We asked for oil and vinegar for the Italian sub on the side. No sauce came on it nor on the side so it was pretty dry and we dont have condiments here with us. We will have to try to buy some kind of sauce tomorrow so the sub is at least somewhat salvageable. The wings barely had any sauce at all. They also were overcooked as the meat was tough and dry. On the wings there was also a lot of some kind of flaky/leafy spice like oregano or something. It wasnt mentioned in the description of the wings and it honestly made the wings a bit gross. The picture makes the wings look way better than they actually are. Not a great experience. Based on this experience I wont order again.

Wing tasted like they were recooked and caused stomach issues with the entire family. Mom has it the worst. Up early and ready to find something to coat our stomachs. Stay away. Possible food poison. One review stated good wings. I guess his stomach is made of lead.

This place cooks up great pizzas. The freshly made dough and sauce compliments the generous amount of toppings you get. I wish that I ordered a size bigger pizza. The staff took the time to answer all our questions and when we called back after eating to inquire about their dough, the person on the phone gave us all the info we were looking for.Make a point to get pizza from here. Food was ready when they said it would be and was perfectly cooked

I ordered on a app. . its a little pricey in my opinion but that is mostly the case for these kinds of pizzerias. The parking is by a hotel or another parking where you probably pay. I parked at hotel. The pizza place is next to front office of hotel. It was really good pizza. We enjoyed it !!! People were nice. Wings were good as well. I got a pizza with a lot of meats and a chicken buffalo . I believe I got Thai wings or close to it.

My family is down here on vacation and we gave this place a chance for our 1st night for dinner. Only giving this place 2 stars because the pizza, wings and steak and cheese were decent. Otherwise, service is TRASH. I understand a lot has been happening, but come on...this was ridiculous. Half our food was missing. We waited forever for the food we were owed. We asked for a refund and they kept saying it will be to us shortly. HORRIBLE....

I waiting 15 minutes for 2 juicy burgers, 2 fries & wings. The entire staff is a consistent professional machine. Burgers are HUGE with condiments, wings are BIG and my fries were seasoned perfectly.

They charged me two diff amounts and got angry with me when I asked them why and to calculate my order so I know which charge was valid. Told me to call the bank when the bank said I can ask you all to remove additional charge. Holding up my credit card bc of their mistake for “5-10 days”(still on there) The first Lady I spoke to a couple days ago was nice who told me to call back if the charges were still showing and said there would be no issues. Apparently the manager had an issue bc when I called today around 4pm we got into a screaming match while my funds are the one held up. She wasn’t empathetic at all I have never been so disrespected over pizza and will def never order again. I tried to support a small business was a mistake. Do not ask for the manager save your blood pressure. She must’ve had a bad day and needed someone to take it out on. If you order late night they will charge you twice hoping you won’t notice. I’d rather have Pizza Hut bc there customer service is more caring. The pizza wasn’t even good and def not for double the price.

Please y’all save your money and go else where, this was absolutely horrible not only were the fries cold and hard but they had pieces of shells in them. You can just tell from the picture how cold the fries just look. Chicken was dry and flavorless. 6/18 experience was awesome however upon ordering 6/19 my wife was greeted by a nasty rude employee. This woman whom was very unprofessional decided to tell my wife she didn’t have time to explain that they didn’t deliver to ocean 22 by Hilton as they did the night before. Being that me and my wife are on vacation she wasn’t worth the time to continue to argue we decided we could spend money elsewhere. I did decide to call to make a manager aware of the situation and the same woman answered stating she was the manager and another store delivers to the hotel which could have been explained on initial call. I advised I would write a review since she was the manager and she ended the call stating “who cares” DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO CANT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish we could give 0 stars honestly.

