I really appreciate this business my mom just died we were broke down in parking lot they sent a tow out for free and repaired the vehicle with parts for right about 100 dollar very honest and professional service would recommend my daughter or my wife

Over the last three years as I have moved here from Colorado I have been deal with being screwed by the car shop but this time I will say was a crazy even t I took my car in to get a belt fixed that I had replaced once and took it to get fixed at the shop after that I was told all it needed was a belt and that it would be 180 and I end up paying way over and he added more and my car did not ever drive smooth out the parking lot worse then when I took it in and I wont be back after how I was treated once I asked them to look at thier work an the belt they just put on snapped within a day I put my own on and was driving with no problem dont recommend and have many of other that agree

I had a really great experience. I had a coolant leak and could not figure out where it was leaking from or why my truck was losing so much antifreeze. The mechanic located the water pump as a source of the problem and had my truck fixed within 2 days. Plus the pricing was really reasonable and because they worked on it the towing was free. They even came to my place and picked me up so that I could get my truck. By the way, the mechanic was completely friendly and helpful in every way.

He told me I needed a new battery AND alternator. I do not know anything about cars, so I agreed on the hefty price of almost $700. Unbeknownst to the owner, my father is a mechanic who came out of town questioning him on taking advantage of me. My car has less than 40K miles, so it shouldn’t need a new alternator. It is very unlikely that you will need a new alternator AND battery at the same time. I spoke with the owner over the phone and he was very rude and not polite while I was trying to be as nice as possible. In the end, got my car back and he made me pay for labor, which was not right. My father and I got a new battery at O’Reilly and my car is working perfectly. It did not need a new alternator.Initially, my car wouldn’t start in my apartment parking lot, my geico insurance covered a mechanic coming out to jumpstart the car. The owner was very rushful with the process and even questioned me wanting to just take my car to a Firestone. He told me just to take a it to Wright Automotive, so I did. It was just a bizarre situation. I was basically a young female and he saw money signs. More to the story, but too much detail! Although, he did let me use a courtesy car for the day, which was nice, but that doesn’t take away from the fact he took full advantage of me. The courtesy car had an inspection sticker from January of 2020 and this was May of 2020

I have done business with wright Automotive since 2009. They are friendly and fast. I recently had my front CV axles and wheel bearings replaced. They were able to replace them in under one hour. This company has grisly been a blessing.Thanks!

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with ANY business. It took him 3 different tries (and 3 different pumps) to work in my Yukon. He came up with crazy excuses. No southern hospitality here. He insults his customers and honestly, I felt as tho I had just dealt with a con.

Called to find out how much $ to help me diagnose a problem Ive narrowed down and he told me maam you just need to fix your car yourself, and hung up on me.

They were really rude and unprofessional. They charged me over a thousand dollars to get my car repaired and when I picked it up it still had the SAME problem! I contacted managment and got no where! I took my vehicle to another shop who fixed it for $65.00...REALLY? WHAT A RIP OFF! If youre going to take someones money, learn to fix a car.
