By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Just waited on the phone for over an hour at 7 p.m. they never answered so we drove there instead. Got there at 8:30 and the drive thru was packed! Went inside there were 9 people ahead of me. My wife needed her migraine medicine and after waiting 30 minutes in line the pharmacist says that she has the meds but it they didn’t have time to fill. They received the prescription 3 hours earlier and I told the pharmacist that and she says that they are 2 days behind and can’t fill it til then… people need their med! This isn’t the first time this pharmacy has been busy like this almost every time I go there there’s a massive wait in line. It’s not like this is the only pharmacy in town, there’s another Walgreens 2 miles away. I asked the pharmacist why they would be 2 days behind, and she said they were under staffed. I look back there and there were 4 other people working. I don’t understand why they would be so behind and if they are then close down for a day or let people know before they call and sit on hold for an hour or put a sign up saying they are 2 days behind on filling peoples meds so we don’t waste our time standing there. No wonder they are having trouble keeping employees there because whoever is running that pharmacy needs to be fired so they can get someone in there who understands people need their meds.

Walgreens is one of the best stores that Ive had to go fill up my prescriptions and to find the items that are the stores do not have I will continue to go to the store because of the cleanliness and the professional attitude here in this establishment thank you again I appreciate everything you do for us in here in Nampa

Went to get my vaccine, filled out everything online and got a appointment time, this pharmacy is the worst Ive ever seen. Rude, always, incompetent and its like they dont even care how bad they are.

I have to be honest the pharmacy in this Walgreen has the worse customer service!! They are not personable, the woman always seem to have attitude, or seem to be put out to do their jobs. I’ve used this pharmacy for many years, and it saddens me I have to switch pharmacies due to bad service.

Went into this walgreens and was waiting for a perscription, was with my disabled niece and had to use the restroom . Which was closed for cleaning. I asked how long the employee a woman from the mens room stated tje restrooms would be closed the rest of the night though the store closes at 10 pm 2 + hours away. Are you kidding me i said . The woman replied no . So i asked the manager who said yes you can use them once the floor is dry . People are you kidding me . When i asked why because i dont want to clean them again wow walgreens your customer care is truely trash ! Ill take my buisness else where

The first prescription I picked up here was a prenatal vitamin. I had requested one from my doctor that had folate in it, instead of folic acid. I did this for a specific reason, and have done my own research on it. When I asked the pharmacist if this had folate and not folic acid, he tried to tell me they’re the same thing. I said “yes but one is methylated and one is not” - his response was to roll his eyes and say that he’d go check. I ended up just taking folate all on its own to be sure I was getting it. Now, 90 days later, picking up more prenatal vitamins, which were called in for refill yesterday and I was told they’d be ready for pick up anytime the following day after 8 am. I show up around noon and the line is long. My kids are getting grouchy in the back by the time we get to the front and she tells me it’s not ready. Told me to pull around to the back of the line so she could help the people behind me. So I got to wait in another very long line, only to be given a 30 day supply, when the prescription I refilled was a 90 day supply 😑 so now I get to do this all over again in just a couple weeks!

The pharmacist Ryan is the rudest human being! He was not helpful when my child was having insurance coverage issues and made comments to me like This is not my first rodeo lady! I told him not to speak to me that way and that I would be reporting him. He then said what are you going to do to me? like he couldnt be touched and his job would be secure. What ever happened to customer service? Did I miss something? Shame on you Walgreens for employing such a nasty person! I also emailed the Walgreens corporate office. I wonder if they will even respond to my email complaint about him. Im not holding my breath...

It was a very long wait for a prescription. 1 person doing the drive up and inside the store. He was very nice. It was just 2 buisy.

Paul and Niel in the pharmacy, and Shantyl that assisted me were very patient and pleasant. I avoid making returns on purchases of any kind at all times out of personal preference to avoid awkward conversations, but became aware that I had a credit available to me after my purchase. These three problem solved together quickly and took care of me in an extremely professional and courteous manner.In the times of Covid, a little patience, a little diligence, and a little commitment to providing great service is so appreciated. Thanks guys!

Cashier made me feel really uncomfortable the whole transaction. Non stop questions and talking to my daughter.

This is the better location in Nampa for those that need to visit Walgreens.

