I came in for an eye exam and the staff quickly recognized that I was having a medical issue with my eye, and not in need of a prescription for my vision. They stopped the exam and redirected me to a nearby ophthalmologist, going so far as to make the appointment for me. I truly respect their courtesy for not taking me through a service that I didn’t need and for going out of their way to get me the service that I needed. If I do need a prescription and lenses, I will certainly go back to them!

Great customer service. Was greeted with a smile when I walked in . Every one is very professional and helpful. The doctor who did my exam was excellent and I ordered 2 pair of glasses . Very very happy and recommend this place to anyone looking for new glasses 👓👍

Dr. Caro was extremely kind and helpful, probably one of the best eye doctors I have ever met with. The office staff was able to start my appointment 30 minutes early, it was a smooth process.

Great place for eye exams and purchasing new glasses. Eye exam was fast, as they have more advanced machines. Staff are super friendly and very helpful for finding a new frame and picking lens type. There is a large variety of frames, though they trend to the pricier end. Would highly recommend this place!

Legit! The best lenses on glasses ever!!! Ive been wearing glasses for 15 years Ive had tons of pairs from a lot of different places. They have the best quality lenses in town!! They are so super clear that its not even to compare to anything else Ive had in the past

From the front desk to my visit with the doctor. All good. Answered all my questions, very professional and sweet. The doctor listened to me and helped me find the perfect contacts for my very bad vision. My only regret is not going sooner. Highly recommend.

This is a high-end store, no doubt about it, but for they money I paid (nearly $700 for a single pair of eyeglasses), I expect much better service and far less attitude.I am posting this review so that other people arent disappointed like I am in the service they receive.Upon receipt of my first pair (via mail since I dont live nearby), I noticed these strange circular holograms on my lenses - they were distracting to say the least. I called and spoke to the owner and he dismissed my claim as part of the design and thats how they know what lenses they are - didnt offer to have a look at them or anything. Sounded bogus, but I believed him and wanted to see if I would get used to them. I wore them for a few more days and decided to visit the store since I was nearby at the time. A manager helped me, took one look at them and told me this was bad and that they would be replaced. I was happy with her service but disappointed that the owner really dismissed my claim despite it being such a blatant product defect.A few months later, I called to inquire about my lens protection in case something happened. I had another pair from another company and they had a 1-year protection plan. I was informed by the person who answered the phone that I was in fact covered for 1 year to replace my lenses in the event of damage or scratching. I called a few weeks later to have the lenses replaced and was told by the owner that my lenses werent covered by my insurance and there was nothing could be done. He said that the person who I spoke to was no longer at the company and could not verified what she said. Again, he was dismissive and a bit rude in denying what his employee said. A store owner needs to take responsibility and stand by what their employee tells customers, or train them properly to say the right thing. Either way, the owner refused to offer any remedy at all for my problem. For the money that I paid, I expected far better service, protection, and a better experience. Youre better off taking your business elsewhere.

I just recently had my eyes examined at eyes of Nanuet and was extremely pleased with the service. The entire practice is extremely professional and all of the employees are extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend eyes of Nanuet to everyone and anyone !

Used to be good but now its the worst. I dont mind paying high prices for good service but this was just awful. Went back so many times to try to get problems corrected and was met with snide remarks, a huge lack of professionalism and no resolve. Beware. You can do much better at Costco or Warby ParkerRegarding your response. I have 2 pairs of glasses that are unwearable. I have visited your store at least 6 times to resolve. Yes, I was happy when you gave me cleaner but it doesnt work. So I came right back and you failed to provide a solution. Its funny that you call my glasses pristine. Unworn makes more sense.

I went to get my eyes checked and get new glasses. Ive never had more of a thorough eye exam. The Dr even noticed I had high blood pressure. The prescription for me was on point. Always had issues before with other places and had to go back to complain in the past with my prescription . The staff was very helpful with helping me choose the perfect glasses. I was extremely happy with how fast they had my glasses ready. I would highly recommend Eyes of Nanuet!!

The staff here are friendly, very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend, I have gone to them for ten years for my eye exams, frames and lenses.

Very disappointed client. My lens were expensive but are always streaking and unclear. I went back half a dozen times and it was a total waste. I am going to go elsewhere to have my lenses replaced. Customer service was rude and uncaring. Lenses are the worst ever.
