I cant get anyone with this company to call me back. I put in a request for a bid and didnt get a response. I tried again and was told I would have someone contact me in 24 hours, they did. I met them at the property, talked about what we were looking for and was told that I would have a bid by Monday. That was a month ago. Every time I spoke with the contractor his response was that he was waiting on specifics from Renaissance. Now he wont return my calls, I put in additional request through the Renaissance website with no response. Maybe they have so much business they dont need anymore? If that is the case the customer service aspect of their business should be to advise prospects. Very disappointed as I thought their products looked great.
