The worst ice cream experience my family has ever had. We arrive here and deal with a young girl who is practically whispering to us.. we mustve said repeated ourselves and asked questions a dozen more times that necessary. I ordered a medium sugar cone soft serve vanilla and they gave me a kids version. The ice cream was terribly presented, almost looked like it was melting and leaning and was very little on the cone. The soft serve is supposed to be smooth and creamy, however this had little bits of something in it, maybe ice particles..? The ice cream was gritty and icy tasting. I only ate half of the little bit of ice cream in hopes that I would enjoy it, however I didnt. I waited at the window and they did not ask if I wanted a replacement, did not apologize or sympathize whatsoever, actually what they did was present a garbage can and asked if I wanted to throw it out. In a time like this, a business cannot be so bad... Terrible mistakes like this will get your business closed down. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Please drive the extra few minutes into New City and go to Twist & Shake or Petey Wheatys, or honestly any other ice cream place. Very disappointing.

We got a banana berry smoothie and a banana smoothie. The berry smoothie had a ton of sugar and it was gross. The banana smoothie was watered down. Last time we go here for a FRESH smoothie. Jeez.

In Nanuet you dont buy ice Cream ...You enjoy flavors!!

Absolutely amazing! I’m a vegan and it is always very hard to find any ice cream while out and about, But I honestly think I found the best ever! I ordered the coconut ice cream with coconut flakes and Oreos (All vegan options) and omg! I had to get more for on the ride home lol I Will definitely be going back soon.

What a little gem this turned out to be. I love soft serve ice cream but this place has something extra special and is definitely not run of the mill. Very enjoyable!

Best ice cream around!! Actual ice cream, its hard but like soft serve. Literal ice cream. You can tell that its real, not just some store bought junk NO. I cant explain the experience that my mouth has everytime EVERY SINGLE TIME I get ice cream from here. Wow. 10/10

From South Carolina wanted good real ice cream. Never had crepes before.These were melt in your mouth with fresh fruit. The Jamaican Raisin Rum was better than Hagan Dazs!! Very clean. You will regret not going!!!

This gets a 3 only because the woman andnman running the place were very friendlyBut the Soft serve was not good- something was in the ice cream texture wise - bad flavor and consistency.The iceys were fine my wife said.Gotta be honest 9$ for two things and I tossed them both in the garbage outside the place.Twist and shake newcity is the home base. Any ice cream spot that sells jerked chicken and beef patties is suspect LMAO
