These guys are Great! Came to my house to do work on my Weber grill. They were very professional, on time, and did great work. Will be using as my go to grill store. Bonny John and their Son are awesome!

John just left my house and I have to tell everyone, this is a great company ... I spoke to Bonnie yesterday on the phone upset because I really ruined my grill.. she helped me over the phone and gave me great advice .. I decided I didn’t want to wait for the manufacturer and hired them instead .. well was I glad I did .. John is not only knowledgeable, fair, honest and nice ... he’s also very funny ...just when I thought companies like this were things of the past, I found one !!! Thankyou so much

This review is for a propane tank refill only. The woman was extremely pleasant and was outside before I could even unload my tank. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

A super nice, honest, helpful husband and wife team. A few years ago, John serviced my Weber grill. Fast forward to the present time and I was having trouble starting my grill. So I called and spoke to John who is currently not doing any service calls because of precautions he is taking due to COVID-19. So instead, John offered to help me out if I emailed him some photos of the inside of my grill. After doing so, John looked over the photos, called me and offered some suggestions and I now have a working grill! I cant thank John and Bonnie enough!

Very knowledgeable husband/wife team. Bonnie spent 45 minutes showing us all the models of Weber grills and pros and cons of each one. Their price is competitive. It was $50 more than the cheapest one I found, but its worth buying here because of the education I got and the superior service.

The shop is run but a very friendly and helpful couple. Free with their advice, had everything I needed in stock at reasonable prices. Very honest about what I do and dont need. Will only shop here in future.
