This was the third time in the past 10 years we had to have one of our cars fixed at Clarkstown International Collision. It’s never a pleasant situation but luckily with Clarkstown, you always get your car back in better condition than before. Same this time. From the moment Elias – our customer rep met us to explain the process and start the repair, you could tell they know their business. The office area, and the repair shop itself look very clean and organized despite all the vehicles being worked on. Elias was in constant contact with me providing updates and expected completion time. Always professional and courteous. In the end, my truck looks so nice I could not believe my eyes. The quality of their work is amazing. I honestly believe that it looks better than when it left the factory when new. I would recommend them to anybody. Went there for a quote on some paint damaged. The main guy Elias was very helpful and up front with me. I explained to him what I do on a daily basis with my work truck and was able to give me a few options on how to proceed. CIC did a great job repairing my car ( i think it looks better than when I got it, lol). I liked that i got text messages along the way so i always knew the status. The process was made easier by the fact that they work directly with Geico and were able to get them all the info they needed and i didnt have to be an intermediary. If you are ever in need of repair services, i highly recommend them.

Over the years, we have had the good fortune of having Clarkstown Collision take CARE of body work on each of our cars (we have had too many fender benders to speak of, lol). I emphasized CARE, because they handle both their customers and their repair work with CARE. Even though most of the costs were covered by insurance, their pricing was fair. Best of all, our cars come back looking better than new!

This is the first time I have used CIC and I could not have been more please. Jorge and his team really go above and beyond to ensure that everything is done right. I was notified of updates via text so I never had any question what was being done. My vehicle was even completed a day ahead of schedule. My car was cleaned inside and out before it was returned to me which was a nice surprise. The work was top notch and I can’t tell the car was ever in an accident. The cost was definitely comparable to other shops in the county. I would highly recommend.

The only place to get your car body work done! As clean as a hospital. Progress reports sent by text. Most importantly, my car which suffered major damage from hitting a dear, is now perfectly new.This shop is so good we drive 2 hours from our home to have all our body work done here.

I recently had the back end of my car repaired after an accident. They did such a beautiful job. Repainted and blended it beautifully and surprisingly went around the car and filled in any dings and repainted. Im very pleased with the work they did!

Clarkstown International Collision did superior work on my automobile today. They replaced a mirror and touched up some of my paint. Elias kept me updated on the service in a timely manner, and they completed the work ahead of time. I totally recommend this business if you need auto body work on your car.

They repaired all damage and then detailed my car also. It looks brand new!They deal with GEICO and also have Enterprise right there to rent a car and return it when my car was ready. Then they gave 100 dollar for being a return customer. Not proud about that, but a very nice thing to do.

Getting into an accident is never a peachy situation you are glad to get in to, but the employees here at Clarkstown really make you feel at ease. The whole process from dropping off my car in the night box, them writing me an estimate and the customer service was impeccable. You can tell even upon walking in a lot of effort goes into making the customer experience worthwhile. I was notified about everything that was going on in regards to my car every few days, and when it was time to pick up my car it was beautiful and clean! It was as if it just came from the dealer again! I highly recommend this shop for the efficiency and quality of work, but most importantly how well they treat you as the consumer.

From the time I arrived, Jorge made sure my car was taken car of. All the paperwork and formalities were taken car of immediatly. I dropped off my car and spent about 10 minutes total going over specifics with Jorge. They are extremely efficient and use technolgy to make the experience even better. During the repair process, they sent me text messages alerting me as to what stage in the process the car was in. I never had to call to check what was going on with my car. Obviously, the most import part of a body shop is the quality of the work. CIC did a great job. My car looked brand new as if I had the Audi factory do the work. Color matching was perfect and no signs of the car being recently painted. They are very accomodating and do their best to be the best in the business. Highly recommended.

The entire experience was excellent from the time the car was brought to their site to the point when the car was picked up.My car is a 2018 Lexus RX350. The skill level of workmanship was impeccable and top-notch. No doubt, it would readily passed the demanding and rigorous inspection standard of Lexus brand vehicle.From the office area, down to the shop floor (yes, I had a chance to visit the repair shop to retrieve something from my car) the entire place was immaculately clean and spotless. Everyone at the front desk was competent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The manager, Jorge was absolutely committed to the highest level of customer service and he offered assistance whenever he could. He explained the entire work process to me in detail; from the time-line as when to expect the insurance adjuster, the estimated value of the repair work, and most importantly, when to expect the repair job to be completed. I was consistently updated and informed throughout the process. Not the place to go if you had an accident. Clarkstown Collision refused to acknowledge electrical problems and computer issues, even after I showed it to them three times. I found out later this “one stop shop” won’t work on electrical or computer issues because the insurance companies don’t like to pay for these types of issues. In this day of computerized cars, how do you not look at or touch electric and computer issues after an accident? The fact is,they work for the insurance company not for you. When they were finally done ”fixing”my vehicle, I was told I would have to pay to tow it to a different shop and pay for the electric and computer diagnoses. I had to call my insurance company and argue this issue but I did not have to pay. And now I thank goodness I pressed the issue. If I didnt have actual technicians look at it I would have been stuck with a nightmare.When the second shop and the insurance company saw the work done by Clarkstown Collision, they not only found the computer and electrical system was harmed by the accident. They also found a lot of needed work was missed or had to be re-done. 1.) It didnt run or drive right due to transmission issues. 2.) Despite the state-of-the-art measuring machine, the uni-body (fame) was still bent, 3.) and worst of all, body parts were not right or not attached properly. After months of aggravation and after  Clarkstown Collision was paid, my vehicle ended up being totaled by the insurance company.

This team is great. They fixed my car quickly worked with my insurance and enterprise to handle everything. I just dropped off and picked up my car. If you have been in a significant accident stay away. Clarkstown Collision is not the “one stop shop” they make themselves out to be. They may look fancy and talk a good game but they don’t diagnose damage beyond body work or fix ANY damage properly. I don’t care how good you can make my vehicle look, if it isn’t going to run or work properly it’s not worth making it pretty. I wish someone would have warned me of this before I left my vehicle there. I would have brought it to real technicians to begin with. instead of after they wasted my time and my insurance companies money working on it.

Wow!! I had a major vehicle body works done and there was a small scratch on the front bumper which could have been covered with just a small spray of paint but it was left out just because. I didnt know what to think or say all this while but this keep up popping up. I spent a lot of money here until other places you spend 5 or more dollars to have a service. I still cant believe this. Nonetheless I understand this is business among others things etc. Also besides the receptionist at the front door, the people are not warm to say the least especially the people assessing the damage. Be Pleasant for a change.
