Need a new slurpee machine, like they have in Newburgh ny

Always very nice Week end people in New City are not to sure how to charge the correct amt for the different big gulps. They are always over charging

No bathroom, Rude staff.

Coffee is hardly ever made fresh. Half of it comes out watered down. Food is as hard as a rock. Employees (aside from one guy who was very pleasant) are mostly rude and Cringey.

Staff is nice but the store is so unsanitary. Looks like they never ever clean it. Especially where you get beverages.

The customer service is horrible and depending on the agent; they will refuse to honor the deals that they have posted on the wall. Moreoever, there is no quality control so, machines area often out of order or not even filled with the drink advertised. Additionally, the food is not fresh and contaminated with bacteria, because, I got severe food poisoning from eating one of their hot dogs. There doesnt seem to be any form of cleanliness in this place, where the food be hard and old while the counters can be messy and dirty. The coffee tastes very burnt, like they dont change the coffee often, and its just the same old coffee for days. I cannot recommend going there, unless you know your getting a really good deal on something fresh and since the food tends to look and feel old, than its most likely, even at the cheapest price; you have to be cautious if you buy anything there. I find its better to get the prepackaged sealed foods than the baked goods or hot items since those foods are left out all day and there is no way to tell if the customer associate was wearing gloves when, they handled the items, so you have no idea what your exposing your body to, in this place.

Employees in the afternoon and evening are super lazy, slow and have no personality whatsoever. 7 eleven is a coffee shop and there is never any fresh coffee during these times and I also always get a cup full of coffee grinds. This place needs better management ASAP!!

I purchase a Slurpee and some Dorritos. Food and drink was good, the store was clean however, the customer service leaves something to be desired.

The pay line is too long&slow the employees are too busy talking and ignoring the long line

There is not hot food most times and what they have the pizza like rubber overcooked. I found things floating in the bottom of my latte and stop going. They need to clean the coffee machines & make a lot of improvements! Esta sucio! Malo!

I went into the store today for a cup of coffee and one of the employees got in my face and started screaming at me because I threw about a half inch of coffee into the garbage can. The employee started screaming in a store that was filled with other customers. The other customers all looked as this was happening and were dumbfounded Buy this employees actions. Extremely unprofessional environment, and the other coworker behind the counter just shook his head and said Im sorry

New owners and where did all the other employees go? I used to like going here, now I dont. No familiar faces or people with personality.
