The team there was great - called them to get my trailer winterized but had some time constraints. They worked me in, got it done in a couple of hours and it was ready to go! On top of that, the include de-winterizing in the price so you take it back to have them get it ready for summer fun. Will definitely use them again for work on my trailer.

What a great overall experience! Called on a Tuesday, dropped off my trailer on Wednesday afternoon, and although I didn’t need it back in a hurry, they had diagnosed our issues, inspected and then resealed our roof, and inspected our slide and repaired our door hinge in time for me to pick it up on a Friday!!! On top of that, I was beyond impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and the constant communication with me throughout the process to make sure they had my approval for any repairs recommended. If I want to rent an RV, this is where I go without fail. You cant find more trustworthy people, plus theyre helpful and kind to boot. It seems they can fix anything, and they want you to have a great getaway as much as you do.

Hank provided over and above service. We had a bad propane leak. I called every RV repair within 50 miles. Hank took our problem seriously and worked us in same day. Price for fix was fair, they only charged for time on the job, no padding. The parts dept had everything we needed to fix some minor cabinet latching problems and I noticed they carry most everything an RVer would need. Thank you Hank for getting us back on the road.

We took our RV in to have some steps installed. Due to a misprint on the phamplet ( from a different RV dealer) our measurements were not correct and the wrong steps ordered. Hank worked with the manufacturer to discover THEIR mistake and got the right size ordered. Hank was able to get us right back in and kept me updated on the progress. He was amazing to work with for the entire process. He even washed Marge (our RV) for free. 🤯 this place was great to work with..

I highly recommend this place for motor home rentals. We were very excited about our first trip in a Motor home. Chris answered a lot of our questions at all times of the day and night. He promptly answered our questions and was super patient. The only problem with our motor home was a wobbly dining table and our water pump quit working the last day we were in cascade. Overall It was a great trip I would rent from this company again. For the inconvenience they didn’t charge us our gas and we used and dumped the black water free of charge. I was very impressed on how easy it was to speak with everyone from this company and how understanding Chris was, love love love them!

We took our new Trailer there after our first trip out camping in the Sawtooth Forest of Idaho...it was really dirty! They washed and cleaned the inside and did a dump for us...pricey but worth every penny! Shelby, the manager was there when we picked up our rig, he saw that our hitch was out of adjustment and took time to show us how to drop the trailer with the sway system. He was so very kind to us, we are OLD..LOL..and he helped us with every step! I am so please to have met Shelby the Mgr. at Rent for Fun in Nampa!! Rented the 24 enclosed trailer to transport a 1969 Camaro from Pennsylvania back to Nampa and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Sara was very easy to work with and Shelby was extremely helpful and detail oriented. AAA+ experience!

While traveling on a family road trip through ID, our RV had electrical issues. We found Rent For Fun RV online and called them to see if they could look at our RV as soon as possible. We did not want to delay our trip. James answered the call and was more than happy to get us right in, he even meet us in the entrance with immediate assistance. The receptionist was very nice too. After a short time, we had good news and the issue was found. We actually had a receptacle wired backwards and it had flipped our generator circuit breaker. We were back on the road in no time. James found the issue that two other dealerships did not. This was our third microwave. It was wired wrong from Forest River. Thank you James for working us in on short notice and for actually caring enough to research it further and giving us a follow up call after we left.

This was my first time renting a camper, and the experience I had here was great. I had some questions during the rental and I was able to call and get them answered immediately. The staff was great, very polite and professional. When I picked up the trailer, Chris was very thorough and explained everything and answered all my questions. The camp trailer was in great condition, very clean and well maintained. They have a wide variety of trailers and motor homes to choose from so I plan on checking out another one the next time I rent from them, which will be sooner than later. After calling several RV repair facilities in the Nampa area and being told we have no appointments available until after the first of the year, RentForFun RV squeezed us in the same day. They worked with our manufacturer for warranty approval. Our rig was completed in several hours. Being from out of town with a time line they alleviated a lot of stress. We highly recommend RentForFun.