My girlfriend and I ordered late night after not being able to find anything open late and it’s safe to say if there’s another night we’re in this situation again we’ll know where to go! So before i get into reviewing the food here, i think its important to give a little back story. 5 years ago, my husband and I were visiting Myrtle Beach for a little getaway. One day right before my lunch, ny husbands sugar dropped pretty low very fast (this was a nrw thing for him and we werent realky sure qhat was wrong qith him at the time). The pizzeria wasnt actually open yet, but the doors were open as they were about to open in the next 10 minutes. We stepped inside and i sat my husband down, as he thought he was going to pass out. I went and asked if i could get some water and this lady who i think was the owner or part owner, brought him a water, some fresh cut pepperoni, bread, and a cookie. She was very concerned and so helpful. She personally made us our pizza right away. After we ate and rested some, my husband felt much better and we went on about our way. We were blown away by how kind this place had been to us and how much they seemed to care about some strangers.Fast forward to yesterday, we came back for another quick getaway and decided to revisit this place and continue to show our appreciation for their business because of their act of kindness 5 years ago. This local pizzeria tastes AMAZING. THE BEST HOMEMADE MARINARA SAUCE I HAVE EVER TASTED! The pizza was fresh and hot when it was delivered in less than 30 (on a saturday at 8pm) and it was appropriately sized for the price. I reccomend adding gouda cheese in addition to mozzarella. It gives it just that extra authentic taste! We love this place for the price, the taste, their service, and ITS LOCAL! We will continue to eat here everytime we come to Myrtle Beach/Ocean Blvd.

In town from the ATL and walked the strip until we found somewhere with a variety of food for the whole group. This place has the best customer service ever. To top it off the food was amazing. Didnt know we walked 2.8 miles to get there but tomorrow we will be ordering delivery. This place was great.

Given its name, I was hopeful it would be authentic Italian pizza, rather it was conveyor belt pizza, like that found at dominos. Disappointed in the pizza, sub was good. Delivery was on time.

We called and talked to the owner, as my wife has a lot of dietary restrictions. We made a plan and made our order, what we received was inedible. The chicken had so much pepper on it that it looked black, almost like the top was removed from a large pepper shaker and pepper was just dumped and we asked for no pepper! No one would ever eat this, not even someone who loves pepper! After putting oil on 15 paper towels to remove some of the pepper I noticed we didn’t even get the angel hair pasta as requested. My wife took one bite and trashed it was so disgusting.

We called in my order, spoke with someone several times because I went to the wrong place the first time to pick up the food. We finally get to the right place, and they never even put the order in. The guy that took my order over the phone was right there, and I asked what happened. He said, he asked another person to put the order in while he takes care of something. I will never go back, and I advise anyone to consider going there to order, if you seriously want your food

Do not order the parmesan chicken, chicken wings, garlic bread, or the chicken bacon ranch. They took a frozen weavers chicken patty, cut it up and through it onto pasta. They called it parmesan chicken 🤮. The garlic bread was so hard . The wings were rubbery. They somehow either *forgot*, or just dont put ranch into a chicken bacon *ranch* pizza. Icing on the cake was the bone we bit into on the pizza. We called them on the phone and wanted a refund because we were very disgusted on the quality, and the taste. They said they would take it back and give a credit toward the next order. Did they forget a pandemic is going on???

Worst pizza I have ever had. Arrived dried out, like a round beef jerky. No tomato sauce and I ordered a medium cheese pizza. Silly me expecting it to have sauce. Direct got lost and could not find one of the largest condo complex on Myrtle Beach.

PUKE NOW ! One by boardwalk, Ordered 2 meals only got one as they reprinted online order with less food. Anything with qty over 1 was reprinted as qty 1. Told guy at desk, he said it matches his ticket and it does but dont match the online order. Laast thing we ordered the cheese steak pizza, yes right? Wrong, there was not even 1 pc of anything on the pizza just plain cheese pizza. Stay away they nasty food and customer service is the worst Ever.

The 608 North Ocean Blvd has a Rude lady that answers the phone and takes orders. She was there earlier today around 4pm and wouldnt take my order due to having only one delivery guy that she said would start delivering at 5pm. The time wasnt that much of an issue to me but bad customer service is a major issue for me. Mama Mia please get this lady off the phones otherwise you all will lose lots of business. Just let her take out the trash since she is comfortable conducting herself in such a negative manner!!!

