I don’t usually write reviews, but I think this story deserves it! So after 15+ years I decided to leave Lincoln and buy a Jeep. I found the car I wanted and put a deposit on it. After turning in my current lease I found out the dealership I was dealing with had sold the car I had my deposit on. Now I had no car and was panicking. That is when I called Rockland Jeep and spoke with Oliver McIntyre. He had the car I wanted in stock and when I told him my story he was just as mad as I was. He was willing to do everything over the phone and even kept in touch with me several times on his day off to make sure everything would be ready for me to pick up the car that weekend. I had a good feeling about James H. when he first approached us on the lot, and I was correct! Prior to our trip to Rockland, we had been to 4 other dealerships without a single salesperson ever approaching us. James hasnt been there very long, but you would never guess by interacting with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The initial trucks that we were considering didnt make sense for us financially, so James walked the lot, front and back, to find something that did. He was honest, knowledgeable, and a genuinely good guy. We were there for hours, but he was so patient with us. Yes, he wanted to make a sale (as does any salesperson), but he actually cared about us and wanted to make sure we were satisfied and within our budget. He was never pushy or dishonest. I even overheard him on the phone with another potential customer, offering to come in on his day off, if it would better suit the customer. I used to work in the service industry for a long time, so customer service is VERY important to me, and James more than delivered. We were also helped with our final paperwork by Chris, and we have NEVER been able to purchase a car so quickly and smoothly. We werent aware the process could be so easy! The finance gentleman was great, the other employees were friendly, and even the guy who detailed our vehicle was awesome. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Absolutely amazing experience! I found the exact wrangler I wanted here and worked with Oliver who was amazing! I had to drive three hours to the lot so he arranged for the car to not be sold before I saw it. Then once I purchased he gave great guidance on next steps and helped the process go easily even when I was out of state. And lastly my insurance made a mistake and paid my state tax even though I already had with the dealership. They were very accommodating and sent me my check the next day!

I don’t usually write poor reviews because people make mistakes but this is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROCKLAND JEEP! MY WIFE AND I WENT IN TO PURCHASE A NEW GRAND CHEROKEE FROM, CRYSTAL. We put a $500 deposit on it to ensure that the vehicle wouldnt get sold before we were able to test drive it. After the test drive, we were interested in moving forward with the purchase. When negotiating the trade, HER MANAGER DECIDED TO LOW BALL OUR TRADE IN SIGNIFICANTLY. NOW I REMIND YOU WE ARE IN A NATIONAL CHIP SHORTAGE AND THE PRICE OF TRUSTED USED FAMILY VEHICLES ARE GETTING REASONABLE OFFERS NOW. Crystal wouldn’t even tell us the number because it was disappointingly low. We decided to walk because it was obvious we weren’t going to be able to make a deal happen. We asked for a refund on our deposit. 8 business days later and there is NOTHING back on our account. Crystal is passing the buck to “the woman who does refunds” and not providing contact information. If the refund process was started the first business day after the transaction was terminated, we should have something hitting our account. They are holding our money without any way of getting it back. We ended up driving an hour to another dealership that treated us with respect. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

I had a fantastic second experience at Rockland CDJR. I came in due to my lease running out and needing a new car. My mother and I met with Jermaine Simpson and he was excellent! There can be a negative connotation with cars salesmen, which perhaps may be accurate overall, but does not apply to Jermaine. He was honest, self-acknowledging, and personable. I was able to find a car I really love at a price that was agreed upon by all parties involved.The end product, my car and the money for it, was great. But the experience was made incredible by Jermaine. Some may say that the end product is most important, which could be true. But I felt respected, heard, and comfortable with Jermaine throughout a process that can be stressful. He never pressured us, stated his intentions clearly throughout our time there, and I left very satisfied. My family will continue to go to Rockland Chrysler because of Jermaine. Very disappointed with this dealership, I would not recommend to out of state buyers. I was interested in a vehicle that I was told was available. I gave the sales rep my information such as social, email, etc. I was told that a deal was being worked on and I should hear back soon. By mid afternoon I noticed the price of the vehicle had changed from $18,995 to 21,000!! On top of that I received not one phone call or text in regards to whether the car was sold, approval update, etc. I received nothing!!!!! How can you say the car is sold and change the price to an even higher price and tell me it’s not available, when it clearly is! I would not recommend to anyone. They blocked me once I found out what was going on. Horrible dealer!!!!! Stay away!!!