We are very impressed with my experience having our Allegro Red motorhome repaired and checked-over. The Trans Communication Failure dashboard light came on. We took it to the Freightliner dealer and they said it was caused from the chassis batteries being too low from being in winter storage, though the batteries tested out okay and that hey were fully charged. We next took it to the local Allison transmission service center and they said that a transmission computer relay had to be replaced and it cost $600 plus labor, so I decided to get a third opinion. I next took it to Rent For Fun RV and asked them to check it out. They thoroughly diagnosed that an $ 8 electric relay was faulting and that the ignition switch was faulty. They replaced both items and thoroughly fixed it, it works great and I could not be happier. I had some other repairs and servicing done and everything was done efficiently, at a reasonable price and on-schedule. I also like the quality of the entire staff and their work ethic.

We have rented for a few years running with RentForFun and wouldnt go anywhere else. The service is amazing and you get exactly what you are expecting with the RV. Sara has been excellent with her communication and information, and has always been so helpful every single step of the way. The people who have delivered the RV to us have taken their time to make sure we understand the vehicle and process and have been available for help while we were using the RV. We were quite satisfied with Rent for Fun. We rented an RV for 4 days. The unit was clean and things worked fine. Our only regret is that we rented a small RV (the Leprechaun). It was not beg enough for the us two adults. Next time well know to rent a larger model. The staff has been courteous and friendly. We would do business with them again.

I have honestly never had such a positive customer experience before I went to this place! I came across it when I was searching for a place to check out my camper I just purchased (I called over 10 places total all over the valley) and what attracted me was how much more AFFORDABLE it was than other places. When I went in each and every staff member was welcoming and kind, and not just because its their job--I could tell its just because its a company built by amazing people. Each interaction I had with this place throughout the week or so it took for my camper to get fix I just was more and more impressed each time. They are HONEST and REALISTIC about the the time and money itll take to complete something. They didnt promise me anything that was unattainable, they didnt set any false expectations. They explained to me everything that was wrong and fixed it up. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and are even willing to explain in good detail how to work something. Chris took the time to go through my camper and educate me on how to work everything. He also went above and beyond when we realized my jack wasnt working, so he got a new one and installed it even though they were closing soon. I got a lot fixed on my camper AND they installed my solar panels and accessories and didnt break my bank so to speak. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with I would probably even come back just to hangout, thats how great they were. Anyways, i will definitely be back for all my camper repair needs. I live pretty far from this place but it is worth the drive! In case it wasnt obvious, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Dealt with kind and first class service. Week spent in coachman 19 ft. was very enjoyable. It was a breeze to drive and park.Everything we needed was on board. Our service was thorough from the run thru to the financial paperwork. Yes we would rent again.Only thing we would add would be a little more padding on hard beds.

We were blown away at the service we received. We were on a hunting trip about 2 hours away when our heater quit. We showed up and everyone jumped right on it and had it fixed plus other repairs we did not even know we needed and had us back a camp before sundown. Rent for Fun is a fantastic Motorhome rental company, we used them for filming in Idaho recently and they were absolutely fantastic. On July 4th Weekend my Diesel Motor Home broke down and I need another RV quickly and Sara at Rent For Fun RV came to my rescue. She assisted me in calling my insurance and getting the binder. They held some property that I could not take until my return. The RV was clean, cool and ready for me to load my effects in upon my arrival. They let me park my disabled coach in their lot until my return.I could not have asked for more. They helped make a bad situation good again. Give them a chance, I think you will be impressed.

Our experience was fantastic! We rented a travel trailer for four days in October of 2019 and everything went perfect. No surprises...just the way you want it. These people are very easy to work with and they will even deliver, setup, and pick up when you are finished. We picked our unit up in Nampa and drove into Oregon for several days of camping and fishing. Since our plan was to continue to Central Oregon when we were done camping, we to have the trailer picked up. It was well worth the extra $100 to get on our way and not have to drive all the way back east into Nampa. We saved several hours and again, no surprises!

