Had booster shot there. Staff very nice but very busy. I waited about 40 minutes for the shot. But Natalie was so nice and did a great job. The shot was painless. But my sister said someone there had a big attitude with her when she walked in for a booster. Perhaps they are understaffed and too stretched. With all of the negative reviews here, I hope the mgr reads them and works on things since we are their salary.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My son in and I went in on the weekend to get our second covid shot because they were the only place that still had Pfizer in stock. They have signs posted all over the store and door saying no appointment needed but when we got there we were immediately met with an attitude and where told we had to make an appointment. I pulled my phone to make an appointment and was told they full for the day. We stood there for 20 minutes for nothing. Came back on a different day to get a prescription filled and there was no one there so I asked about the shot and was told they not doing those until which like 10 minutes from when I asked if that long. Then she told me they couldnt fill the prescription. The attitude that the people in this pharmacy have is mind blowing. Its like CVS took all the employees that did not want to deal with people and put them all in their pharmacy. They dont even greet you in a courteous manner. Customer relations training is definitely needed. I can understand being overwhelmed or having a hard but how are this ignorant as soon as you open. I will not be back in CVS for anything EVER again!

Terrible and so unorganized! I called ahead of time to get vaccinated and they said to come on now. I showed up and they said it will be 3 hours before they can see me.

Dont in CVS, this one anyways, and take too long looking around because you will be accused of stealing! Then when you comply and allow my purse to be looked through she begins taking anything that was new and assumed was stolen. She took things I bought from other stores and a product that isnt even sold at CVS! I was so ready to leave there I didnt realize what all she took. She took 5 lips sticks/gloss and eyeshadow. These were things purchased at other stores at other times. I will not ever go back, oh wait, on top of the lady taking my stuff, Im not allowed in CVS in Nac or Lufkin now. This is very hurtful. A person shouldnt be afraid to look around and shop! Merry Christmas to you anyways CVS.

My rating is ZERO Stars, but Google wont do that. Whatever you do, dont use CVS for prescriptions. We had a prescription from our Doctor called in to our CVS in Nacogdoches, Texas. We got a text that prescription was ready and asking did we want to pay. We paid with CC online. Went to pharmacy and they had never gotten any prescription. Had to have the Doctor call it in again. Then went to pick it up and they had no record of the CC charge. We brought them proof of the CC charge but they still would not honor. Had to pay again at the store. Went to cancel the first CC charge and had to have our CC re-issued to get the charge cancelled. Store and pharmacy was completely clueless, asked us to make calls to corporate, etc. We told them that we wont going to fix their problem for them. Wow!

Parked here for 3years and now these people have my vehicle towed. Screw this business! Wish this place never make another cent. Walgreen is better anyway

Store manager and all sales associates are very friendly and over accommodating to needs. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. Very refreshing.

Got my debit card info stolen here. That was not very cash money of you guys. I needed that money to pay for my crippling debt to the university down the street. I wanted to believe that I could purchase some eyelashes and eyelash glue here without getting a $100 charge to Olive Garden at 11pm, but I guess I was wrong. The lashes were nice though, lots of compliments.

I always try to avoid Walmart trips at all costs and CVS is my go-to place. The lines are quick and the items are always in stock. Can’t complain about that!

This CVS is wonderful! Wonderful staff, always helpful and very attentive! One of my favorite things is the atm which is conveniently located right by the registers! 😁😁

My wife and I have gotten our prescriptions filled at this CVS locations for years and they used to be a great place to do that. About a month ago, I witnessed one of the employees getting very rude with a customer. I was shocked, but assumed the guy did something to warrant it. Today, the same person got rude with me for no reason at all. I then asked for my prescription back and went across the street to another pharmacy. This pharmacy needs to learn that there are other places in town that will give service with a smile and friendly attitude if they wont.

This place treats me like family. I walk into the store and there is always a smile on the person’s face. So refreshing!

This pharmacy is always out of my medication. Its a nightmare trying to make sure that Im not going to end up in a situation where I go into withdrawal AND start experiencing symptoms. If you can avoid this pharmacy, do so for your own benefit. Staff not properly ordering common medications is a disrespect to your patients CVS.

Store is clean,shelves r stocked, friendly helpful cashiers . Sales r pretty good too&never have to wait long in line at all to checkout. Love shopping here

Pharmacy: hit or miss. A lot of the time the staff can be very short tempered. Had to switch because they stopped carrying my medication.Convenience store: great! The management is always extremely friendly and goes out of their way to help out whenever necessary.

My favorite person there is amazing. She always knows everything I need, friendly, and so sweet. I can always count on them to have my RX. There is some white lady who answers the phone all the time and she is so rude. I avoid her.

Pleasant place to shop and easy to get in and out of. They only have two checkers, but they work quickly and are very friendly.

The people here are so nice and willing to go out of their way to help you. I love my CVS!

If it were possible to give less then 1 star I would certainly give them a quarter star for lack of service. I literally stayed on hold for three days then when I drove to the pharmacy my prescription was expired. The completely lack of knowledge and customer service is astounding.

The pharmacy is terrible. The staff is nice but im switching my things over. The wait is always crazy and they sometimes only have two people working. Not worth my time. Each time it is about 30 minute wait.

By far the WORST CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff is far from helpful and nothing is ever on time. When I asked to speak to a manager they just put a different staff member on. If you are able, do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. No manners or regard for customers needing their medication. Save yourself the hassle. The other reviews seem to have similar issues, you would think they would correct these issues- but to no avail.

