I have had major work done on my2003 Acura twice 2018-2019 byJays team. It wasnt cheap but waswell done, and they didnt keep car for long.As a woman who initially walked in alone, I could only hopethat this mechanic wouldnt try todeceive me and empty my wallet. So I took my car to Jay at J & M auto because I was referred to him. I had a ton of work to get done on my car... I’m talking Differentials, Upper & Lower rear control arms, axels so forth and so on. Basically he and his team fixed what needed to be fixed... to an extent. One of My control arms couldn’t be fixed cuz it can hold out for the time being... hopefully. My alignment couldn’t be done cuz that’s a whole other story. Overall, I’m pleased with how my car sounds and runs as it pertains to the things that needed to be fixed. Jay is cool and informative.

Great auto shop with great pricing for work. I have been going there for years, and I have not had any problem. Jay and his teams are pretty knowledgeable and listens and answers any questions you have. He treats your car as if it was his own.I have recommended a lot of my friends to him and they all said they received great service and they will go back.

Stopped by to have my car serviced. Walked in and was immediately confronted by some guy who told me he didn’t like how I’d parked my car and told me to leave. Literally shouted “OK, bye!” as I turned around. Unreal. Never said even hello, never asked me what I needed. Just immediately unfriendly and confrontational. Parking lot was full of old cars with little room to maneuver. Remarkably unprofessional.