Past 4 months Ive gone in to pick up my meds the pharmacy has told me my prescription was ready, both meds, then when I get there they say that they are out of stock for the epileptic medicine thats actually helping me with my seizures and I end up having to wait for it. Right now its week to and their still out of stock and Im continuing to have Grand Mal seizure episodes.

Always hurry up and wait. 7 cars in drive thru behind me and waited for 12 minutes for the car in front of me. Live close but I think I will go somewhere else as it takes less time and hassle. The register service is always slow. Some employees try real hard only to be knocked down by the others but I guess you always have new employees.

The only place I go for my prescription needs. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable employees. Great selection of other goods like vitamins, medicines, hair and body care as well as cosmetics and household goods. They even have staples like bread and milk!

I have used this pharmacy for years..In the last 3 weeks the service has gone downhill..they argue about filling my daughters meds...very rude..looking for new pharmacy

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. Will be switching pharmacies. Waited over 3 months for a refund, to find out none of the employees ever submitted it to corporate. Called back every two weeks to check and got told they have no way of tracking what was submitted to corporate, and I needed to wait. Just got off the phone with corporate 3 months later and was told nothing was ever submitted. So had to go through whole process again. When I called pharmacy to make a complain, asked to speak with manager Neil, and was told sorry and hung up. Will never fill any of my medications there again.

I recently had to purchase a prescription and we went to this Walgreens and I am sure glad we did. The Pharmacy Staff was fantastic. They helped me get a discount on my medicine and answered all my questions. Very good crew here!

I had driven from Boise as a last resort & bought a box of insulin syringes from the pharmacy only to get home & realize 10 of them are missing. Any other walgreens Ive been to, they count to ensure theyre all there prior to giving them to the patient. When I called to see what could be done the Pharmacist (not the tech) seemed annoyed, & although he offered to let me come pick them up, he didnt seem sympathetic or understanding at all that I could not drive from Boise for them to correct their mistake at 4am & would have to drive there to get the rest of what I already paid for during normal business hours. He basically said Im SOL unless I went right then because the next pharmacist may not give it to me. Im sure he couldve left a note for the next one on shift explaining the situation which couldve also been a training opportunity, but instead he didnt care about it when I had already driven 30 miles out of my way to that pharmacy once & would prefer to pick them up when its not 4am. He seemed agitated, careless & as if he hates the fact that he works graveyard..... However, the pharmacy Tech (although she shouldve counted to ensure they were there before selling them, but Im sure they do as theyre trained to, or lack there of..) was very sweet & pleasant. The reviews for this Walgreens are really sad lol. For a 24 hour Walgreens, which we need more of, I hope they find a way to make this store up to par with the other Walgreens locations. I also dont see the need to require a key for the bathroom....Ive never been to a Walgreens that requires that & its rather unnecessary & seems a little ghetto? Im sure theres a better word for it but yeah. Get it together.

Dont trust same day pick up from their photo department. The promised time on my confirmation email came and went and I never got an email saying it was ready for pick up. I called the store only to find out they were out of photo book paper and it wouldnt be done tonight....they made no effort to do anything about it.

I can usually find what Im looking for (if not more!!!) every time I go here. The only reason I wouldnt give it five stars is that the pharmacy line is always backed up at lunch, and that is annoying for sure, but otherwise the store is clean, laid out nicely and Im always asked if I need help when it looks like I need it. I recommend going here for just about anything you may need, and this location is open 24 hours, very convenient!

Ive never visited such an unqualified pharmacy that has no clue about what the medicine prescription is for, that after waiting one hour for it to be prepared while initially being told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Oh, and this is no fancy diagnosis, its for an UTI for crying out loud. Dont waste your time coming here.

Horrible pharmacy. Rude, inconsiderate and they will give you the run around. The pharmacists are very pompous and they will not work with you or your schedule to pick up medications. I would suggest everyone go somewhere else. The pharmacy on 12th and 7th is the worst of them.

Poor customer service. Went to get passport pictures done. Was told wed have to wait 10 minutes. We waited 30 and then she said shed call us when it was done. That was 5 hours ago. Still no call. Also why do I have to ask permission to get the bathroom unlocked?? Not in kindergarten!! Anyways I wont be going there again and I dont recommend it to anyone else.

I feel with the Pauls down the road closing they are overwhelmed with pharmacy customers. The wait is always long and half the time they are OUT of the Rx my daughter needs. All that being said, the Albertsons across the street is much worse. Was at a three star now at a one. This place is a joke. Its only gotten worse in the last few months.

