We walked in and employees stood there and starred at us. I said HELLO how are you? One on left rolled his eyes, I rolled back. Guy on left asked, what can I get for you? Should have left, but tried anyway. Cookies were ok, definitely not hot. Wont be back. Definitely would not recommend this place.
The hype behind insomnia is definitely supported by their cookies. They are the best cookies that Ive had and if you get a sandwich it will last you quite some time. Theyre expensive but you definitely get your moneys worth out of it

Definitely some of the best chocolate chip cookies weve ever had! Theres just something about getting warm and fresh baked cookies! 10/10 would recommend!
Really disappointed in Insomia. Placed order around 12p and online it stated “ASAP” was available as well as every hour thereafter up til midnight. So I figured cookies would be delivered within an hour or so. After 2 hours passed my daughter called asking where the cookies were. She then called insomnia and was told “we don’t have drivers” and they were waiting on a third party. They went on to say we are not sure when we can deliver the cookies. So here is my issue, why offer these time slots online if you don’t have drivers and no time table to have drivers??..so she proceeded to go pick up the cookies. Hoping I can get my tip and delivery fee refunded immediately.
I ordered cookies and they just never came, and then I called, and their phone number told me to send an email???What kind of customer service number tells you to email???This actually happened twice, eventually I got my money back for my orders but it was really frustrating ! I see they’ve changed their hours now too, those hours do not live up to the name “insomnia”.Overall really poor quality location!

I was very disappointed in my FIRST experience here at Insomnia on Friday, 05/14/2021. My husband and I walked in, employee stood there and just stared, didnt even acknowledge us as customers. We looked at menu, I even told the guy it was our first time, he didnt say a word. He didnt offer to help or ask us anything, just awkward silence so we left. Didnt order a thing. Probably wont be back.
Great cookies and ice cream. Its a bit pricey but open very late.

I was in town and decided this place looked amazing. As soon as I walked in I was told I had to put on a mask. It was not posted when I entered. I refused to put on a mask and asked if they would rather me walk out. They said no but insisted I put one on to be served. I left. Within moments a young lady, much younger and cuter than I walked I without a mask. She stood inside talking to the other people without her mask for some time. Then she proceeded to put a mask on to walk behind the counter. If the employees are allowed to be around my food without a mask on the same side of the counter I was on then why would they refuse me service?? Will not return.

Tried to order cookies for my daughter who lives in dorm, even called the corporate office, who couldn’t figure out why website accepts address and even generates address for you but when you order, it says invalid address. Never had so much trouble trying to order online. And NO I don’t wanna call every time I want to order. They don’t answer phone anyways it goes to a answering service
These cookies beat out Tiffs Treats in my opinion. Every time I come home to visit my parents I must stop at least once during my stay. I just really wish they would keep the red velvet & strawberry shortcake cookie full time.
Good little place. Cookies and brownies are very good and fresh. Regular size cookie sandwich is very good size and they even make a deluxe version.

We placed an in-store delivery order for a birthday cookie for my ausitic son to celebrate his 11th birthday. The order was placed and paid for well in advance. I called to confirm the delivery time, date and location only to find out that the stores cant make this arrangement. Stores can only sell the cookies, not schedule a delivery to you. After speaking with customer service they arranged for a Saturday at 11:00am in-store pick up. I showed up today only to find the store is closed. Nobody called me, emailed me or made an attempt to reach out to me about this.This lack of communication between the bakery and the customer is HORRIBLE! First I am told it would be delivered (by the bakery) only to find out this is NOT TRUE. Then my purchase was not ready by the agreed pick up date/time because the store is closed!If someone would have called or emailed me that would have been ok. BUT, NOBODY DID! I ARRIVED TO PICK THIS UP FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY AND WALKED AWAY EMPTY HANDED!!The local bakery told me to call customer service for a refund and then customer service told me they dont handle it since it was an in-store purchase. This is truly a nightmare experience!
Cookies were OK, but the staff are either poorly trained or under motivated. They failed to acknowledge us (even though no one else was in the store). When we left, we said, Thank you. They just said, uhhh huh and never looked up.

Cookies were good but a bit pricey .. I guess though since they stay open so late and if barely within the area they deliver it would be worth paying the extra on the middle of the night if u all of an sudden hot the munchies and you wouldnt even have to leave the house.
