After months of dealing with a constant issue with my truck I decided to take it into a auto repair shop. To no avail with this auto repair shop, I then decided to fix the issue myself. That resulted in not getting the issue resolved as well. Feeling completely frustrated I did one last attempt to get the issue taken care of and went to Tipton Ford and Man am I glad I did.Thank you to Advisor Alana V. for the great customer service and a very big Thank you to Technician Jose for diagnosing the issue with my truck and get it resolved in less than 2hrs.I highly recommend this dealer ship for all your needs.

This is probably the first time I have left so frustrated with my service. I went in and had asked for oil change, state inspection, possibly in need of new set of windshield wiper blades, and any general maintenance that might need to be addressed. When the young man came to tell me my car was ready I asked again about the windshield wiper blades and he assured me mine were fine, I asked about the piece of paper to show proof of my inspection and he said it was on the dashboard of my car. I paid my invoice and went to my car but I found no paper showing the inspection had been done. I went back inside and questioned about my inspection and the young man walked back out to my car and looked for the inspection paper (like I didnt know what I was looking for). He went back into the service area and returned to let me know the inspection had not been done. I gave him my keys again and went and sat again to wait. He then returned again to let me know that yes the wiper blades did need to be replaced, so obviously they had not been checked the first time. Inspection done and blades replaced I paid the new invoice and of course I had another labor charge (it would seem to me if all this had been done the first time I wouldnt have had two separate labor charges). Now with all this said I understand the young man had only had this job position for a few weeks, but does he not have a supervisor that should be making certain that he is following through on the work orders?And I also drive an hour to and from Tipton because they have been my dealership for many years now from my home. If I had not been on my toes and did not question my service and had drove home an hour away thinking all was right, Im not sure how I would have responded. Im retired and only get social security so I have to budget my money and time very close. To have had to make a second trip back to Nacogdoches would have been very difficult to almost impossible even in the same month much less the same day.

I had worked with Angie previously at another dealership was was happy for her to be on the Tipton team. I visit Dr. In area that works with my oil change intervals so win win for me. Service was excellent for me and others I interacted with. My local dealer is in no way customer friendly and driving 75 miles for good service is worth the difference. I retired from automobile business after 41 years, last 23 with Ford so I understand customer service.

I’ve been to several Ford Dealers over the years and Tipton Ford is the ONLY one that stands by their schedule appointments. Others have taken days, if not weeks, to do repairs on my trucks.They also have the most courteous and friendly staff. I really appreciated David’s effort and concern to get my truck in and out in a timely manner.I live in Lufkin but it’s worth the time to drive to Nacogdoches to a reliable Ford Service Center.
5 stars for Excellent service center. Alana and her team made sure I had ride to and from the service center. They quoted me and came in way less on price. They were fast and very professional. Dropped car off Friday evening and picked it up to Saturday afternoon.
This was my worst car experience ever!!! I took it to Tipton Ford, even though I do not live in Nacogdoches, because they were recommended so highly to me by family and friends! NEVER AGAIN! My car sat there for 3 months before it started being looked at for repairs! Then it took another month to do the repair! I got no rental or loaner car....and they changed my battery without getting authorization and charged me $125 for a new one, even though I had it tested before going into the shop and it was fine! It probably was having issues because it sat in your lot for 3 months without being driven!!! Then when we finally pick up the car it is out of gas!!! Even though it went in with 3/4 of a tank and said it had 35 miles to E on the odometer...the car breaks down on the side of the road home literally 2 miles from the gas station...and they charge me $150 to have my car towed back to Tipton Ford for them to tell me that it was just out of gas. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

Went in for routine oil change, air filter, top off fluids. They claimed they topped off fluids and checked air filter. They did NOT! The windshield wiper fluid was bone dry, and there was undisturbed dust on air filter cover and clamps, showing they hadn’t looked at it at all.This isn’t the first time that they claimed to have checked air filter but found later they hadn’t as evidenced by debris in filter. But neglecting routine fluid replacement has just ensured that we will go elsewhere from now on.

Tipton Ford has done all my service work on my Ford F150 Crew cab for the past several years and up until my last visit 2/3/21 Ive been very satisfied.Wednesday 2/3/21 I had the oil changes and wanted the tires rotated for a trip I was making out of town latter in the week; had their The Works Service performed or at least I thought I was.I waited for the service and when completed the service manager Jeremy Terrell professionally reviewed with me the vehicle report card and provided a quotation for replacement tires prior to me leaving Tipton Ford.Upon walking out to the vehicle and examining it I realized the tires had not been rotated. This was due to the irregular ware patterns on the front tires which were still on the front axle of my truck when I expected it in their parking lot. I didnt have time to address the issue and was very dissatisfied with the service. I now wonder if the oil had even been changed?

Dont trust them to buy remotely. Certified lincoln has a broken sunroof, transmission shifts hard, they didnt change oil, oil leak, potato chips under seat (ants). How did this pass certification? Because they just check boxes on a paper and call it certified. Its a trick. Theyll take advantage of you if youre not in their showroom. Update: 3 months later still dealing with the incompetence of their title department (they sent the plate info to the wrong agency). Temp plates run out in less than week. Months of grief because they dont care about customers who arent in their showroom. Its been the WORST car buying experience of my life. Never again.
Tipton Ford is the ONLY place I take my Taurus and F250 to be serviced. The staff is always friendly and helpful, my service is completely quickly, and my vehicles returned to me clean. They have multiple comfortable areas for my use if I choose to wait for my car, and a shuttle service if I need it. Their location is convenient, their facilities are clean & inviting, and the free wi-fi & drinks are a welcome bonus!. Highly recommend!
Everyone at the dealership was great. All my needs were taken care of and I love the F350 Limited SWR truck. I had this truck built and it is jewel. When it came in they had it ready quickly and everything went like a breeze at the dealership. I was done and down the road in my new truck in no time. Go to Tipton Ford if you want a new Ford Truck. I used them. a while back and there was confusion but it finally got straightened out. So I took it in again tho I had reservations. I got an oil change and they replaced 12 lug nuts on my 150 Ford truck. They only charged me $154.35 for 5 quarts of oil an a filter. And the 12 lug nuts. I should be totally ecstatic but, I am not. Tipton Ford watch my taillights get smaller and smaller you will never service my truck again.

