rack and their rates are very reasonable.I would recommend them any time. Honesty is an uncommon commodity these days and Les Schwab in Napa has it in spades.

THEY LOST MY WHEEL AND TIRE

So a few days ago did set an appointmentFor May 12 at 11:00 am to do an alignment on my bmw, Luke Youngblood, told me its going to take 2 hours, I reply wow I think that’s to much time that’s why I did an appointment in the first place, well I waited two hours no one touch my car in those two hours, I finally ask for my keys back and went to d’adamo shop by Lincoln ave first few minutes there they took my car for a drive and told me that it was pulling to the right 30 mins later, I was out with my bmw 5 series alightment it cost me $26 dollars more Looks like les Schwann was to busy and didn’t have enough technicians

I had good service and would go back. The good part is if you purchase tires, you get free checks and rotations for the life of the tire. Thats a big deal. Highly recommend!!

We had a rental car with a flat. The rental car company did not provide any assistance. We drove into the nearest tire company and thank goodness we found Les Schwab tire store. Jeff was amazing! He took care of the situation immediately and saved our week.

My check tires light came on so I pulled into Les Schwabs place. A very polite young man greeted me asking what he could do to help me. I told him about my dash light and he hopped rite to checking the tire pressure all four a little low. Finishing he told me to keep an eye on them if any should look low come on back and well see if theres a leak. All around an A for the help.

I rented a car from the San Francisco airport and experienced a severe flat tire that could not be patched. The customer service at Les Schwab Napa has exceeded my expectations. I dealt mostly with Chris who handled talking to the rental company for replacement. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this location for service.

This is a wonderful shop. In the past month I have had two tires repaired after running over a nail and then a screw. Another time all the tires needed air as they were under inflated. No charge for any of the services. None. And the guys were polite, friendly and kind.I will definitely buy my next set of tires from Les Schwab Tire Center. I called in while driving home today since I had a low tire alert in my Mazda. I spoke with Michael, he had me come down. Andrew worked on the tire, they had it fixed and I was on my way in no time. I have to say I was very impressed with the store and with the very professional service provided by both Michael and Andrew. I highly recommend Les Schwab Napa!

I was traveling thru Napa from the Sierra-Nevada mountains when my rear brakes began screeching like metal on metal. I called Les Schwab in Napa 90 minutes before their closing time and explained what was happening. They said get there as soon as possible and they would fix it. I arrived 60 minutes before closing and they took my car in. The replaced a rotor and put on brake pads in the rear. They stayed 20 minutes over closing time to finish. Thank you so much!!!😘

Horrible service. They may seam friendly but they end up talking you up in alot parts that arent necessarily needed. I needed help with something and they simply couldnt do what was asked then wanted to blame me. The manager or head person at time was horrible. I would never go back to this place and tell others to not go as well. This is after my first visit to

Went to get tires changed and they were out of stock. Ordered them to come in the next week and they did not recieve them. I ordered them again, employee said they would call me when they came in so I didnt waste another trip. I never got a call. Poor service but the employees were friendly.

Just left there earlier today Jeff and his staff were quick professional and very courteous highly recommend this small business for any of your tire and rim needs!!!

So on friday the 29th of march i had les schwab put 4 new tires on my 92 ford ranger. The following sunday i drove up to angels camp and noticed a slight vibration coming from my front brakes. When i came back down to napa today i had my trusted machanics at meineke take a look for me and they found that my rotors were warped in one spot on both sides. Seeing as the rotors were brand new we determined that the lug nuts had been over torced. When i brought this to les schwabs attenion instead of refunding me for the damage the manager chris decided to bad mouth meineke. Truly unprofessional and unreliable, wont be going back.

They do not provide oil changes. Of all the basic things and with every location I have been to providing this service it is incredibly disappointing to drive a fair distance to find this out.

Take this warning from a real mechanic. After dropping my truck off for an alignment I received a phone call stating that I needed a few front end parts replaced. Fair enough, shes an older truck. After going to pick it up there was a list with literally every single front end part on it lol. The reason I say this is a warning is because Les Schwab​ has turned into the typical rip you off shop. The irony behind it is that some of the parts on that list have less than 500 miles on them and they are Moog parts, top brand stuff. Places like this, brakes plus, big O etc. are why it makes it hard for typical people who dont know a ton about cars to be taken advantage of. There is no proper response management can make to this other than stop ripping people off. Stop telling them they need parts that a customer does NOT need. Very disappointmented.