Leasing my Jeep was easy, no problems. Service for oil change is another matter, called to make an appointment and was told over the phone they do not accept oil change appointments.Drove down to the dealership, was advised it would be 3 hours. I dropped off my jeep, after the three hour time had elapsed I called the service department to see if my jeep was ready. I was told it would be another one and a half hours. After an hour and 15 minutes we just drove back to the service and was told my jeep was almost ready. In truth, I also had a vehicle inspection done, but almost five hours for an oil change is beyond the word, SLOW.No other complaints other than the time allowed for this, however, service department should consider to take appointments.

One star is way too generous for this organization. To start, the service manager “David” is obnoxious, does not listen and is of no help. Customer Service is horrendous and its a mission in itself to get someone on the phone. When I originally called, I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I wanted to make an appointment for an oil change, open recalls and that the 4 wheel drive was not working. She told me that I did not need an appointment for that, to just show up. My response to her was that I am pretty sure they will be able to do the oil change, but I will probably have to return for the other work. Well, that is exactly what happened and then I waited nearly a month to get an appointment. Now that I have dropped the vehicle off, it has been sitting for 3 days with the 4 wheel drive not repaired and they can give me no estimate of when it will be done. Surprise, surprise, there are no loaner cars available(seems to be a canned answer). Ive bought 3 cars from this organization, NEVER AGAIN! I do not recommend this dealership

After a test drive and crunching some numbers Oliver found me not only the exact brand new Wrangler I wanted he worked hard to make sure I didn’t spend more than I wanted. On pickup he made sure the car was meticulous and went through every detail of the vehicle so I could drive off the lot feeling comfortable in my new ride. We went to Rockland Jeep to look for a new Jeep for my boyfriend and I ended up falling in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude in sting grey so I traded my old Jeep in for this one. I went into this place because I was let down by Eastchester Chrysler jeep dealership. I was promised this truck at Eastchester for over a month and left me hanging. I really on good reviews and then took the chance without scheduling an appt and asked to see Oliver. He took me in with open arms. Oliver was so brutally honest that explained everything step by step and everything made sense and made me feel like it wasn’t about business. He spoke to me like I was family. He promised me to receive my Dodge Durango Gt 2021 within 2 weeks. He texted me every other day keeping me updated. 2 weeks later I received a call from him saying my truck just arrived. I couldn’t believe it due to my bad experience at Eastchester. I along with my family went to pick up my truck. My family couldn’t believe it LOL! I got Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo X 2021.It was a pleasure visiting Rockland Chrysler Dodge Ram center. Since it was my first loan, I came there with little hope of any chances to get a good deal. But Oliver changed my thoughts and my opinion about it. He did a great job from the beginning to the end. His dedication to the case was so impressive.Firstly, he researched our case in detail.Secondly, Oliver offered all possible and varied options.Thirdly, after estimating everything, he informed me about a plan for how they going to get the best deal for me.Finally, after negotiations with a couple of banks, they offered me the best deal I even hadn’t expected. Despite the fact that my credit history was ruined by another dealership who offered me 16-18% (applying to 20 banks at the same time) and worried about only selling the car with the high interest of their own bank, Rockland Chrysler Dodge Ram center gave a deal with 4.79% for the first car loan, what was significantly less than 16-18%. I think this is proof of how their staff works. I would like to thanks all staff of Rockland Chrysler Dodge Ram center for hardworking, especially Oliver and James (who also were a big part of our success). I took delivery of new Jeep yesterday from Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I live in Westchester County and even though there are numerous Chrysler Jeep dealerships near me I chose to go to this dealership because of their one of their salesmen, Oliver McIntyre. First let me say that the entire staff was extremely courteous and helpful From the minute I walked into the dealership right up to when I took delivery it was evident that customer care comes first. Now back to Oliver, we bought our first Jeep from Oliver when he was working at a different location. His knowledge and expertise made that purchase so easy and painless that we subsequently purchased and leased three more Jeeps with Oliver that year. So it was a no brainer that when I was ready to turn in my lease and pick up a new Jeep that I would go straight to Oliver. As always Oliver was cheerful and most helpful in the ordering process. The Jeep arrived at the dealership on a Tuesday afternoon and we scheduled the delivery for Thursday. The entire delivery process went extremely quickly due to Olivers attention to detail and the amazing customer service provided by the dealership. As long as Oliver is selling Jeeps he will remain my Go to guy! As an aside, my son will be taking delivery on his new Jeep this week and that will make a total of 6 Jeeps that Oliver Put us into. Made an appointment to see a car and the car wasnt even at the dealership on the day of the appointment. We live in CT and we were going to drive 2 hours to see the car and they didnt even have it at the dealership because one of the owners sons was driving it. The salesman yelled at me twice for asking questions. And the dealership wasnt even apologetic and they said What do you want us to do about it? and Look, theres nothing we can do. You just want to hear what you want to hear. multiple times. I would have liked to hear Were so sorry, lets see if we can do something for you since we made a mistake.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL.