Great service. Have owned this vehicle for 6 months and been to several local shops to get the front end fix/repaired. Tipton Fords mechanic was able to identify that previous maintenance was done incorrectly and repair the truck as required. Truck runs and drives smoothly now as it should.
I have used the dealership for service since I bought my truck new for everything. Now that warranty is out I figured I’d call around to check prices of a oil/ fuel filter change at places around town and found a place that offers a Veteran discount so I ASSUMED it would be the better deal. I did give Tipton the opportunity to match the local oil change establishment so when I asked Robert ( in service) if they would match he said he would see what he could do. We discussed what was quoted to me and he said he could match but he was already less expensive. He beat the other place by over $25.00. Thanks for what y’all do.Steven Jeffries

The service representative Robert was outstanding. The Tipton Ford service department technician correctly and swiftly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and quickly effected the repair within 24 hours. This is in direct contrast to the Ford dealership down the road. This is no doubt a five star Ford service organization. I’m giving 4 stars because they somehow lost the the plastic lug caps and I ended up losing one of the center hub caps going home. However with this said, they were replaced the next day. Bottom line...I would highly recommend Tipton Ford Service Department and their professionals to take care of your vehicle repair to spec.

Purchase online -delivered (@ 100 mi ) nice gentleman - but didnt know anything @ truck . Got ready to drive vehicle and he said- I only have 15 min. -theyre timing me so be quick ! Kinda felt odd and a little pressure, went ahead and drove truck - found a couple things I thought were a problem but who do you tell ? Liked it well enough to buy and signed all the paper work . We were very pleased with our experience. Becky Tarver was very friendly and great about following up with us and answering our questions. They helped us find what we wanted and explained how to get all the rebates available. The model we wanted didnt have leather interior, so they offered to take it to another vendor and get it added where we only had to pay a little extra rather than upgrading to the higher model. After having that done, they delivered it to our home on their way back (and it looked amazing). Glad we made the drive to go check them out, because I dont think we would have received that kind of service at our local dealership.

I did not make an appointment as I did the first time I had my truck serviced. I was 10 minutes early for the appointment and had to wait about 30 minutes for them to start. This time, I arrived and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, but they started on my vehicle in under 30 minutes. The blonde haired employee was nice and attentative as I told her about anotherr small issue with the trim.45 minutes later, they completed the service on my truck. The employee let me know it was ready and asked to see the trim again. She directed me to Keeling in the body shop area. He quickly checked the issue, took photos, and got my information on that Monday. He told me that he would call as soon as the part came in.which was Wednesday around noon. We set a date and time for the repair and Keeling explained in detail the things he would have to do to make the repair.Overall, great experience and much improved over my first experience. The blonde haired lady also asked and used my points that I had accumulated and this service was FREE!!Thank you!!!

My salesperson Rebecca tarver was awesome happy to do business with her. The rest of my experience with the dealership was definitely a no-go. I had a problem with the dealership trying to do a wire transfer but eventually they took my personal check after talking to my bank. I was informed I could get an extended warranty through Ford and most quoted a price that was several hundred dollars higher than what I can get it at other places. Instead of matching the price they chose not to do business at all I needed an inspection form filled out to get my Ford motor company warranty and the service department wanted $100 to do and inspection on a vehicle I had not driven off the lot. Knowing now what how they treat their customers I would not have made this purchase. A great salesperson is greatly disservice buy a poor finance team and a service department that doesnt back them up.When I purchase a car I asked if there were two keys they said no it only had one but they found me another key miraculously only I had to pay to have it programmed to the vehicle I was buying from them. there was also a $100 off coupon on their web page I never received that either. So in review I would steer clear of this dealership.My original review above. But I wanted to add to it. Service sells cars. This dealership has demonstrated they are all about service. Douglas called me after the sale, and he and I had a long discussion. Great guy, we went over everything. Most of our issues seemed to be communication related. And Ill take half the blame for that. They made good (without asking) on the 100.00 sale coupon on the internet, plus forwarded the inspection to my home town dealer. My hometown dealer found a coolant leak and Tipton Ford graciously said they would help without me asking for it. . This is after the above review raked them over the coals. Yes I have to eat crow. I would buy from them again.
We visited several dealerships and Tipton was last on our list to visit. The service, friendship, and overall excellent salesmen made our choice an easy one. I made an appointment with Robert about a week before. It was for an oil change and rotating the tires. Because of the rain we decided against the car wash. I waited for it in the superb waiting room. They offered me coffee etc. Checked with me a couple of times and all was done in an hr. or so. Had ordered a license frame for the frt. bumper of my car, they offer to put it on. Robert is a people person and professional yet very compassionate. Tipton dealership will do all in their power to make sure you are taken care of. They have the answers or will call whoever does. Paul In the F&I office was also very professional and answer any questions I had. Alana in service was very helpful with getting my F150 serviced. She also informed me about my Ford Pass points that I had accumulated and I had enough points to where my oil change did not cost me any out of pocket expense. I will be taking it back to Tipton when it needs an oil change or anything else.
