I went there to make a oil chang, after waiting for 2 hours someone finally came. He told me that I urgently need to fix a few parts and change some filters from my car because its not safe to drive home like this. With no choice I agreed to let them fix it. He told it will be about a few hundred dollars. I waited another hour he came back with an invoice of closed to $800.I called my local car mechanic. He told me the whole thing was Bs and can still drive another 30k miles like this, and the price I paid was very over paid. So be very careful with them.

Service here is hit or miss. In my last visit, the valet didnt know how to drive a manual transmission car and was doing a burnout out of the check in area. The female service advisor is unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad day.Before this, the service was very efficient. The service advisor (male) was quick, techs quickly finished the car, and I was out within an hour.Given my last experience, I wont be returning. Why spend money here and support this corporate dealership when the service advisor is unfriendly and they dont vet the people they hire to valet your car?
I leased a 2020 Honda pilot from them. there is a recall from Honda due to Software programming errors. for the first time since I leased the vehicle 3 months ago, I called Service to set up a recall appointment. Despite making 2 calls and a total of about 25 minutes elapsing no one picked up the call in the service department. I call the operator and she tried and no one picks up even though I am told that there are 2 ladies available to take calls in Service. She offered to take my name and ask them to call back. I declined as I had chatted online with Hailey and they took down my phone number and email ID for service to call back. This kind of service is unacceptable. Sales and Service goes hand in hand.Can someone explain why it takes 25 minutes in Service to pick up a customers call ?

I had a flat tire. Called seven times to see if they had my tire in stock and they never called. Then I had to call them back and after 5 hours they finally decided to call my warranty service. Bad experience
