Walgreens, what are you doing? I realize that your busy, but your customers need to be the priority. This is another example of why me, and my Family, will not fill any meds there any more. My doctor sent a prescription accidently to yall, and not to our new pharmacy, who has been excellent. I was told to call yall and have it transferred to the new pharmacy. So, I called yall and the lady in the pharmacy at Walgreens on North street in Nacogdoches told me that she would take care of it. This was days ago. Today, the new pharmacy still hasnt heard a thing about it from yall. Why not? Come on Walgreens.

Attempted to return an item unopened after 30 days as it was evident it had either been chewed on by a rat or damaged in shipping. Three employees were extremely rude not offering any help and apparently no manager. One employee claimed the rats must be from my home.This is not the first issue I’ve had with Walgreens and I normally stay away from them but CVS and Walmart did not have what I needed.Stay away far away from this Walgreens. Anything Walmart, Kroger, CVS are 10X better especially when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Walgreens is an excellent pharmacy, and a decent general store. Though for non-pharmacy products one could likely save a bit more by shopping at other more general stores like Kroger, or Wal-Mart.

This review is for the Pharmacy. Theres a lady by the name Telesa ( not sure if spelled correctly) that has been rude and unprofessional many times. Today was the day I finally had it and she still wanted to argue with me even when her co-workers were pushing her back. I hope she gets customer service training or she just needs to be kept in the back where she doesnt deal with customers. I did speak to the store manager thats also over the pharmacy and she said this was going to get addressed. I hope so because unfortunately this is the pharmacy our insurance required us to use if not I would of gone somewhere else.

2 stars is for a clean store even the restroom. Epic Fail on staff trying to hide their racism. They have a few tokens in there but we all know most Black Americans love Walgreens. If I didnt have prescriptions there, I would not frequent Walgreens. Removing my prescriptions soon. Dont shop there.

I called in with a standard question about a missed medication. Mindy P. refused to give me any information. I called back later hoping anyone else would answer. I recognized Mindys voice. I explained I was calling from work and needed info about a med. She just hung up on me

At least 3 of the pharmacists I saw had their mask pulled down past their nose. Completely inappropriate, especially for a pharmacist

Wonderful place to come anytime. Nice store. Kind helpful staff. You can get your photos developed while you shop. Small grocery section for quick stops. Beauty section, as seen on Tv section. Toys. Medical supplies. Seasonal, magazines. A small selection of small appliances.Saw this really handy barbecue caddy. That would be great at work when we have our monthly food gathers.

So many bad experiences with this location. Pharmacy, photos, you name it they are subpar. I’ve had way too many issues with prescriptions not being filled even though I receive a notification they are ready. Same goes for the photo department, I made 3 trips to get 1 order because they kept telling me it was ready when it wasn’t. Poor management all around.

-10 for you guys... worse customer service...The staff is super lazy and slow.The manager instead of talk about his personal life with the employees should open a register so the line can flow..!!Super disappointed....They need more training or new staff ...!!!Whats up with the photo Deparment no register open I need it to wait 20 minutes for pics that are already paid for so they can scan them...What a waist of my time......!!!🤦🏻‍♀️

Well my daughter had some eye drops prescribed by her doctor and it took them 2 days to get it filled. Then while waiting 30 minutes in drive thru they were still rude. I will be changing pharmacies.

Very rude staff, unbelievably rude. Throwing our things on the counter and throwing our money on the counter. Horrible attitude. Wont be coming back

Worst place to get prescriptions filled!!! Everytime the line is a mile long!!! If you wait a whole day before picking up prescriptions they still dont have it ready!!! Lesson learned!!! Never again!!!

John in the pharmacy was rude and unhelpful with our request. Please train John on proper customer service.
