They were fast, very polite, and they fixed my tire. I was blown away by their level of cleanliness in the office area, and the speed and kindness they showed me. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!

Got some tires put on there, and as soon as I left the shop, one of my tires flew off. They did not loosen the lug nuts like they were supposed to. They were definitely be hearing from my lawyer. I advised no one go here, because there the worst tire shop in Nacogdoches!

We are new to this town. We needed an oil change. I called to see if they could do it and they invited me right over. They were close to closing time but still did the job. They were polite, professional and helpful. We mentioned we were looking for a tractor and got a good recommendation. We took his advice and got a new tractor at the best price. I wouldnt go anywhere else in nac. Better prices doesnt mean better work. And your safety on the road matters, those 4 rubber circles are the only thing keeping you on the road. The employees here are very professional and helpful.

This place is races!! I went in to see if they can plug or patch my tire. I was told that it was unrepairable. However, the white lady who had the same issue as me went in, and they patched her tire with no problems. I took my tire to another tire shop, and they helped me with no issues. My tire was patched and fixed, so I am proud about that. This place will not be getting any more services from me.

Got a nail in my tire and it was going flat. Pulled into Cook Tire and they helped out an old lady quickly and there was no charge. I will definitely always take my 3 cars to them.

I was out in Nacogdoches visiting family and my tire kept getting low. I took the car into Cooks thinking I would need a new one but they saw assessed and fixed the issue and let me know my tire was fine. I have been to many service places and have been taken advantage of, but the guys at Cooks took care of me and did not charge for the quick fix. I used to go here when I lived in Nacogdoches and the service has not changed, they are still honest and efficient.

Robbie was tremendous helping our daughter get new tires on our car. We dont live in Nacogdoches so we had to do a lot of the transaction over the phone. Robbie and his staff were extremely professional and friendly. The service was quick, helping our daughter get back on the road.

What AWESOME service! website says they open at 8a... I got there at 720 to get in and out asap. They took my car in almost immediately and had me on the road at 745! HIGHLY recommended. (Just fix all your Yelp and Google maps to correct changes in hours)

I needed two tires replaced. The staff were very friendly, the waiting area was clean, and they were very quick. Would definitely return, should I need any other tire services.

Best thing they did was tell me i had a serious problem with my car, ..and thats pretty much it. Didnt really treat it as a priority, so took my business elsewhere. Wont recommend or go back.

Cook Tire tried to swindle me out of 4 new tires when all I needed was a patch on one tire or possibly valve stem changed. Was told all tires were showing wire First of all the guy didnt look at my tires barely had enough time to hop in my vehicle and pull into the work area before he hollered that lie. Second I know better as that Ive checked my tires already and used to be an employee of Cooks. So this establishment on north street is trying to either take advantage of people they think dont know any better or they were plain lazy today and wanted to have a early day for labor day weekend. I expected more from this establishment. Needless to say this location will not see any business from me or mine.

They repaired my tire in a few minutes and no charge. Driving through town from S Texas to Home near Branson Mo - THANK YOU!You made my trip much safer.

The service at this place is simply outstanding-if they can do a very minor repairs to a flat tire they may not charge you anything--unbelievable!

They sell the job but only do half and bill you for the whole job and dont expect you to look under your car. Thats theft.

They can get you in and out but prices are a tad higher than others. Quality of work is good and a helpful staff on any question you throw at them

Over the past few years of getting new tires and wheel work done, only once have I had issue with their work. They fixed it no questions asked the next time I brought it in, so 5+ star service if I could rate it as such.

My Daughter & I have bought several sets of tires through the years from Cook Tire of Nacogdoches. They have never failed to treat us fair. Fast, friendly, competitive priced, very helpful & knowledgeable.My last experience was on my 2000 GMC Sonoma. I wanted to change from my stock size tire to a lower wider tire. The truck only showes one tire size option inside the door. Several other tire shops I checked with would only mount that one size tire on my truck. Cook went over all of my tire options as far as what would fit & the type of driving that I do and was able to lay out several different tire choices to choose from. I was able to get the tire that was right for me! I could not be happier with my purchase. I am about to have my first free tire rotation performed on the set & am looking forward to it knowing that it is a clean, professional shop & theres always fresh coffee waiting for me. A-1 shop, people and products!

My daughter was passing through Nacogdoches and had two blowouts which destroyed two wheels Eric the manager did everything he possibly could to help her out got her four wheels in for car tires manager Eric did great job and taking care of her problem