This is THE worst pharmacy I have EVER used in my life. There is one nice younger white guy in there but everyone else is super rude and treat people like garbage. Need to call ahead and check on your script? Dont even bother. They will have you waiting on hold for an hour every time. I honestly do not know how the CEO of CVS has ignored all of these customer complaints on the same people and they still have jobs...

CVS in Nacogdoches. Great place. Not fond of the pharmacy here. Long wait. Not always accurate. I love the staff at Hendersons Cvs. But this one is closer to work.I do enjoy shopping here. Very clean. Very helpful staff..

Two weeks ago (Feb. 2017), I went about 7 pm to get a prescription filled after going to Urgent Doc. I was told they were too busy to fill my Rx and to come back tomorrow. I went instead to Walgreens and it was filled in 15 min. I have been a customer at CVS for decades. I was shocked to be told they were too busy to help me.Now, a few weeks later, I have been trying for 3 days to get a simple RX filled. There has been back and forth with my doctor and my medicare advantage plan. I was texted to come get my prescription, but then was told it was not ready. I called back about 5 today and asked if they had worked it out. I was put on hold for nearly an hour, and finally the pharmacy manager, Martin, rudely told me he was busy helping customers and did not have time to help me. I politely said that I had been on hold a long time, and that I AM one of his customers, and he yelled at me to come back tomorrow! I dont THINK SO.

Customer Service is horrible Store needs to close down if they cant take care of customer needs. As a customer you should be able to go to CVS an purchase your product an ask for cash back at anytime.How can they work with out money in the register. Cashier are always rude and Manager are always Mean. Pharmacy does not process prescription in a timely fashion. Why are they even open. Two thumbs down

This pharmacy has no focus on Customer Experience. They cannot get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. When they give ETAs, they rarely meet them. They always seem to be overwhelmed and talking about how they need more help loudly and openly for the public to hear. Their work space appears to be totally disorganized. I would not have anything to do with them but they are the preferred provider for my health plan. UHG.

I know you service a large community in Nacgodoches, Texas but it just takes so long for a perscription to be filled especially when I your Dr. needs you to start taking it that day. Its just very frustrating waiting. Just moved here. Thank you

These people in here are STUPID! They have no concern for patients needing their prescriptions. The wait here is HORRIBLE!! I called my prescription in around 10AM. Went by around 12 & it wasnt ready. Came back around 3:30 only to wait in line for 15 mins to be told that it STILL wasnt ready! Finally when it was ready I went to check out and they rang me up wrong. So I had to go the opposite side of the counter while the pharmacy technician was trying to help me (and another patient at the same time, like wheres the confidentiality?!?!) When she got it taken care of she told us to go back to the pick up section and wait in line AGAIN! Its ridiculous, if you are that dang busy hire more people! Common sense. So needless to say my wait time was MORE than hour!

Understaffed and the staff is not compassionate at all. Left urgent care and they FAXed in prescriptions for me. Drove straight to CVS and stood in line for 40 minutes with a flaming sore throat. Was told it would be another 40 minutes. One cashier, one tech, and one pharmacist who was giving flu shots. Called urgent care back and they FAXed script to another pharmacy. Will never go back for prescriptions. This was my 2nd bad experience with this pharmacy. Other departments here are great. Good cosmetics. Helpful, friendly clerks. Great seasonal gifts section. Good photo area. Good greeting cards. Good over the counter meds section. Horrible pharmacy!

Customer service is horrible at the pharmacy. I politely asked if they could check to see if my moms transfer prescription was ready. I didnt realize that her prescription sat there for more than 2 weeks. So I asked if she could go ahead and refill it again. Gave me a horrible attitude and was put off by my request. She was mumbling something about having a long line of customers waiting. ( By the way, there were only 2 customers behind me). How rude!

The pharmacist named Martin is a pathetic excuse of a human being. I listened in anger as he yelled at my disabled 67 year old father over the phone. My father had a question about how to take a new heart medication because the directions were not clear on the bottle. Martin kept yelling ( yes yelled, I could hear from across the room ) at my father that he didnt have time for this and hung up on him. That is no way to treat another person. If Martin is too busy to do his job then maybe he needs to find another less demanding profession. I have now moved my familys business to another pharmacy.

Terrible service at pharmacy. Prescription called in around 9 am, went by at 1:00 pm to pick it up and it was not ready and they said they would “expedite”. Came back at 6:15 pm, waited 25 minutes and then was told one of the prescriptions was not ready. They could not tell us why and refused to get the manager. They could not tell when it will be ready but they are going to “expedite” it again. Ridiculous!!!!

Do not use this pharmacy if you want your prescription in a timely manner! I wont be using this one again.

Stuck getting Rx here because of insurance. Slow does not begin to describe the service. Rude and impatient is about all I can say. They dont want to provide explanations of cost breakdowns. Way understaffed. A shame, because the State University would certainly have some young blood pharmacists more eager to please. DO NOT use the drive through or you will run out of gas waiting.

The staff goes above and beyond when it comes to their customer service. They helped me out to my car with my items after I had knee surgery and even loaded the bags into my car for me.

The cashiers in the front are great. The 1 star is for the pharmacy. They are rude and they are slow. The blonde lady with the little smartass attitude told me my medicine would be ready in 30min-1hour. I ended up waiting 4 hours. Never going to this pharmacy again

Remona in the pharmacy is not very professional and will make your private information public to her co-workers and anyone standing at pharmacy counter. Also, her appearance is very dirty and tired, she does not smile or provide any good customer service.