RentForFun RV Repair department exceeded our expectations when we were hit with unexpected issues on our new camp trailer after only taking it out 1 time!!! James in the service department kept in touch and never seemed bothered even though I called him several times! Even though the issues were worse than expected they still met the deadline returning us our trailer fixed to be able to make our next scheduled camping trip! I had an issue with my propane system. Chris had me up and running in no time with a quick fix done right in the parking lot. Its so nice to find somewhere that can fix an RV right the first time!

Great customer support! These guys quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem I was having with my 2019 PrimeTime trailer. Offered a fair rate to fix it onsite in Garden Valley but first suggested some phone troubleshooting which led to me getting the part directly from the manufacturer. Bottom line: They invested their time and expertise when they werent going to make any money on it. HIGHLY recommend them!

Just got back from a great weekend. Trailer was great. The staff when picking up the trailer was the best. This was my first time pulling a trailer of this size. He covered everything in detail including how my trailer breaks worked and how to adjust them. Made for a great experance with the very helpfull staff.

We rented an RV from here during the Mustang Mania event in Nampa over the 4th of July. We enjoyed our experience in the RV immensely. The trailer was plenty big enough and in like new condition. The A/C could have froze us out if we needed it too and the fridge kept all our necessary libations very cold. We received a free upgrade on the trailer due to an over demand for our particular unit which was a nice welcome as well. We had the RV setup the day before our arrival and RentForFun picked it up the morning we left and there were no surprise charges after we turned in the unit. We were first time RVers. Never pulled a trailer, drove an RV, or even stayed in an RV. Sara, Sydney, and Johnny made us feel informed and excited. They helped us pick out the right unit for us. They gave us a tutorial and a number to call in case of issue. The units were all very well cared for and ours performed perfectly over 7 days. I was of course google smart, so we knew the prices of all the local rental agencies and this one was the best when you wrapped in all the various charges. Maybe all rentals places are this good, but well probably never know because this one has locked us in. Planning our second trip now.

We recently completed our 8th trip using a RFF motor coach. We have used 6 different RVs for our various escapades. We appreciate being able to pick the unit that suits our needs for any particular outing or trip. RFF units have always been clean, well maintained, and reliable. When we have a question or a problem with our unit, RFF staff are always just a phone call away to answer, fix, or arrange a repair. RFF staff are always friendly and helpful, whether booking, operating, or returning an RV.

Weve been renting motorhomes from Rent For Fun over the last 4 years. We live in London, UK, and have used them to tour national parks around the West. Weve been receiving great service from RFF -- the motorhomes are like-new and well maintained, and the staff are extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating given were from overseas. When we had a technical problem with one rental, RFF was available by mobile over the weekend to talk us through the fix while we were out on the road. We are loyal repeat customers!

Jewel, Chris, and all the staff were amazing! They went above and beyond for us and made our trip so easy and incredible. They helped us out so much with so many things! From accepting a ton of packages...to really walking us through the whole RV and operations.Nicest people and best customer service ever. I love having a quality company locally to give lots of RV options. The owners are great and have helped in many ways. They have a large selection and we took the 29 ACE unit (the less expensive unit of the two they have available). It was large enough to fit everyone very comfortably but wasnt too large that it was a pain to drive. It gave us enought room to sleep my wife and I and my 4 kids. 2 used the queen bed over the driver and passenger seats, my wife and I used the queen in the back of the coach and the other 2 kids used the couch bed. We didnt even have to use the dinette bed. It was faster to convert the couch so we used that instead. The kids love using the queen above the driver seat even during the day, they love climbing up and down, we finally had to put a stop to it when they turned it into a obstacle course. My wife and I loved the way we could close the door to the back room and have our 2 year old sleep on the bed for nap time and have some quiet. Loved the shower and toilet layout where you can close another door to have privacy. The satellite system was awesome! We could watch tons of channels anytime we wanted with the TV in the main area and in the master bed room. We had to boot the kids out doors sometimes because they had so much to do inside. We took the ACE out for a week and created some great memories. We plan on doing it again this summer. This company really makes it easy and affordable to RV! I would recommend them to anyone!!

100% satisfied with my service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they went the extra mile on repairing my trailer and followed through with what they said they were going to do, i will definitely use them for all my trailer repair needs.
