A summer item I ordered in the spring (mid May) was delayed until August, and I didn’t like it and returned it 35 days after it shipped (return policy is 30 days). Store clerks drew a line said no, but they said I could call the online customer line and pursue it there. I called and it was cleared in 5 min. Returned it in store and it felt like a pointless battle. Just wish customer service was a little better. If something is delayed that much maybe don’t offer to sell it.

Well maintained and up to date. Inviting environment. Not super sure about all the employees and the attitude they bring to the team. Nevertheless the store is well managed and kept stocked with the latest fashion. If you care about supporting companies that benefit this world please look into corporate before shopping here. My review is what I experienced and witnessed in the store which was positive.

I always love how clean and tidy J. Crew is. You dont have to dig or rummage around for something. Everybody who works there is super nice and very helpful. Im probably there more than I should be!

Found something that worked, and at a good price. Good score. But thats the rub. Very few of any one thing. May not have your size or color, but if youre lucky, youll get what you want, and at a good price. Stop by, if youre nearby.

I called stores all over the country before I finally called this JCrew and they had the shoe I wanted in stock! The associate who helped me (Sabrina) was awesome and extremely helpful. Give her a raise!

They have a decent selection thats better than other locations in the area but still nowhere close to what they have online. The employees are great. Prices have gone up a lot, but the quality is still pretty worthy if you buy stuff on sale. Tip: theres always a sale either going on or right around the corner.

I haven’t received my item yet . Been to store 2 times already, they are keep looking but couldn’t find it . One of the employee said she will give me call back once she receives it but never got call from anyone. My money has taken out from my card.

I come here for the cashmere. Their style otherwise isnt a good fit for me however I can observe that the quality of the items are high and good material.

This place... I dont even know. I had occasion to step foot into this hive of scum and villainy and I had no idea how much money these Ritchie Riches spent on their bland GOP duds. The workers with their secret service headsets look like idiots and seemed pretty self-important for mall workers. Long story short, boring clothes with big price tags.

Andre gave one of the best customer experiences I have ever had, buying a suit for my wedding. Excellent service.