FOOD REVIEW ONLY : This pizza was only so-so for us. My daughter was anxious to try the Thai pizza because she cant get anything like that where she lives, but she wasnt impressed either. I know pizza taste is a very subjective thing depending on where one was raised, but for me Ive had both better and worse. Very thin and flat but the crust was hard for me to chew, more like a flat bread, and the taste fairly mediocre. Neither of us felt we would choose to go to or order from Mama Mia again. We chose this place primarily because we could have it Ubered to our hotel and they had some good looking desserts. I gave it 3 stars because the desserts were very good but I would have only given the pizza a 2.5. But as we had our food delivered, I cannot speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant or the customer service.

Order a pizza from here. Heard it was the best. Asked for no tomatoes and stressed it was a food allergy. Added olives, and red peppers on half. Walked a mile round trip to pick it up. No olives on it, tomatoes all over it and red peppers on whole thing. Receipt clearly says add black olives and half red peppers. No mention of the no raw tomatoes. Only thing I could eat was the lettuce and sour cream toppings that came on the side. Very disappointed considering I have heard good things about this place

Stayed in Myrtle for 3 nights and ordered from here twice. Both times were incredible!! The wings, breadsticks and Alfredo were phenomenal!! Delivery was super quick!!

Worst Pizza place we have ever gone to. This lady Vanessa has a horrible attitude, no customer service skills. She got mad because my kids were deciding which ice cream to get and that made her lose her cool. Beside the ice cream was horrible, and they didnt even have SPOONS!!!! While we were there she had a call order and she was really rude and hanged up the phone on the customer. She really needs to get laid! SOON!!!

Sunday night ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and italian sausage, to GO, the price was 15 and change i picked up,i drove 30 minutes to my house and guess what, the Pizza was great, still very warm, crust was great, they are not stingy with the toppings, pizza was 14 large perfect for two people and i had leftovers for lunch, sauce was great toppings were covered on the pie, cheese was perfect amount, very close to up north pizza shops, i give them 10 stars. I will return as it is a great bang for the buck, the place was covid friendly, the lady who greeted me when i walked in was polite, very helpful and even said thanks please come agin, we appreciate your business, well that right there put them in my top 5 resturaunt in myrtle beach . it was 1 hour from closing i understand, but for her to say that to me put her and the place on a pedestal.I WILL DO BUSINESS here again for sure, thank you !

I can honestly say this was my worst food service experience. It started with our order not bringing put in when placed. After an hour and a half wait I called to check on the status of our delivery. I was told that the deliver guy would be here shortly. Another 45 minutes later I called again and was told that our order was never entered into the system and would be rushed to us within 20 minutes. Another hour later I called for a 3rd time and was told yet again it would be here any minute. I told the hostess that we had been waiting for around 2 and a half hours for the order and was hung up on. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager I was greeted with TERRIBLE customer service. I was told that they were too busy and that our delivery driver would be there soon. I explained that I understood the reason for slow service but NEVER understand the reason for poor customer service. I absolutely cannot believe the lack of customer service this manager had. In the end we were told that our delivery driver would be told to turn around and that we would have our order refunded however that has not happened. Please please be aware of this! The pizza may be wonderful however the wait time and what we had to deal with was not worth it.

I had a pleasant experience every time came here. The GPS takes me to the hotel entrance.And the hotel shares a parking lot with the back door of the restaurant.That is not the correct entrance.You must enter from the street entrance.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Myrtle Beach! I ordered the philly steak sub for 11.50 and whats pictured is what I got!! I also ordered a ham and turkey sub with extra mayo. It came with no turkey or mayo. It had onions on it which I did not ask and for. The bread was so hard you could throw it against the wall

Ordered for delivery, was told 45 minutes, and it did arrive in 45 minutes exactly, however the order was wrong. I ordered garlic bread NO cheese, and a chicken parmesan dinner. I ended up getting garlic bread with cheese, and a chicken parm sub. When I called to have the order fixed, I was told it was my responsibility to make sure they repeat the order back to me.. REALLY? I was told that they would resend the order to me. The original order was placed at 10pm I called back at 11pm about the order. I FINALLY received my order at 12:30!! I fell asleep waiting for it! On top of it, the food was cold, and they didnt even toast my garlic bread it was just soggy bread. First and last time ordering from this place. Oh, and the food was mediocre at best.