They are always friendly and help in a timely manor I like the way I can get my pictures right away.

Was treated incredibly rudely was first told 20 minutes, 30 minutes later was told just fifteen more minutes Ive been here for an hour now STILL waiting will never return for meds or anything else.

Worst manners, or I should say lack of manners, by Pharmacist! She is not nice in any way, doesnt even look at a person waiting to speak to her. I just switched all of meds over bc theres no Rite Aid in Nampa. They are the rudest bunch of pharmacy techs and the pharmacist thinks shes something very amazing or something bc she wont help me or anyone waiting. I had questions about a new $1400 med and she wouldnt take a second to answer some critical questions I had. I called rite aid and asked the pharmacist and got my questions answered. If I hadnt of asked Rite Aid, Walgreens pharmacist was willing to let me take the meds wrong and possibly die! Im taking my business to Rite Aid again! I dont care that Ill have to drive 30 mins to and 30 mins back rather than drive 1 mile and be treated like garbage! Oh, and all they do is joke around and laugh while theres people standing in line waiting! Im over it....Walgreens at 700 12th Ave in Nampa is a joke and waste of my precious time and money! Rite Aid in Boise on 5005 Overland is amazing with helping their pharmacy customers!! Buh bye Walgreens pharmacist and staff, you suck! Btw, my monthly cost of meds are in the $3,000 per/mo range. Youd think theyd want my business! Guess not....

I think Walgreens pharmacy is the worst, I live west if Caldwell my 2 to old grandson has a prescription sitting at Walgreens 12th are. & 7th. St in nampa my daughter asked me if I could pay for the prescription I call Walgreens pharmacy they say no cant pay over the phone with a card so I ask can I go to Walgreens in Caldwell to pay it there said no pharmacy closed at 9 pm what a joke isnt Walgreens its own company not a franchise I know I can go to any Walmart & do that even do it over the phone. Guess we will start having Walmart fill prescription from now on 👎👎👎

The worst place ever to get your meds. Sat in drive through for over an hour, watched people inside that were getting their meds that were there for 2 min. Prescription was called in and still took forever. Better off to suffer in agonizing pain than wait for them to fill prescription.

THIS IS THE WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY EVER.Everyone is clearly incompetent. They tell you that they will send you a text notification when your meds are ready but they either take HOURS to fill the simplest of prescriptions or they tell you that your meds are ready but they really arent. So when you are waiting for them they make you take a lap around...or in my case THREE.THEY TEXTED ME 2 HOURS AGO saying my childs meds were ready and when i come to pick them up, they tell ne they arent and to take a lap because theres a long line behind me.... there was one car. The second time I had to take a lap there was a car in front of me and the third time there were 3.Im never getting my meds sent here ever again. GROSS INCOMPETENCE.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Nasty little blonde pharmacy wanna-be declined my meds after waiting all day trying to say its a duplicate. Told me I needed to wait 2 weeks when it said fill on 15th. luckly I pulled my order and had no problem filling it somewhere else. She even had a smart ass smirk on her face as she walked by me to leave. Hope she finds out she didnt succeed in ruining my weekend. Will never do business there again and I advise people do the same. Plenty of cheaper way more qualified pharmacist anywhere else. They even shreded one of my perscriptions when they have no right to!

First time there they messed up my meds second time there they forgot to transfer them after multiple requests . Third time there again missing meds. Need to go again maybe if I give another persons name maybe I might get the right meds. Come on pharmacy get it together geeze

Night staff is always rude! 20-30 mins means 1hr+ EVERY time. Male pharmacist on night shift treats customers as a burden. Even with insurance I pay 2-4 times more for scripts. It would be a different story is the service matched the increased costs...

We have been waiting for 3 hours for our prescription. Last time we were told it was done at about 2 hours and went to the store and they said it actually wasnt done. This is just unacceptable. Im sad to say but this is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used.

Currently sitting in the drive thru pharmacy oh for 25 minutes now! They are the slowest worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. I absolutely hate this place and don’t plan on filling anymore prescriptions here.

I have had so many problems with this Pharmacy.. they only have one lane open and sometimes youre sitting in your car for 45 minutes. They have screwed up my prescription 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I take several medications that keep me alive.
