It would be nice if they could make it clear that they don’t take coupons of any form before customers are made to wait in a very long line only to find out that even special offers in the company app aren’t accepted. extremely disappointing.

The only redeeming quality of this place was its cookies, and Im pretty sure they dont have them anymore, or theyre just always out when Im there. Bagels arent great, but everything is extremely overpriced.I once asked for a plain, unsweetened iced coffee, with no milk, and thats not on their menu. Their iced coffee is actually just an iced latte... So I asked for just a plain iced espresso, and they spent five minutes asking me if I was really sure, and how could I possibly want that, and they didnt think I knew what I was getting into, and ARE YOU SURE? lol

There bagels are fresh and delicious.
